This is a honest review, was waiting 5 days for a withdrawal so contacted live support who informed me I needed to send KYC information to them before they could proceed, after reading reviews I thought this was a stall tactic but sent what they asked for in last night and funds in my account this morning, I know people are having problems with withdrawals but I can only speak on my own personal experience with them.

Deposited £20 thinking I could do a new customer deal for the grand national. Changed my mind when I read the small print and never made a bet. Withdrew my £20 and it never arrived in my bank account. No reason given until I contacted them and they won't refund me unless I take photos of multiple IDs and myself holding them plus photos of utility bills which I don't have any. They say I have to wait until they eventually close my account some day down the line to get my refund minus service fees which will probably be close to £20 lol. Bunch of crooks. Avoid like the plague!!!

In honest just don't use this betting company, i frequently switch betting companies to take advantage of thier opening offers. tony bet has the most ridiculous opening offer ever. so they will match your first deposit of £50 (which sounds awesome ), but no what actually happens is you deposit £50 you have to bet this 10 times before tony bet release bonus funds of £50 (£500). this doesn't sound terrible yet but it gets worse if you lose all your funds you can deposit again and the money bet with the new deposit helps you reach the betting requirements ( didn't sound so bad at first). what they don't make clear is that they won't release any of your bonus funds if you withdraw money from your second deposit, so basically they want you to give them £500 before you get your money and if you don't they will walk away with what you spent and you wont get the bonus

a legit bookmaker will always make money keeping customers happy .Tony bet prefer (in uk )to make people unhappy, take their money and lose them.in Estonia it could be different matter.paypal lose their good reputation( for me anyway) doing business with them.tonybet loves passports, driving licences, photos more than anything.

Run away from this company . I read this reviews before joining them and like a stupid I give them a try . First day after a small deposit I sent them all papers so I can make sure I will not have any issues with whithdraws , all good , in about 4 hours all been approved .Today I made 2 whithdraws and guess what . They sent a email asking again for the same documents . Already I fill a complain with Ibas , probably I will have a long way but I am happy to wait , also I consider to take them to court and make them to pay interest as this kind of company need to go bust ASAP .

Do NOT use this site, they are a total sham and will fleece you for every penny. All casino games are fixed and you have no chance of winning so might as well throw your money away. Wish I had read the reviews but they won’t get another penny from me. Thought I had used bad sites before but these take the biscuit. Disgrace, total cheats and should be closed down.

Avoid Tonybet, i signed up with them because as an old age pensioner who likes to do a small football bet, and with betting offices closed during the pandemic it seemed a good option. I deposited 10 pounds(minimum bet) via my PayPal account and did a bet. The bet won and i had just over 40 pounds in my account, i did another 10 pound bet and lost leaving me with a balance of 31.90.I decided to withdraw the money back into my paypal account, i then recieved an e mail informing me that to withdraw my money would involve the most complicated technical procedure which i did not have the resources or skills to carry out. I made them aware of my situation but they showed no sympathy, i then said i would cancel my account and they could pay the money from my account to my paypal account, they told me that they would only pay me my initial 10 pounds deposit. This is daylight robbery and takes advantage of old age pensioners
who do not have the resources or skills to engage in their procedures. I will now be seeking legal advice on how to stop these people from penalising people who like to do a small bet during these tough times.

I would avoid this betting site, no best odds, no bonus after joining. They allow you to bet without verification like other sites. Once 2 k deposited other sites ask for proof and suspebd accounts this site does not ask for any. They are the worst site I have ever unfortunately had the pleasure to experience. Unless this is your last choice and even then I would do without, avoid it it will be your best decision you will ever make

Deposited 15pounds and thought would have it matched but missed the catch. Anyway deposited 20 to put a lucky 15 on horses found they don't do that bet. Withdrew the 20 pounds to find they want all sorts of I. D. Which I don't like giving out. So my account is now closed and what happens to my 20 POUNDS? AVOID THIS BETTING SITE.

I unfortunately class myself as an experienced gambler, not a good one, but I've probably used every single UK gamble site. I joined Tonybet a few weeks back, got a decent win and then panicked after reading all the negative reviews. Like every other site, I had to supply 3 plus documents, which they accepted within 24hrs. In 2 weeks I've received multiple withdrawals, mostly taking within 12 hours.
I really only play slots and play they for long stints. I've had some great bonuses 730x being the biggest. Money train 2 did take a huge chunk from me, but that's volatile as he'll. Overall I've had some great wins, much better than many sites. At the end of the day the casino always wins, but this site, so far, is much better than many slot sites out there.

Bully boy thiefs deposited £50 expected match bonus but was told initial deposit has to be played 10 times over. So had £20 e/w vet and won £244 tried to withdraw £200 but was told I couldn't as I hadn't supplied photo and address evidence. They closed my account and said would send my deposit less costs in 30 days time. Absolutely shameful.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Don't play slots as a rule but had a £200 bonus that needed to be done that way
Played £2.50 a spin got a feature after a while that kept going up and up . Told me on the screen 1600 win. Played a few more spins then left. Balance dropped. They claimed i never won the 1600 and it was 195. The differences aren't even close

Abrupt chat and emails followed. Opened a dispute using 3rd party they ignored it. Seem to operate with total impunity and then after seeing where they are based i understood why

Signed up to these guys to try something different, I always end up regretting going to the lesser known Gambling Sites though!

The Withdrawal process is just a joke (as well as the site being poor in General.) As soon as I got my money back I cut and run and closed my account down.

I made 3 Withdrawals and after 3 days hadn't received anything so I contacted them to ask when to expect it – they then demanded I sent them several forms of ID before they would even contemplate agreeing to pay out, at no point during sign up did they say this was mandatory information. Only that they may potential ask you via email if they needed it (which they never did.)

They should be made to request and approve this information from you before a single penny is allowed to be deposited, asking for this information at the Withdrawal stage and refusing to pay out unless its provided just makes me feel uneasy and wary. Especially as they only informed me they wanted this information after I chased, surely as soon as I pressed withdraw they should send you several emails to confirm they need ID Proof before they pay out – I would have sent this immediately If I'd have known so it didn't delay my payment.

I eventually got the exact information they needed after several attempts of it not being good enough for them and they paid out instantly to be fair to them.. that's the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1.. the experience with them just doesn't sit right with me. Seems very amateurish and not very safe.

I will stick to the more well established sites in future.

The worst casino I have ever known

Any positive review is fake be aware. They are completely corrupt, refuse to process withdrawals, have had to take it to IBAS and take legal action. They are a disgrace and customer service is woeful. AVOID. This isn’t even a debate over a bet this is legitimate winnings I just want to take out the casino and they just won’t process it. I had my biggest win on the slots £5k Chaos Crew (recommend by the way) after several years of playing and was buzzing my tits off until it was time to try and get my money out. Read all these reviews and thought I was never gonna see my winnings. A few standard hoops the jump through, such as verifying docs and waiting 72 hours for each withdrawal £2500 max but I have my money after 5days. Might change my card details now as can never be to sure (see Gucci post on here) and they have my details but my experience has been good. I guess only people with bad experience write reviews on these sites so thought id balance it out for those out there panicking like I was 5days ago. It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong. I reported my situation to Mrs Joanne a renowned recovery specialist Joannedawn56 via email and I got my money back after a long charge-back process.

Took PayPal monies, have not refunded or added to account as were from a PayPal account in my wife's name but with my details and using my bank account. They requested personal ID, copies of bank cards both sides, ie the perfect combination of documents for fraud and as they are based in Estonia I refused. Asked for money back and to close account. They have closed account but not returned money and won't for 30 days after which the PayPal case will be closed. The customer service responses via PayPal are verging on rude – avoid at your own peril – why would any company want to see both sides of your bank card, and your PayPal wallet and a passport or driving license and what is there issue with returning the money other than to be bloody minded. Not recommended.

Having read the reviews, I feared the worst regarding receipt of my withdrawal. I agree that the website is not as easy as some to navigate. I had tried to make a withdrawal and read that it can take up to 72 hours. After not receiving my money, I went back to the website and although it’s not spelt out to you, you need to upload images of photo I/D, a utility bill for proof of address and an image from your PayPal account showing your email address. I ended up using the online messaging system to enquire about the status of my withdrawal and was advised that the image from my PayPal account did not show my email address. The lady was very helpul and even sent me an image of how to get the required info. Once I had done this, she immediately confirmed that they had everything they needed for verification. The withdrawal money was then transferred to my PayPal account the same day. As I said, not the easiest online gambling experience, but in my opinion, nowhere near as bad as being made out by some!

Avoid this site. I joined a few days ago and deposited £20 to bet on football…no problem. I managed to win and when I tried to withdraw my winnings they gave it the old "we need this document…that document blahh blahh blahh". Maybe i am from the lucky ones but only good things i have to say for tonybet!
After my account was verified after 2 days of signing up , i manged to withdraw very quickly 500£ winnings !
My initial 50£ turned into 500£ and money was in my bank account after 2 days..
I have to say thanks for the good service !

My deposit ended up missing and I got no response from their support team and that was very unfair.
Then, I did some research and I found out they actually did other people dirty not just me.
I went further and discovered that they are on FCA's list of unregulated firms.
The fact Is, You are on your own. The authorities won’t take any case involving platforms like Dk Tonybet. If you can build a strong case like me and involve c̲o̲e̲n̲p̲r̲o̲t̲e̲c̲h̲@̲t̲u̲t̲a̲.̲i̲o̲

My experience is as follows…

Made a deposit yesterday. Started playing and won a few quid. I left it in there to play later and came across some reviews of this casino on trust pilot. I came across a sea of bad reviews and wasn't hopeful on receiving my money back let alone any winnings.

I won a bit more and decided to withdraw.

I with drew £250 and got an email almost straight away asking for documents. Im fine with that as it is a requirement by the ukgc. I sent them in an email and they were recieved and approved within 2 hours!!. Woke up this morning and the money is in my bank.

All I can say is that I have played at many online casinos in the past and tonybet is right up there with the best of them. Super fast withdrawals and brilliant casino.

Another con job, they let you deposit without any issues but I dare you to try to take it out. I uploaded my address and proof of ID which was accepted after four tries but then you have to have proof of deposit, this entails a screenshot of your paypal receipt of deposit BUT the page must have your name clearly stated with your email address in the shot too. It is impossible to get all three requirements in one screenshot and therefore impossible to complete verification. I still had £10 in my account which I have lost. These people are nothing more than thieves. Once more, it is very difficult to pass their verification if not impossible. these people rely on us giving up and they win this time because even though I can prove I paid in via PayPal they will not accept it all all. If I am going to be mugged call me old fashioned but please do it in an alleyway with a weapon because at least you will be honestly stealing from me. Your slick deviant way is probably fetching in millions for you.

They allow you to deposit on opening account then require you to send multiple documents to enable you to withdraw any winnings .When you send them the documents they state they are not up to standard and therefore cannot verify your account and allow you to withdraw any money.They then hold on to your money for 30 days as they have closed your account and charge you for releasing your funds.Total bunch of thieves don't know how they get away with this do not go near this bunch of crooks
