Worst bookies I have used… the website is actually quicker and better than some of the others but that’s the only positive. Win a few bets and they will put a stake limit exceeded across anything you try and bet on. Take ages to process withdrawals and documents. I won’t be using them ever again. I’ve actually never come across a bookie who is this bad before.

Absolutely terrible experience. Promotions are misleading. Told me I had to wager my own money before I could have the promotion. They stuck the bonus on sports betting which I don't play. They promote free spins. You cant have these because they are not a casino game. Funny, they are in Vegas the home of slot machines. Make up rules as they go along. Thank goodness I only deposited 20.00. Their games appear to be fixed as the rngs that are supposed to offer fair play dont comrbinto play. Nothing other than rogues and com artists. Leave well enough alone. How they got a ukgc licence is dubious.I am to contact UKGC about them.

As my opening horse bet lost they sent me an email for me to claim my £30 free bet saying it would be on my betslip but having selected a football match to bet on there was no sign of my free bet. It wasn't and couldn't find any reference to it on the website so I contacted customer services online who claimed they couldn't understand the question so could I describe their website to them then send them screenshots of their own website. They then said the free bet couldn't be used on horses and had to be at odds of least 1.62. I asked what that is in fractions and again they didn't understand the question. They then triend to claim that odds of 11/10 on my selected football match are longer than 10/1which is plain nonsense. Over one hour later they suggested I use Firefox which I pointed out I was already using. Then they suggested I use Chrome and when I did I couldn't log on as they had disabled my account. By this time the football match I was going to use my free bet on had finished. What an omnishambles!

Significant wins totalling 5k on slots across different games still not even processed days after.

This happened previously and finally paid out so let’s hope it pays.

Tonybet will not pay out more than £2.5k a day and max £40k a month so if you have a big win you’ll be waiting forever for your money.

I along with many many other gamblers it would appear have had all my winnings taken from my account by TONY. He has also kept all my money from my losing bets from the same weekend of bets.
I have had +£800 taken from my account leaving me with nothing. Stolen everything.
Cancel your accounts and do not ever use.

I came across this bookie last week as they had slightly better odds than competitors so placed my bets with tonybet… what an error that was.

I have been gambling as a hobby for a long time and this is worst experience I have had with a bookmaker ever. One thing about tonybet that I like, is they always give slightly better odds than competitors for foreign horse racing. In the last few weeks I had been on a longer than usual losing streak on these races but last weekend I had a big winner!! Little did I know that tonybet would refuse to pay out due to a supposed system failure. This is a dangerous precedent to allow bookmakers to decide whenever they lose on a market that they won't pay out. I can assure you I will be taking this to the highest authority seeing as they now owe me £3k in winnings but have kept all my losing bets. DO NOT USE

Thieves simple as that! After winning some bets they claim a system error, funny how they have only stated an error on the bets I won and not on any losing bets in between, my balance went from £500 to zero and a withdrawal of £2100 cancelled, not only this but because of their mistake my account has been closed and no explanation as to what I have done wrong! Oh that's because all I did was bet on horses that won and they dont like that.

Not a safe company to bet with. Like many others on here, Tonybet randomly "voided" a few of my horse racing bets which were settled days earlier, without a legitimate reason to do so, and stole my winnings from my account. This incident is being escalated, but I strongly urge everyone to avoid Tonybet. Do not sign up with them. Do not bet with them. Withdraw all your funds and please go to a reputable bookmaker.

Bordering on criminal!

I have been an account holder with Tonybet for around 3yrs. I have used them sporadically during that time. On Saturday 5th December I placed a series of bets on 6 different horse races.
Tonybet have now told me all losing bets have lost and all winning bets have been cancelled due to a technical error. They have returned some of the stakes of the winning bets. This, 2 and a it weeks before Christmas, has left me a considerable 4 figure sum out of pocket. In their wooly correspondence they have cited a term about live betting…despite all my bets being placed in excess of 15 minutes before each race.
Unless you are prepared to lose your money and risk Tonybet cancelling your winning bets on a whim I would avoid with the proverbial barge pole. My mate Pin lost a load too.

Criminal! I placed 27 bets on horse racing over the weekend. All winning bets have been cancelled citing 'technical issues' while all losing bets remain losing bets. This is not gambling this is robbery. PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR THIS WEBSITE. It needs to be shut down by the UKGC asap.

I like many others seem to have been a victim of what I can only describe as the theft of my winnings some 4 days after a bet was settled. Also like many others the explanation from them is a technical glich on their part.
It's funny how that technical glich only seems to have affected my winning bets and not any of my losing ones.

Shocking state of affairs, whereby they cancelled / void my winning bets, and didn't cancel / void my losing bets. Using T&C's that were obviously written on the back of a Cigarette Packet to suit this situation. Like many who have posted, just today I have had my winnings from Saturday confiscated / voided – a loss of £1,263. I do not intend to let this drop so maybe there is some way we can get together to fight them. The last post mentioned IBAS so I will look into that. Any other suggestions welcome. My point is that if they inadvertently offered wrong odds (and they were very generous I have to admit) then they should settle at S/P as a compromise. If their terms and conditions do not oblige them to do this then their unfair terms need to be challenged in court. Anyone who hedged the bets partially or fully will be suffering a large net loss !

I placed bets of 300 pounds on one bet and won a total of £1,125 profit. They asked for documentation to verify myself and I obliged. Then they've halted all money and refused to pay me out saying it was an error on their part. Would they have refunded me if I lost, would they hell. If people want evidence of them being a scam please just message me and I will be happy to provide evidence. AVOID AVOID AVOID (unless you want to lose money of course)

Amazing company, on Saturday i bet on a horse race and won £1,320…

After that it went down hill they asked for 3 forms of ID which is fine, and after that was approved 4 days later they said my bet was void and they are not paying out due to technical issue's but they have kept all the money for the losing horses on the races i did while confiscating any winning horses.

A see all the bad reviews. I deposited 100 and won 400. Collected it out. Yes they asked for 3 forms of if which I uploaded to live chat. Within a hour they where verified and money was back in my bank. Again I deposited £20 and collected out £110. Payment took less than 24 hours to be back in my bank. No problems from them with me

Place a bet via there website and bloody hell it won :). Apparently it was 1 second though according to them. So they were not going to pay out. I was then lied to on several occasion in regards to when bet was placed and the time the refunded wager happened. (10 minutes after the race the wager was returned, I wonder if I would have got it back if it had lost.)
