Bet 200 on tonights man city game. I checked my betslip to see the bet had instantly been cashed out and lost £30. I went on chat immediately and spoke to what may have been a robot and explained what had happened. The blame was on me and accused of doing it myself. I immediately bet another 200 on the same selection. The most unreasonable response I've ever had from a company when clearly a technical error on their website. I wouldn't go out of my way to pace a 200 bet, cash it out immediately to lose £30 and rebet would I? But no of course it was my fault. Absoulte joke.

The literal worst. Opened an account and lost over 300. No issue there i lost it even if the site did have feeble pays. However never used the site in over a year and they decided to start charging me a 22 a month admin fee for NOT using the site.

Placed a few bets on horses, dont offer best odds guaranteed which is shame but went to withdraw money. They asked for ID which is normal, said it would take upto 72 hours and was completed within 24 hours. Money went into account the next day. No hassle, will bet again.

Absolute robbery an awful company i tried to withdraw and close my account total owing to me £131 .No point of contact works, live chat, e-mail or phone how did they get licensed ? I sent many chasers no reply , also sent by indiviual emails all the documents they requested prior to withdrawal. This company is a fraud and steals your money do not touch them

Deposited £200 and then they wouldn't let me bet with it asked for verification, sent it all never heard back and never gave me my money and kept the £200. Disgrace and need to be shut down.

I tried to withdraw £100 and did not receive the money. Contacted them via the contact form and email several times, no response after a month. Attempted to call, after many attempts and hours of waiting got through. Was told that they needed photos of my bank card (fair enough). They hadn't requested this from me or responded to my emails because I had opted out of marketing emails. I reported them to the Gambling Commission who agreed that this was not the purpose of marketing permissions and told me they had been in touch with Tonybet to inform them of this. I contacted Tonybet again, quoting the Gambling Commission, to complain. Tonybet then denied that the marketing permissions scenario had ever happened and claimed they had emailed me, sending me a photoshopped image of an email. I asked them for an actual copy (e.g. to forward the email to me) and they said they would need me to complete an information request and post it to them, with copies of proof of ID and address. I didn't do this, I don't trust them with those documents. Frankly, I tend to think that negative reviews on Trustpilot are often unfair. In this case I had a good experience with Tonybet and their market leading odds, but I feel they have ultimately engaged in fraud and should not be trusted.

Why do they need to see a photo of me holding my photo ID next to my face anyone would think I'm trying to gain entry into North Korea....except I would of got in by now. Customer service is useless to you ask them simple questions and they refer you to there payments department who only respond via email so be prepared to wait days for a response that you already knew. Takes days to actually get a response and when you do it's generic nonsense.

I signed up to this site started deposits then after winning I wanted to withdraw my funds. I then got an email asking me to upload my documets to verify my account. Fine I emailed passport, bank statement and my debit card details. They then said that's fine. A few days past and I then got an email telling me that withdrawals are temporarily not working as the company they use has gone bankrupt and then asked me to email them for alternative withdrawal methods. So I sent them an email asking for the money to be paid into my bank account. They said the .only will be in my account within 72 hours, that was 4 days ago and my money is still not in.. I went onto their online chat facility and spoke with Charlie. Extremely unhelpful, rude uncaring about the situation. He told me there is now a delay in withdrawals due to high demand. I asked him for the ombudsman details and he just basically kept saying "refer to my previous message". I told him im copying all chat transcript and emails and the ombudsman will be being contacted. He couldn't care less. Im surprised in this day and age how on earth a company can be operating in the UK with Faulty Tower service!! Please if you are reading this and are a customer of Tony bet I would close your account immediately. They are untrustful and lies. Their customer service are rude. Im going to contact the ombudsman.

How the hell this company is allowed to trade is beyond me,deposit 200 to get welcome bonus then you have to wager 2k to get the bonus.The odds are so bad on tonybet by the time you wager 2k all your welcome bonus is wiped out,avoid at all cost,dont be like me read the re3views shocking.

I went for the casino welcome offer on this site 100% match like most with some free spins it requires a code with the deposit i even screen shoted that i done everything right but did not receive it. I went to get on live chat no one available on a monday night at 7 o clock lol yeah they are putting the work in ha . I then emailed got a reply bout 3 hours later to ask which bonus bla bla so sent screen shot nope cant have it dont waste your time or hard earn cash on theses monkeys.

I decided to give it a go with £50 even though working it through with 8 x wagering sounds a bit hassle but could be fun as well! Well it turned out after just 2 bets I'm only able to place £10 or £8 or £5 as my bet amount has been restricted. There is no way I can work it through now with 8 x wagering on £50. The live chat person just provided me a template explanation which states as if I "breached the provisions of the Regulation or play in a bad faith manner". ??! I just pray my another bet will win so that I can withdraw my money to break even (if I can ever withdraw?) and get out of the trap! I also hope their Manager see this comment so they know what's going on with their customer's account. To be (still) fair I liked their web interface quite a lot as it's simple and easy to navigate. Tonybet are pretty good, never had issues withdrawing my winnings, odds 'aren't bad', site is pretty easy to use and fast. Lack of sports promotions especially in comparison to the 2 or 3 interesting ones when I joined over a year ago is the only negative really

Could spin continuously for half an hour and not get on the bonus where other sites would hit within minutes. The promotion of upto 300 free spins a week is good in theory when actually you be just as good playing free play slots as chance of walking away with any money is slim to none.

Some of the reviews are probably done by their competition. I have been a client on their site for more than an year now and they have been outstanding so far. The new interface might be a lil' clunky, but it has very good odds and plenty of selection. They dont limit you to pennies when you win, as most of the other sites do. And their customer is always fast and efficient.

It took some time to complete bonus rollover requirements, but I was quite lucky and won a decent amount so no complaints from my side. Document verification could be faster though, but once the account was verified they released my winnings within a day

I only got 1/3 of the way in and I'll be damned if I give them more money in order to receive a bonus that I have to wager a further 25 times. 2. I have been betting on this platform for years now and I have never had any issues with them. Although the website is not patterned like most modern websites and can be confusing at first but once you get a hang of it you can just move from there. Good customer service with telephone, email, and live chat.

They suddenly closed down my account without writing me or anything. I then wrote them and here 7 days after I have not got any respond from either of the two departments I've contacted. Their chat will not help me out either. I really dont understand why bookmakers dont get that they are in the service industry - and that is why Bet365 is miles better than everyone ...

If option for 0 star i would. Awful gaming platform, limited sports betting. bonus is actually pointless cos they limit your betting if you win. seems very similar to 22bet in this aspect. Dont give them a penny as they only want you if u loose money. its sad that if you are lucky in a bet they still prevent withdrawls

Avoid or close your account! Worst site ever! As other people have said make you jump through hoops for ID when requesting a withdrawal but will let you deposit no problem. Withdrawals take forever! Been waiting days and mine aren’t even processed. No phone number so can only talk to the passive aggressive staff through live chat. They disabled me using this service. In short if you win doubt you’ll ever receive the money.
