i dont know how it was to someone else but to me it s shet.I play over a few years and todat it s last day i will enter.Poker platforma it s a scam , every mounth i lose , i lose everyhand i almost play , the river card it s alwasys on spot.If you get some points at the beggining when it s time to get in the spot the game is always set trap you.if you go all in almost everytime you lose.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. The whole site is rigged. From the dead slots to the clearly dodgey roulette wheel. I won’t speculate what methods they are using but i have about 3-4 hours of video evidence on how the ball lands on the number that’s least covered. I will be reporting this company to gaming commission. If anyone would like to see the evidence feel free to contact me

For the welcome promotion, Unlike every other online casino, unibet doesn't allow u to keep winnings on deposited money. The requirement to unlock bonus is to spend all real money in account and instead of going negative it will use bonus.This makes it worse than most other online casinos as the others only require that you bet £10, this means if you win using your deposit you can keep the remaining balance as long as £10 has been bet, the bonus is unlocked.Additionally, the terms and conditions are much more vague, "before bonus is unlocked the "offer amount" must be spent." This is so vague, the customer assistant also had no idea and just kept copying and pasting random terms and conditions at me no matter how irrelevant to my question. I also asked whether the spins are then also locked if I win, the answer was yes, at a wager of 30x whether this is true or not I don't know, the assistant probably doesn't know , Either way talking to customer service only added to the confusion.Another gripe is just the overall execution of the service, it was hard to find out what games I could and couldn't play for the bonus, there is a bonus unlock list with games played but it doesn't add them up or show the whole list, I don't really know what it is for really considering I have to spend the entirety of the deposit plus winnings from that deposit to unlock the bonus. All in all, after using unibet, compared to all other options, this one is the only one to make me feel duped, tricked out of my money, locked away behind unbeatable bonus options that are much harder to unlock than its competitors. My first reason for using Unibet was for their live streaming of football, which is extensive and has good global coverage of all games. The markets available for football betting are also wide ranging and coverage generally very good, second only perhaps to bet365. Their customer service is decent, live chat option available and always resolved any of my queries. They allowed me to withdraw £900 made from a small initial deposit. Overall a very good and trustworthy service from my experience.

I have used this site for around a year.. deposited loads and also withdrew loads I got given a 1 pound bonus where I met all wagering requirements I had 50 that was eligible to be withdrew I tried to withdraw it and all off a sudden my account was hit with loads of messages saying I have to provide a pdf statement of my accou t which I did.. they then told me the bank account I deposited did not match the account I wish to withdraw to I told them that is ridiculous I have always used the same card and never had a problem with withdrawing any money.. now because its 50 pound I've won for free I've been sending and receiving emails to unibet for over 4 days trying g to resolve this situation but everytime I get the same email back telling me my deposit card does not match my withdraw card and they have had over 10 statements from my bank and still telling me it doesn't match and I've had to tell them to keep the 50 pounds and close down my account.... so don't win anything for free because trust me they won't pay it to u and will make u jump through hoops on fire whilst juggling water with your nose blindfolded on a bears face to be able to actually get it.... unibet the worst site going

Been with this site for a few months, won £1500 a couple of months ago, no problem withdrawing it, but since then not a single decent win. £50, here £20 there. All they do is take your money and return nothing, if you get a decent win with them that’s the last you get. Spent hundreds over the last few weeks with no return. Nothing but a complete scam, they know if you’ve had a decent win in the past, and then they rig the slots to prevent you from winning again.will be closing my account and never using them again, they should be closed down and reported to the gaming commission.

Disgustingly awful, won some money on the account to which they wanted verification.Fair enough, i then supplied them bank statements ontop of bank statements for them to moan that they were not sent in PDF file, i then went away and converted all my documents required into pdf which included, proof of address, paypal details, bank statements, drivers license.This has been going on for more then 2-3 weeks and i have tried to be understanding and patient.I then called on the Thursday 15th and Friday 16th September to which i was told , that the verification team has all the documents required and are happy with everything sent now, so I waited for another 4-5 days for a response to say that the account was fully verified for them to only say they need more documents.Just feels like they do everything in the power not to pay you out when you beat them and hold onto your money and i still haven’t had it.Ontop of all this, i know the customer service representatives are doing there jobs but they have no care in the world and literally cannot help you one bit other then say “i am sorry, I understand” , also can’t even call this so called verification team so you go absolutely nowere with emails or calls, just seems like will never get this money , joke of a company.Would be 0 stars every single time

Very, very frustating. I have used this site in the past with no issues. This time I have made a deposit and sent in all the id and bank statements requested but I can't use any of my funds on unibet but worse still I can withdraw my deposit as the app says I need my account verified. Everytime I contact them I get some poor excuse for the delay in verifying my account.Terrible way to treat customers.

This is because they all know each other, no doubt in contact with each other, fold to each other etc. Absolutely NOT a fair deal, I don’t care what they claim, they have to keep their job don’t they, so will literally say anything to keep people depositing, doesn’t mean it’s true. Nevermind me not being able to prove anything, the onus should be on them to prove they provide an honest game. A quick look on their official website security page for RNG certificate will lead you to two dead links one for RNG certificate and one for Ecogra. Both empty links. They are required by licence and law to display these and even say on the very same page that they do, but then give two dead empty links. Take from that what you will.It’s just one big ring of collusion IMO, nothing else explains what is right there in front of you. Their security department is laughable, staff are almost as rude and unhelpful as their regular forum members, KYC process is clearly being taken advantage of and used as an excuse not to pay honest customers who just might, very rarely, actually win marginally more than their deposit. Deposited easy enough, after winning jackpot of £14000 I went to withdraw and they needed to see docs which I sent over, waited a day for them to be verified and passed, £14000 came in.Had another bash, deposited a total of £3400 in different goes, won £12000. Withdrew that and I then had to go through the account verification again. This time they wanted proof of funds which my boyfriend had transferred me some money prior to my unibet deposit so they’re claiming it as 3rd party use. Will enable verification on any account that wins a bet and put you in a never ending cycle of document providing, document rejecting and slow responses to get you to give up on your money. They have even down a soft credit check with intentionally wrong details compared to what the account was setup with...this is peak illegal activity. Now taking them to court to get my winnings out. Avoid at all costs, stick to reputable bookies.
