One of the worst experiences I've had with a company ever. They bring me in with bonuses, let me deposit and cash out a few times, then lock my account and tell me they need documentation galore on me, or I won't be getting my most recent withdrawal. (Even though the previous customer service agent said it wouldn't affect it.) They wasted multiple hours of my time refusing to answer questions or even resolve this issue in anyway. Eventually, they knew they were in the wrong and released my withdrawal, but then banned my account.

These guys are genius scam artists. I'd avoid 110%. Unless you have the patience like I did.

I deposited £10, then won £50. As soon as that win went into my account then suddenly my account was disabled or whatever they say!! I’ve spent 3 weeks sending multiple documents just to prove who I am, they didn’t want to prove who I was when they took my money!!!!!

They refuse documents for reasons that are absolutely ridiculous!! I sent a bank statement in with dates etc and they told me there was no dat for the transaction hahahahhaha!!

The online chats are useless, they just say it’s down to the verification team who must be working 48hr shifts with no sleep if they can’t check a document properly!!!!

Just don’t waste your time!!! It becomes such a stressful experience!!

They send you nuisance messages, you cannot use your phone to block them for some reason , if you send UNISTOP they will charge you and it does not work! I have reported them to the ICO today. Their site has no contact details surprise surprise, it's seems silly worrying about junk messages but they message constantly and it's annoying:(

Horrible Experience, Absolute Scam Site. If you win a Bonus feature on a 0.10p – 0.20p option, all winnings seem to be capped at around the £3 average mark. The rtp has been manipulated also, and I don't care what crap they claim. Just go on the Manufactures site for the particular slot and play it in demo mode for the same stake. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Signed up with a promise of a £30 bonus if I deposited £10. Within minutes of starting playing the game a wining they blocked my account. What a scammers casino. You really have to stay far away from this because if you win they won't pay you. They will lead you on the line and eventually close your account. I won here at Bingo but do not want to cash out because I have blocked the online casino. But I can continue to play sports betting and bingo. 4 weeks and counting on the verification process.

I won a bet and so far I have been trying to verify my account for 4 weeks, many emails have been exchanged and a few calls. I am trying to verify with my bank statement – currently they are disputing that we are using a downloaded statement and but actually we are using on we had posted as requested. I have taken photos with all 4 corners, submitted multiple times and sent a comparison of the downloaded document not a printed one but still they reject the one I have had sent.

I cannot even get through on the phone lines today. Total joke… there doesn't seem to be an escalation process and the advisers cannot offer any way forward. You don't even get to speak to the versification team!!

You need less proof to buy and sell houses!!

Played the most money I ever gambled on Super Saturday as its once a week and I thought I'd give it a go…. then I couldn't even access the game. Tried multiple times, even shut down the entire app twice and it just did nothing when clicking on the game. Tried to contact unibet to ask

I tried to register with this firm yesterday( 30/8/21 ) for the first time and was told I already had an account with them which was not true.

He had some of my details on an account under a different email address and obviously I wanted to know how they had received these details as somebody had passed them onto Unibet but certainly not me.

I needed to know when this account was opened HE WOULD NOT TELL ME !.

He suggested I should contact my Bank but what good would that do if I did not know when the account was opened ?.

Our conversation lasted for 2 hours in which time he gave no explanation whatsoever as to how they had an account listed in my name, which is fraud.

I am 71 years of age and never ever experienced such a useless operative as I encountered who was going off the chat line for ages obviously taking advice from someone else after the points I had raised with him before coming back with an answer.

As the answers were not addressing my questions I asked to speak to his supervisor or senior member of staff but he refused to put anybody else on the chat line.

I asked the operative to forward a transcript of our conversation to my email address and he said he definitely would do so but I am still waiting so it looks like I am going to have to take the matter further.

However, if this is the way Unibet operate I am pleased I was unable to register with them.
