Can't say anything good about this site.Played few times and after long time I decided to try it once more maybe I will change my opinion.And I actually did change from bad to even worse.Games are rigged that is hard to even play normally and it's not a pleasure to watch being robbed.I don't recommend that site and not planning to play on this site ever again.

So I signed up for the welcome offer, deposited and placed a £10 qualifying bet. That bet was settled and they awarded 2 of my 3, free bets (I was still awaiting my casino free bet), no hassle so far. I then placed my £20 free bet on the Netherlands game last night, and 20 minutes into the match they decided to close my account with absolutely no reason given.

I don't understand how it's legal that I signed up, placed a qualifying bet of my own money in good faith and they close my account before they even let me use the free bets I rightfully earned.

I tried Live Chat, the gentleman on there was incredibly blunt and rude. When asked why I can't log in I was told "Unfortunately your account has been permanently closed by our security department, apologies for any disappointment", to which I queried this, stating I had done nothing wrong to which he replied "Unfortunately we are not advised to the reason why I'm afraid. However, Unibet reserve the right to close or block accounts at their discretion, apologies again".

He basically stated he knows I've done nothing wrong and kept reiterating they can basically do what they want. I've used several betting companies and never has anything like this ever happened.

They're complete fraudsters, an absolute disgrace. No doubt if I'd have put more of my own money in and my bets were lost instead of won, they'd have no problem leaving my account open.

SO PLEASE IF YOU'RE READING THIS, AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I DIDN'T THINK A COMPANY COULD BE THIS DISGRACEFUL, BUT NOW I KNOW.

Opened an account – submitted all docs, same day they email me saying the account was suspended in relationship with T&C. Contacted CS as I really wanted to find out which T&C I violated, that they decided to close my account. I initially thought there is something wrong with my docs, but no – they were all good.
CS then send me an A4 page with some T&C to read, copy and pasted, without clarifying which of the T&C.

Time wasters !!!

Closed my account and kept my money.

I opened an account with the company and placed a £40 bet. They closed my account automatically. I got in touch with live support and asked why. They didn't give me a reason. They said they'd honour my bet if it won. I explained that I didn't wish to keep the bet as they're refusing my service and I'm not able to cash out if needed. They said they won't send my money back. This is literal theft. They're happy to keep the money if the bet loses! avoid at all costs. Pathetic.

These have to be the worst bookie ever.

I was doing the bet club they offer and after completing the offer I had my account restricted for some unknown reason and they won't give me the free bet I earned. These are the only bookie to do this and it's because they are so cheap and all about profit NOT about users like other bookies are.

All I can say is that considering they are supposed to be a fair bookie that has the customer at heart, its just a joke, they are about draining as much cash from you as possible and then not giving you what you earned fairly.

Find any other bookie and avoid these cowboys at all costs

Just started playing today on slots. I deposited £10 and got the welcome bonus. I ended up cancelling the bonus as I won £140. I withdrew £110 and it was in my bank within about 5 mins. Can’t complain at all. Would definitely recommend so far. After cancelling the bonus don’t expect any wins. Considering it’s supposed to be done by a RNG they seem to know I’ve won some and won’t pay anymore, the gameplay slows and glitches when your about to get a win. I thought it was to good to be true. Have placed 70 on big bets and won about 20 back. Last bet was 30 and only won about £3.

My brother is disabled with Parkinson's Disease and so I helped him set up he's account. However after placing a first bet they then blocked he's account asking for proof of identity. Passport, Utility Bill or similar. Fine no problem.

However they then also wanted the debit card back and front and will not let us remove excess numbers from the card they want more of the numbers.

When they were told he would not do this, they told me they won't accept he's account, best part of it at the moment they are refusing to return he's money deposited if they don't get the credit card how they want it sent!

I have told them to return the money to the card from which it was taken and they are still refusing to do so.

I will be looking further into this tomorrow and taking things a whole new level.

In this instance they are trying to steal money that does not belong to them since refusing to return it even though we have told them they will not be being used and to close the account! Not sure if I could contact the bank for a charge back or would that be only credit card? And again would they since Unibet let him place a bet from the money first deposited before blocking;.

If anyone has any sence stay as far away from Unibet as possible.

Don't deposit large amounts into Unibet! This is now day 5 in the verification process. It says it can take up to 72 hours. I deposited £3700. The account is frozen. They have verified the account but I still cannot get access to the funds. A complete joke. These guys are crooks!

Unibet should be renamed uni s-h-i-t-e. Beware do not join they asked me for everything under the sun for verification. Once verified after 12 days they decide they need to review my account for responsible gambling. During which time I can not withdraw. Bear in mind I only made one deposit with this rubbish company. I have been a long time customer spending money on unibet but not after this day on May 17 I bet on trident vs go game trident gets to 9-4 rounds technical issues happen and they forfeit the match and they don’t refund like who does that? I feel betraid they told me because vp was announced winner ? So what? New to unibet and I'm already 600 in and I haven't had a single win on the slots at all. All the other casinos I'm with I normally get a nice hit for every 100 I play on slots. Can't even this company 0 stars or else I would have. I registered with the casino site and provided my verification, which was approved.

I deposited and made it to £10k and when I went to withdraw I couldn't. I was asked to verify documents which I did. But they kept on delaying not paying me. Which resulted me to lose the money.

This is absolute joke. They are happy to get your money but take ages and make excuses to pay you your hard earned withdrawal.

awful!! i put down £500 deposit, for a long time i was playing and nearly always i would loose, until one day i have won £2,500. i tried to withdraw that money but they would ask for ID multiple amount of times, after a long time they SUSPENDED my account. i went to the live chat to ask what happened to my money and they told me i didn't pass my ID check. all my money was lost until i contacted thisisgambling.com, they helped me get it all back

I lost 16k in one month. I was never asked about anything to do with responsible gambling until I had run out of money !!!! I asked why I had lost that in football betting and the only bonus the kept giving me was 50 free slot spins and 10p per stake ! It’s sickening.

I made over 9 complaints all in all. They have ignored me since. I ring up and eventually they answer my problems and say I’ll get a call back. It NEVER happened. I opted to speak to a manager about my account and that manager didn’t exist. It’s common they leave the phone to keep ringing and not answer.

All of them are unprofessional people in an office in Scotland. The whole company is disturbing. Deposited 250 euro through PayPal, you would think I deposited a million euro. They have frozen my account and asked for everything for verification. They even asked for bank statements even though I didn’t deposit through my bank. I have sent them everything and still not enough. I am now waiting on resolve to help me as had enough. My account was closed down by this company. I didn't do anything wrong. Unibet give me a notification that I am not playing with them anymore with no explanation. They choose which players they wanted and not us that is breach of equality act 2010 under protection characteristic.
I bet one football game and actually won. Then next moment they closed my account down on yesterday.
This company is a racist thug which other reviews have said.

I had used unibet for the first time in nov 19, 2020 and I lost and didnt use it since till recently 2021. I had a glitch on the site it would show an error message and the spinning wheel loading when I made a deposit. Then after trying it again it made 4 deposits of 200 dollars totaling $800. I was frustrated but I thought it would not be a big issue and I just went to withdraw 750 as 200 was a promo amount to win 50 casino dollars. I then proceeded to bet with the remaining 50 and won a couple bets leaving me with close to 900 in the account. I noticed that the withdrawl was taking forever. Then they blocked my account and are having me verify the transactions from nov 19, 2020. At first I could not even recall the transaction as it had occurred so long ago. They then asked me for statements for that paypal, the card used on nov 19, 2020 when the recent transactions had nothing to do with nov 19, 2020. April 20th 2021 is when these deposits went in. They are making it a nightmare to get my own money 800 of which was incorrectly deposited and about hundred in profits. I am still waiting to be cleared to unblock my account and hopefully get my money back. Horrible company never seen anything like this. If they cared about verifying transactions they should do so before you even deposit not afterwards to con you out of your own money.

I played on this site with no issues . Thought it was a good site. Never won but thats the chance you take. Next day I was asked for verification which I sent . Then my account got blocked. I have contacted there support to ask why . But 3 days later still no reply . Looks like they let you deposit and play then ask for verification and then block your account for no reason . To me this is a rip off site .
