Worst bookmaker I've ever encountered by a large margin! They will close your account for daring not to wager all the money you deposit instead of giving it all to them! Daring to withdraw any winnings or any money not wagered you've deposited will come with a warning, and after that…they close your account! Pathetic! Never known anything like it! And you then have support people coming out with the biggest load of garbage that doesn't make sense! I hope they go bankrupt! Desperate for money! Imbeciles! They also have the worst offers I've ever encountered as well! Avoid!

terrible website, constantly lagging so its very slow loading pages, forever lagging out altogether meaning you cant access the site and worst part is somehow the games dont actually pay very well, they are the dryest games ive known and when you do get a bonus every bonus is tiny.

also no change to bonus/rewards they are still all totall irrelevant sports bettings bonuses so not sure why they are showing me ive only every played slots for the last few years here.

Also no withdraws back to the mastercard pre paid card i used to deposit, so anyone reading this contact the financial ombudsman service and gambling commission, they cant stop you withdrawing it.

They became intrusive when I won à few bets.

When opening an account all verification was done and I thought that was it.

Recently I had a few wins on another site and subsequently increased my betting with Unibet.

I won a little and could happily explain my transactions.

They wanted bank statements, photos of my bank cards, front and back etc.

They made me feel like a fraudster.

I refused to share bank statements and images of the reverse of my card for the facts that I thought it intrusive and my own security.

They deemed this as a refusal and wanted to close my account.

The only reason it is still open now is because I have an ante post bet on the football.

I am beginning to think that the high street bookmakers are making a rash decision by closing their branches. They are not intrusive and you can just go in and place your bet.

Online bookmakers make up their own rules and hide behind the statement of it being….gambling regulations.

Sounds slightly pathetic when you hear it churned out again and again.

I just can’t understand how I’ve not had a bonus over 20X in 19 deposits! Bonus opportunity’s here are bad enough, it can take up to 500 spins to get one but it’s always the same 5X-20X every single time. Where is the RNG? It’s too much of a coincidence, I can’t remember the last time I actually had a cashout. What an earth is going on with Unibet casino right now. In the past it’s been quite decent and fair when it comes to playing slots but these past 2 weeks it’s literally becoming an impossible task to bonus anything. I’ve made 5 deposits and had 2 bonuses from the same slot. I’ve tried multiple slots even the ones like wild north that are easy to bonus just to see if it was just me but again, no bonus. The RNG is surly off here and something isn’t quite right at the moment. Anyone having the same problem? Tried to withdraw some money checked the next day and was still under review so did a live chat and was told it will be done on Monday as no one can do it on a Sunday spoke to someone Monday afternoon who then told me they required documents and still wasn’t dont on Tuesday after sending documents and was told it could take up to another 72 hours to review documents DONT USE THEM

These Evolution Roulette dealers has cheating all the time, because they are not starting throwing the ball from the point where it felled. But always throwing the ball more then 5 numbers further or lesser, which is against the international roulette dealers guidelines. Why they are still cheating while they can make more money without cheating so more people can trust them

Signed up to an account via app. Immediately received an email telling me my account was locked, when I tried to verify the app said I was "good to go" and there was no way to provide documentation. Contacted customer services who, rather than offer the opportunity to verify my identity or otherwise solve the problem, informed me my account has been permanently closed and I'm barred from opening an account with them in the future, with (as I see others on here also received) a vague reference to their T&Cs which state they can close accounts for several reasons – fine, but they didn't actually tell me the reason. Misspelled my name in the response. Thankfully never actually got the chance to make a deposit so at least they won't be getting any of my money. Complete waste of time.

Update on my previous review. Took 4 weeks to eventually review my documents. I had £8500 sitting some where for that amount of time. I eventually threatened them with a small court case and media exposure and they paid out the next day… convenient. There is a website called ‘resolver’ a very good tool to solve problems with the gambling site. They respond immediately once you open a case.
There procedures and t&cs are all wrong and do not stick to the time scales, there is a legislation that says if you’re not notified about the time scale they will take and they go over the time scale shown on their website you start a case. They will do anything to hold on to your money. They then closed my account after because they made me wait 4 weeks and I said I’d make a case. Worst company ever.

One of the worst online gaming sites…
One of the worst online gaming sites that I have experienced .
I made a deposit from my debt card . I lost most of it then I started to win and suddenly they interrupted my game asking for verification of my account .
I tried to withdraw my funds but was refused until I verify my account . So I went through the process of verifying my account ,which was approved by unibet.
I again attempted to withdraw my funds , again I was refused as I needed to show proof of funds . Which quite frankly it’s ridiculous as it not a very large amount, and it was going to be returned to my debt card.

I then provided proof of funds from my account and I’m still waiting for unibet to review !!!
This process has now been over a week .
So my advise is stay away from these scam artists. As for their customer service there is little to be desired .

Over 3 weeks keeping 8k no sign of them handing it over. I’ve never lost any money so it’s no bad review to hurt there rep. Im only a couple of grand up after depositing a large amount. In the process of taking legal action as they are not sticking to time scales nor updating me about what’s going on. They make up excuses and try to use their clever t&cs to make you out to be a criminal. I’d listen to most these reviews and don’t use this site. Ask to send relevant documents in which I do so. Say it usually takes 48 hours it’s been 10 days. I’ve had zero communication. The department that deals with it are not customer faced.

Seems to be a feeder for the casino, even the poker promotions are free spins which seems morally inappropriate as the site likes to go on about being beginner friendly.

There seems to be very mercenary regulars, I'm not saying they are team playing but they are absolutely leaving the tables momentarily after winning then returning with minimum buy in. This is absolutely happening.
