I'm fine with losing a fair bet, because that's how M̶a̶f̶i̶a̶ gambling works. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose. However, what I'm not fine with, is when the bookie calls a winner when the game is still going, and where the official winner is yet to be determined. This is what happened with the 2020 elections that are still undecided. The elections are still going, yet Unibet decided to call it for Biden. Just like in a football match, the media doesn't decide the winner. Not all gambling sites were as devious as Unibet though. Some are still waiting for the official winner to be announced.
Biden may indeed win, but if Trump wins, when it comes to betting, it doesn't matter.
If I end up winning the bet I made at Unibet, I still end up losing my money. Nice deal.
Unibet used this ambiguous situation to cash out big time.
I didn't bet that much, but I'm sure some other customers are really grinding their teeth right now.
A risky move from Unibet and other firms who made the same decision.

I placed a bet with Unibet for USA election 2020 for Donald Trump. it was stated clearly that the condition was " winner decided by who reaches the required numbers of electrical votes on the election day. If there is no clear winner on election day the offer will be settled as soon as a candidate is projected to win beyond reasonable doubt."

They declared I lost the bet and they further explained their term and condition as follow which stated no where on their website until you ask :

As previously mentioned the bets will be determined on the basis of 'reasonable doubt' in the circumstance that there is no clear winner on the night of election night.

As it currently stands, it has been accepted globally that Biden has won the election, this is further supported by the Associated Press declaring Biden as the winner of the presidential debate.

With the current electoral votes being 290-214 with Biden leading in other battlegrounds still contested, we argue that there is no reasonable doubt as to the winner of the election and unsubstantiated claims by the Trump camp do not constitute "reasonable doubt". Since there is no court ruling to support these claims, this serves as unreasonable allegations.

For bets referring to competitions which span over more than 1 round/stage (E.g,:.Season Bets), only amendments effecting bets which settlement has not been decided yet will be taken into consideration. Such measures must be announced by the governing association before the last scheduled round/stage will be considered. Any changes effected after this date, or else referring to bets which have already been settled based on events happening during the event/competition will not be considered.

We have settled on numerous sources declaring Biden the winner. If this outcome gets changed at a later stage first official settlement will stand.

Very poor service, I genuinely think there slots are fixed i was playing return of kong megaways with a 2.5k balance at stakes of £2 and never got on the feature one nor came close to thats 1250 spins not included and winner could easily be over 2000 spins, I have played same game on many different sites and would minimum get on the feature 5/7 times with that balance and amount of spins. I'm reading the reviews and wondering if I got the wrong site. I've had zero issues with Unibet not alone that I've made some profit without any hitches. The verification was standard the online chat was consistent. Setup an account about a month ago, kept losing, won 2 bets last week total of £54 and they suspended my account for verification. Sent pictures of myself with ID and water bill and they closed my account and won’t offer an explanation!

Poker is good I’ve cashed in every tournament I’ve played , payouts are within a few hours . Problem I have is the App crashing through a game and my big hands I have to fold when a loose player calls with garbage and gets lucky . Just to resolve fraud I emailed police report that they say the didn’t get so I re-emailed and confirmed they received. I get called multiple times a day saying i owe this fraudulent money. Well made 3 deposits in the last few days every single bonus I’ve had has been 5X or lower. The higher the stakes you play the dead spins become more and more common. I counted and averaged 20-28 dead spins to a 25p win on a 50p stake and no bonus on that deposit by the way. STAY CLEAR, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, this company is a con, they make the T&C so complicated for new customers to try and trip you up, they offer you free bets for signing up but then use every excuse under the sun to not pay out, I didn't get my £40 bonus for signing up and placing a bet, so I had to contact them, it took them 4 days to respond were by they did add the £40 bonus, so I placed my bet with the bonus however because the bonus is only valid for 7 days and although I waited 4 days for it they took the first day as the date I placed my qualifying bet, consequently my 7 days ran out before my bonus bet had settled so they took my £152 winnings of me, when I contacted them all they could say was sorry nothing we can do as you bet didn't settle within 7 days, I tried to explain that it was their mistake as they didn't deposit the bonus till I contacted them and even then it took them 4 days to respond and add it, they were not interested, then reading the reviews on here I now wish I had read them before I signed up seems like I'm not the only one they have conned, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR CHOOSE ANOTHER ONLINE BETTING SITE

From minute I joined this online casino I had issues while playing on an iPad. I contacted them numerous times and was told each time it was either my internet connection or I need to clear my cookies. I have state of the art internet and router. I did as they asked and before playing ALWAYS cleared my cookies and cache. Well I play on many other sites and never an issues. So I reach out yet again and talk to a manager who admits to me they have IPad compatibility issues. So I only learn this after 6 months. During that time I was not able to view over $1000 worth of bets to see out come of the casino game. So I reached out and asked for two things. A manager reached out with no explanation just a $50 credit. When I questioned why only $50 and no help in resolving iPad issue they suspended my account. I then tried to find out why and was given five different answers, stay away from this site. Customer service is subpar, have an issue they will cancel your account. I have filed complaint with Pa Gaming commission.

Terrible! No way to cash out! Signed up and deposited $300 to get $300 match. It says 10x rollover but I was playing $100 hands of blackjack and played well over 100 hands. I started betting months ago, my account was charged £ 1500 and I lost everything. Luckily for me, the last 3 weeks I met the guy on Instagram called green_tipp, the guy games are nerve-wracking !!! ..
