I deposited £2000 to play poker here full time. I sent them an incredible amount of info for ID and proof of address but had multiple documents rejected. The first was a selfie with my passport, which Skrill insisted on, but apparently Unibet can’t accept ID with me holding it (Surely more secure?) because they can’t zoom in slightly. Then the one that delayed me for a whole month- they need proof of address to be a letter which was sent through the post! Environment? Who cares… electronic PDF forwarded from business Email address with their logos on? Nope. Council tax bill from a .gov portal? Absolutely not! They need it through the post! Seriously- I warned them that it would take a bank or overstretched local government office a long time to post something like that out but they wouldn’t listen… By the way, the back and forth had already taken a few weeks to this point and 1 month after that (7 weeks from registration) I finally get a letter through the post. 4 days after that I get a reply from Unibet and the account has been authorised. If you have gone electronic to do the right thing, please think twice about using these dinosaurs! And when I finally got on the website, it’s very limited- no rush games, only cash with regs Multi-tabling at NL100+ stakes and very limited tourney selection; not for anyone thinking about making a living here. Suffice to say, I closed the account and wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

Keep well away from this company!!! They have robbed me blind won over £400 yet to receive any money they told me I had to wager it over 1000 times!!!! Awful

Fixed matches are matches people find hard to get and make money with. I should count my self as one of the lucky once that got access to that, this all happened when I started betting I was recording much losses on my unibet account that was tragic thou, but on a long search I later found a tipster on Instagram by the name EDDY_TIPS who is also on telegram with the name KINGYPICKS he offers me fixed odd which I stake and make millions of pounds within few months on my unibet account, and he do gives me odd on payment afterwinning which I keep to every part of his deal. This wise one should take advantage of this I just said now!!!!!

Spent over £300.00 on slots. Dead spin after dead spin. Seems like the games are designed not to pay . Bonus games -if you are lucky to have one – pays peanuts .if you increase your stake forget about winning anything.. Avoid playing. This site shouldn't be allowed to operate at all.
Horse betting has good selection of races-domestic and international. That's where they can't rob you off your money

Awful, I have moved house and unibet see this as a chance to keep any monies. No documentation is accepted, so far my voter registration (electoral role), driving licence, pdf of bank statement, passport, home insurance documents have been deemed insufficient. They have also applied deadlines to make it even harder.

It's the 21st century and most people use online billing. But I have managed to paper copies for the above and still no (including photos of me holding the paper copies).

It is ridiculous that I can vote, drive, insure property but cannot withdraw my £70 from this company.

worse site in my life. scam so i made an account about 6 months ago and the first time deposit it was great money lasted and managed to make a withdrawl since the first time i ever withdraw it has just took all my money never pays out and your money gone within minutes i have deposit over £2000 in last 6 months and never got another withdraw massive scam basically pulls you in to make it look like a good site and then takes everything stay away from this site if you want to have a long play.

Never even got to play on this site, took them 2 months to verify my account, finally get's verified, and they go, "sorry your first deposit bonus has expired'.

Like what is that, biggest angle shooters I have come across in any site so far.

Waste 2 months of my time to angle shoot me out of my first deposit bonus. Nobody else does this Unibet, onl you.

I'm not playing on this platform, my bank also flagged it for possibly being a fraudulent transaction when I tried to deposit. I thought at first the deposit bonus was just automatic, then I ask about it in customer support, and they say it expired.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. AVOID this company. I opened an account today, deposited money and placed a bet. I tried to access the account not long after opening the account and received a 'technical error' message. I tried to withdraw my deposit and received another error message. After contacting these people on live chat, I was told my account was closed. I received no communication that my account was closed yet they were quite happy to take my money and not inform me of the closure.

SCAM! Always thought the slots was OK as the occasional big slot payout made up for not winning. BUT I have spent £3300 in one week on £1 spin and have had no more than 5 bonus spins winning more than £30 and no actual reel win more than £10. Dead spin after dead spin! When you need one more bonus free spins icon you see the system jump it fast which it does not do any other round so you do not get it. Ive recorderd it and even the gambling commission agrees £3330 on pound spins there is a problem. High volatile slots or not. Stay clear! Scam and I will see you in court.

Absolute dog of a poker site. STAY AWAY! I have played online poker since it's inception, and I have never experienced anything quite like this abomination.

The RNG is demon possessed (for a start), the fellow players leave you feeling like you're not playing real people, and if you DO happen to place in the "money" in a tournament…they'll just tell you that you "must have misread the tournament lobby" when you ask why you haven't received your payment.

Biggest problem I had with these amateurs was. Within 2 days the sie crashed for hours at a time losing game play i had built up and monitored for hours costing me hundreds. So if you rely on actually being able to use them FORGET IT go to paddy power or bet 365……

The worst betting site ever. The bolcked my account permanently and didnt give me the money i won. I did not get even the money i deposited. As i wanted to withdrawal the money i won i had to verificate my account. I sent them every document they asked. Every time they asked me for a document i sent it and each time i recived an email where they asked for another doc. I have sent them 17 docs. It took about 5 weeks and at the end they blocked my account and confiscated all my money.

Happy to let me signup, deposit and bet money but as soon as you try to withdraw thats when they start hitting you with ID checks, this is directly against the guidance issued by the gambling commission earlier this year.

Guys its a scam, don't play Unibet Poker, scam site. This is why you cannot even chat on Unibet Poker because most of the profiles are fake BOT profiles which are used by Unibet. These Unibet BOTs will always take your money no matter how good player you are. Also if you win on sports betting then they mess with you even more in poker to make sure you lose some money. The game got especially sick when I made my first withdraw, then literally I could not win any type of game, even one on one. One instance I won an all in with a very strong hand and I had 1498 and the other player had 2 left !!!! Guess who won??? The blind was already 50/100. The BOT went 11 all ins in a row against me to win the game from there. 2-4-8-16-32-64-128-256-512-1024-WIN. I have never ever seen anything like this and I play poker for a long time. If the game wants you to lose they will make you lose no matter what. They are stealing our money by controlling the hands and the outcome!!!

After sending all the legit documents multiple times for verification. It was not accepted for no good reason, and they refuse to process my withdrawal, so essentially stealing a few thousand £s.

Absolute terrible site to bet on. They don’t pay out. I won a bet on a golfer. Around 1000 bucks. They said the role over was 99x and you have to do that in less then a week. I didn’t even use the bonus nor want it and they said even my money I can’t take out. So literally then took my money and said you have to forfeit your money because you didn’t hit the 99x rollover in a week which is impossible to hit.

Pretty happy with overall experience. You deposit 10 and get 40 quid as bonus but it's wagered, which I was not aware but it's clearly stated in T&C. Cancelled the bonus and withdrew my winning. Customer support (Laura) was great and efficient in explaining everything.

Having complied strictly with their 'verification process' they then ask for more documents and make you jump through more hoops, which in my opinion is to avoid paying out what they owe. They have my money and won't pay me. Therefore BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE of UNIBET. I'm now pursuing my complaint via the UKGC to get my money back. DISGUSTING

Watch out for terms and conditions. Very sketchy, I won a bet from a bonus, but they didn't even give me the winnings because it "expired" a few minutes later than the 7 day allowance, which isn't made clear. Even after reading the small print, they make it seem like I had to place a bet within 7 days but, it turns out it's when it's settled. They waited to settle the bet in order to make it invalid, and even refused to refund me after the bet was invalid.

On the 24th of July 2020 a race at Crayford 17.18 went off.

The lids came up and trap 3 was no where in sight it looked like the trap 3 stall was vacant. The dog eventually came out at about 3 to 4 seconds after all the other dogs ran I've never seen this happen like in 20 years of dog racing. I've seen dogs fall out of boxes and stumble but this was a extreme event that had taken place.

Uni bet settlers didn't want to refund the stake to loyal customer or offer free bet as a good will gesture.

Morale of the story avoid this company like the plauge.
