Constant technical issues has ruined any enjoyment from this website. No offers of apology from the contacts I have spoken to. Having the cash out option constantly disappear at times when needing to limit loses. Best thing I have done today is close my account.

Disgusting website. The customer service is robotic and rude. When advising I had lost 10k they made a sarcastic comment. I have lost out on over £500 of cash outs on this site due to technical issues. Not once have they offered anything in return for their error. They always seem to have technical issues when you have a big cashout. Avoid at all costs.

Requested verification and I provided valid EU id card. Refused to acknowledge it and said they were not obliged to tell me the reason why. Asked for alternative docs then found another lame excuse to dismiss it. Threatened legal action to have my money removed and my account closed. Totally unprofessional, Small fish in a large pond, got panicky over a 4-digit deposit and were finding excuses to say I did not meet the criteria whereas all they wanted was to refuse my custom. BEWARE.

They had a promo where if you bet $10 on either side of Masvidal vs. Usman, you got $100 if the fight lasted longer than the first 30 seconds. I bet $10 on Usman, the fight went 25 minutes and he won but they never gave me my $100 bonus which is the entire reason I even signed up or played.

I enjoy playing on Unibet the games are great and rewarding. Based on their originality alone I would have given them 5 stars. Unfortunately they fall short with the loyalty scheme. The amount you have to spend versus the rewards are pretty bad. And I personally believe they should get rid of the mission system as it’s all over the place. As a long term customer I don’t believe I get the VIP treatment my account suggests. If you want a fast original platform than you will not be disappointed but if you want rewards for your loyalty there are better platforms.

I have been a member of Unibet for over 3 years but just started using the website more recently. Do not open an account with these crooks, they will try and steal your money. They restricted my account so I can't place any bets just because I am showing a profit. They ask for obscene amounts of ID before releasing funds, some of which many people don't have access to. They also repeatedly lie over the phone to tell you certain documents will be accepted and then they are not. Stay away.

Unibet sent me a email saying place £25;on Bayern Munich get £25 in free bets, so I have the bet as won, but no £25 in free bets?? Because it was not over 2/1 ?? The email never stated that, and customer service as washed there hands of it. There licence should be revoked.
