Limited offers after showing loyalty.
I know it is all down to luck but I found this site had persistent losing streaks on their slots. Feature wins were at a premium and rarely out of lots of deposits was I ever "winning anything".
It became boring as it all became very predictable and as we know the RNG IS meant to be random! Excellent range of games but other sites I feel offer better value for money for entertainment enjoyed.

please guys never sign to unibet.The guys in the verification team are not professional .They try not to verify your account especially if you win anything big. They never satisfy with your documents. Verification is a big process. they can eat your brains

i gave them lots of documents .they gave stupid reasons. they even said my documents are not genuine. They are not professional. they dont know the difference between documents come by post and printed at home.

After being mistreated over 5 months I got a respond of pure nonsense. Accused by a fraud, 9440€ confiscated zero proofs showed. Only some shady rules from their own page.
After been mistreated over 5 months, I finally I got a letter being accused by making a fraud. No evidence have been showed, straight confiscation of 9440€.
Considering I have bet 99% unders in basketball, you would assume this is not cheating. You are criminals !!!!!!!!!

I registered for an account (for the first time, I might add), and on attempting to log in for the first time I received an error message saying my account has been blocked!!

Contacted customer service, apparently their security team can close an account without reason!

BONUS SCAM Joined casino, was offered a bonus. Deposited £60 saw no bouus, played for a few hours, deposited another £40 quid the about to play a different slot, they logged me out and then blocked me. 🤔
So I live chatted to one of thir agents and turns out I was self excluded with one of Thier sister companies, how the hell I'm I to know what company is which, I also scroll to the bottom of a caiso page and see what company operates it, doesn't it say who is the massive giant that owes it.

I have been on a gamstop ban for years and I cracked a few months ago and decided to send money over to our lasses bank account and register with an online casino, I chose unibet, one I was already banned from , Anyway I thought Id try it and see if I could make a deposit as they always ask for ID or a phone call maybe, This was about 3 months ago I joined and I clicked straight onto the banking page with an account in our lasses name and was able to deposit.I checked for the verification process and it said no need to upload anything you are good to go .. When I seen this I thought right I am back and they aint even asked for a single document ..months went by until today, A few grand down and some complaints on live chat they said no more deposits until u verify, I went on live chat and said u have had me down as verified for months all this is a bit late in the day.. I then told them who I really was and they had done nothing to check who was actually playing that site.I have sent off a complaint about duty of care the gambling commission state all new players should be properly verified before making any deposits or withdrawals , I never won a penny or took a penny from them just lost big time.they have responded this afternoon with an email but I will take it to the gambling commission if I am not satisfied with what ever excuse they have for not checking me,even if it just stops them reeling in any more addicts like myself.

SCAMMERS! I deposited £15 so that I could access a free bet offer they had on. They allowed me to sign up and then deposit money and wait till I put money in to tell me that my account needed verification.

The verification process is long winded and absolutely unnecessary. They ask for Passport, Driving Licence, Letter, Front and Back of bank card. I got in touch and said that I would rather a refund then go through this loong winded process to which they said that I cannot have a refund until I was verified.

They said they would accept driving licence as proof of address, once I sent that they then said I need to send them one of very few documents they find acceptable because now driving licence isn't proof of address.

I lost my card which I paid with, they're offering no solution other than for me to find my card or I don't get the money. After telling them that they're technically stealing from me and that what they're doing is illegal they now want me to ring the bank which you can't get through too because of Covid-19 and get them to send me something verifying that my card was lost. At which point they still want me to send a picture of another card.

Absolute Joke. STAY AWAY and run this shocking company out of business by not using them.

But the things that happens to poker game situations are very, very strange. Suddenly, you wake up with a dude who's constantly folded or playing only the good cards, go all in with an poor hand and catch you with an AK and he wins.
There are many situations in which 2 players goes all and the third one (mostly on the position after yours) calls with an impossible hand like A 10 off suit and he catch straight, full house, flushes with 4 cards on the board, etc.
I thnk there are some strange loops on their poker software that disadvantages the real poker strategies to make their application to be played only by gamblers. Or maybe just bots.
So, my review over the poker playing on unibet is stay away from this site if you are thinking to play and win with poker strategies. If you are a gambler, good luck! You will need it!

This is the worst betting App of them all for a multitude of reasons.
#1 why do they need your location on?
#2 they bombard you with emails after signing up of promises for free bets and spins that end up in nothing.
#3 they then promote and promise great prizes for playing live roulette with more freebies that just don't materialise at all.
#4 last but certainly not least the live blackjack lol hilarious every hand is 13 14 or 15 whilst the dealer always gets a playing card first King Queen etc with another high card.
#6 Watch the chat room while people are getting their cards every is saying the same thing 13 14 or 15 whilst the dealer gets the great hand. .
#7 To conclude it's a scam you've literally no chance ar any level and the bonus and freebies never materialize.

Wouldn’t trust Unibet at all. Most companies are satisfied with driving licence as identification.. these wanted a picture of the card and bank statement on top. Further on I made and account for my mum as she’s likes a bit of a gamble and saw a promotion she liked so I signed her up with all the correct details apart from I added £10 from my card which she gave me back in cash.. and without knowing you shouldn’t use third party cards as it’s one of her first times online she won 800 and as soon as we explained the situation to them they blocked the account and refused to pay out.. I’d stay right clear of these cons keep ur money or play elsewhere

I have been a member of Unibet for a very long time and have made loads of deposits. Over 2 weeks ago i suddenly received an email to say my account has been suspended and that they will get back in touch with me. Well they still have not. Despite numerous emails to them sent over a week ago there has still been no valid reason for suspension and still no communication from them at all. Also the staff on live chat are very rude and not very helpful. Bad service all way round. Not at all happy.

I've tested a lot of casinos over the years and many do make you wait weeks for a withdrawal and verification delays.
Unibet however so far has been a good experience. Automatic verification on sign up, withdrawals in most cases within 12 hours.
I was a bit spectical at first after reading reviews on here and I did have to work quite hard before the enjoyment began. £200 deposited before I noticed more consistent wins. So hang in there a good win ratio is possible.
I'll come back here and give 5 stars if unibet continues to be fair play to there customers.

I see a lot of recent bad reviews and wanted to share mine. I made a deposit, received my bonus match and met the wagering requirements (did take awhile but I wasn't planning on cashing out right away), then cashed out and received my money in my account in about 12 hours. So far they have had the quickest payout of any online casino I have used. The slots were up and down as they should be. I did go on some dry runs though. That's just slots. I didn't notice anything unusual like I have with a few other online casinos.

Slots are sometimes fair, but BLACKJACK IS A JOKE! I get blackjack and almost every time so does dealer so it pushes the bet. BTW do you know how often this could possibly happen? It's minuscule. But that's what almost every blackjack session has done for me. Do you think it's possible for dealer to get 10+ on almost every first card, well it happens here to me so you want odds, just go to a real casino because these odds don't seem even close to real. Have anyone else been robben from them?

They stole 15k euros from my account. I been betting there for months and had a few withdrawels (not sure if im up or down). Then all of the sudden they freeze my account and i get a message from a retired guy called George Debrincat with the explanation that its not my account or something in that line. Asked my rich friends about this George, and they told me hes involved in the Panama Paper scandal.

This is an email i received after complaining about being disconnected by the site (not my computer or network as i was able to navigate around other sites).
My wifi remained connected. The site said i had timed out and had been inactive but i was playing for half an hour. There was a Unibet Service issue.
I tried to get back in but the same message came up.

customer service terrible. I joined this site, I uploaded documents – driving licence – within 50 seconds my account was BLOCKED. The message I got was that I had joined the site when I was under age. As I am over 50 – that is a joke. No response whatsoever from them. But when they have all your information including photo id etc, then block your account, that becomes suspicious.
