Excellent for Horseracing bettors with numerous stand out prices on fancied Horses. They take an opinion and you can get a bet on which is unusual as many other firms advertise fancy prices but restrict bets to a pound or two. Highly recommended.

Unibet offer excellent betting odds and rarely, if ever, challenge any bet I want to make. Bets are settled very fast. They are also very active sponsoring the top National Hunt yard (Nicky Henderson's) and thereby contribute to maintaining the standards of British jump racing.

I’ve been using unibet for over a year now I liked it a lot and still using it but it’s went downhill I’ve had a few bad experiences regarding bets and wrong details in matches With corners etc and not getting my money back this has happened on numerous occasions and when I’ve went on the live chat they’re saying it’s my fault when that isn’t true. I’ve spent a lot of money with use and a loyal customer but that didn’t seem to matter.

They took my money without explanation and deleted my account. Opened an account on their website. I live between Germany and Hungary and typed in my hungarian address. The system accepted it. Later it turned out that I need an official german address to use their german website, which btw. I thought is just a language option. So they took without warning 2/3 of my winnings and deleted my account. Costumer service was rude. They couldn't show me the term why I need a german address plus they didn't ask me if I also maybe have a german one, so in the end they just told me to stop to argue because it makes no sense against them.

DO NOT USE THEM. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORSE, THEY WOULD NOT LET ME OPEN AN ACCOUNT AS THEY STATED I ALREADY HAD ONE WITH ANOTHER BETTING SERVICE FROM 2 YEARS AGO WHICH MADE NO SENSE. I had to wait for ages to just get a response from the customer service agent on live chat and had to ask if she was still there. It's laughable how bad the experience was.

All the games are rigged. Tryed their service 2 years ago lost alot of money,you notice it emmidietly if you surf around and try to play.
They have verry poor customer support and they stop you playing if you win alot and keep you from playing for as looong as they feel like.

I dont understand why ppl even go there we have like crazy good casinos out there who dont ask questions,and you win,and you can put in and withtraw money almost emmidietly,and they play fair.

Positives: Great games selection.
Fastest withdrawal system ever! Took just under 2 hours
to reach my bank via bank transfer!

Negatives: Little to no promotions in the casino. Have a strict 'no
bonus on request' policy which is really poor, especially
for loyal players who spend a lot with them.

Summary: I don't and will never use their sports betting section as
that doesn't interest me, so I am just commenting on the
casino side of things. I'm impressed by their games
selection, they have everything you'd want. A recent
withdrawal I made was with me in under 2 hours which
is incredible! I've never experienced that anywhere
before…….especially a bank transfer. That gets a huge
thumbs up from me. Site layout is very intuitive. But
what really lets this site down is the total lack of
bonuses. I thought after all these years after my first
review, Unibet would have changed their bonus policy.
Sadly, they haven't. It states that bonuses are offered on
a customers game play, but that seems untrue. For that
reason, I can only award 3 stars.

If you want somewhere that offers a great games
selection with lightning fast withdrawals but are
not bothered about bonuses, then this is the place for
you.

just an adequate online bookmaker,website functions fairly well but theres nothing to distinguish it from the others in the mid range as it doesnt often give free bets,or run a bet club like skybet or coral,the odds on site arent typically better than other companies,I only bet with Unibet if the odds are favourable

well as a company you are ok overall .. but I mostly bet on horses and also casino games and slots ..
Coming back on the horse betting , I found yours odds and place terms are not good enough in general and there is very little promotion available when betting on horses ( I may be wrong but it is my perception of Unibet )
speaking about promotions ,,,, they seems expensive to win and geared to big punters,,,, ( I may be wrong )

What a ripping off gaming site never ever pays out any money I have played the same game for 5weeks now without a substantial win where all the other sites give you a win to draw you level eventually and this site never gets me even why is that obviously it is rigged and all it has done is take my money never ever does it give a win more than £10 your initial deposit it is a rigged site and when I contacted customer services they said they are regulated by the ukgc which I investigated and on that site said unibet was investigated for taking £629000 pound from a punter and never stopped them gambolling what a terrible site which needs stopping and made to pay people money back as the only reason to be on a site is to win and have a chance of a win not to lose constantly leave the site alone and if you have been ripped off report um this site needs stopping ripping people off

Worst betting site I've used, none of the others come close to how poor they are.
App is terrible, so slow, you cant see things like your bets, open or settled unless you log on to proper site.
They also kept my money on a bet that all others refunded (18 45 southwell honey Gg).
Ask yourself do you really wanna use a company that play by different rules to the others?
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible and rude. Clicked on a link for some free spins to be told in a pop up as per their terms and conditions I'm no longer allowed promotions. No previous email to bother to even inform me yet it seems to be 2 days after I requested a withdrawal for money I had just sat in their as I don't use them. How strange to restrict a customer who doesn't use their site. Avoid and go elsewhere. Plenty of better bookies.

For me your company is good, but I have a very important problem with you, which is that I cannot get a single betting slip to open on horse racing on your website. There is a massive banner across the page which I am unable to remove. Other sports' bets are fine but as I mostly bet on horses this is a big negative for me. Can you sort this for me please?

Bonus Scam!!!

I just registered with Uninbet and the because of welcome bonus offer 200% deposit and free spins. I deposited 100£. It showed me my money plus bonus 200 and then minutes later it disapeared before i actually played any games. i contaced support team and they said : We have to inform you that your account is not eligible for bonus offers or free bets….When i asked why? they said "Bonuses can be remowed for lots of reasons, however Unibet can remove individual bonuses at their discretion!!! I registered with them only because i was looking for good welcome bonus, i could use any other online casino!!!! Is this not a SCAM?
