Absolute crooks. Suspended my account for no good reason, accused me of fraud and kept my money. I played a few of their rubbish casino promotions and won a bonus of £4.50. They are withholding my cash balance. Avoid!

AVOID!Unibet will close your account and accuse you of fraud / cheating just for using the offers given to your account or if you win bets. They have stolen £88 and will not return it. I am having to go to eCorga to get my money back.

Joined a few months ago taking their welcome offer. Robbed me within minutes. Decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and use their promotion today.. Deposit £20 and get 100 free spins on big bass splash with a 25x wagering requirement. Had 13 chances at a bonus and never landed once. Won a total of £2.26 from the 100 free spins. Backed out canceled the bonus and withdrew my £20.jokers haha

I don’t understand why you do betting on sports such as volley-ball, table tennis, badminton…you can never place a bet anyway. The other day I wanted to place a bet on volley-ball, the market was suspended for most of the match!! Same few weeks ago on table tennis…What is the point?? So backed a horse at 10’s won at 12’s expecting to be settled at 12’s but no because it was an ahem “enhanced” ew race (wasn’t an ew bet) BOG no longer applicable. Except it wasn’t really enhanced ew terms as they negated the additional place by going 1/5 the odds instead of 1/4. total shysters, shocking customer service; I allegedly opted out of receiving a potential refund if my horse finished second or third; why would anyone opt out of the chance of receiving a refund? why aren’t they big enough to accept that they should have refunded my paltry stake. they sure don’t want to lose. very sharp/dishonest practice which makes them untrustworthy

Avoid!They make you spend time on the phone with them setting an affordable limit, then the moment you deposit (well within that limit) they block your account and constantly repeat ‘We’re committed to safer gambling and use publicly available information including TransUnion to assess affordability. Following an affordability review we’ve taken the decision to block deposits on your account.’Live chat is useless as always, just repeats the above. When i ask why they dont request bank statements to confirm affordability they simply state there is nothing they can do. Wish I had read these reviews before being tempted in with there £50 casino offers +100 spins on starburst with £10 deposit. I agree with the bad reviews about the slots being rigged because I used all the £60 on one of the Irish slots and didn’t get a single bonus or free spin in £60 worth of 20p spins. I then received my spins on starburst a day later and only won a couple pound. Got rid of my account but I would advise against using this site as there are much better companies out there with slots that actually seem legit and not rigged.

After reading reviews I wont sign up. Never understand these companies making it difficult for people who sign up to use their site. I understand there might be a few reviews that are biased if something hasn’t gone their way but just too many bad reviews here. After being burnt by other companies always going to read review sites first. Lets hope I can find a good one.

Tried to verify a bank card for 6 weeks with Unibet because I had closed my account and opened a new one. I sent bank statements of both accounts, a letter from the bank explaining it is closed and to use the new account. Declined this, demanded a letter from the bank telling them why it was closed! The letter explained that they could not process a refund into that account as it was no longer in use. Signed by the branch manager, Unibet still declined! Every person I have spoken to can’t give me a straight answer as to what they need. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Every question there’s a silence because nobody knew the answers. Still unable to use my account and still unable to get my money which is over £1000 Do not use Unibet, by far the worst gambling company.

Verification Process is a joke. I was asked for very specific documentation for source of funds. I provided this and had to continually chase for updates despite being told it’s 72 hours, then a week, then 2 weeks. On my final call to customer services, they told me that I’d not provided the right documents and they now needed something else. Having checked what they’d originally requested, I’d provided the correct documents. It’s excuse after excuse to cover incompetence.I decided to close my account instead of continuing to deal with this nonsense.

Absolute joke, the live games are rigged 100% in dealers favour. Constantly get absolutely terrible cards yet they hit blackjack or 20/21 the vast majority of the time. Roulette is also complete bull. It is funny how the live feed lags out mid way through the game and they suddenly get a good hand. Spent atleast £150 on this site with no returns atall. I won £168 yesterday and Unibet are refusing to pay me and have closed my account without an email or evplination. I am partially sighted and have very bad anxiety and depression . I was overjoyed when I won. What a horrible company. Customer service didn’t care all they said is I can send you an email (which I still don’t have) How can a company do this to a person? They were happy to take my £20 yet when it is time for them to pay out they close your account. Only gave 1 star because I have to. I will be going to citizens advice, consumer advice, financial ombudsman, trading standards… anyone I can I will tell. Friends, family, everyone. What a disgrace. Unibet is a scam provider. They ask for nothing to verify users including age, ID, yet if you win on the site, they can lock your account, confiscate winnings and harness terms and conditions outside of the legal remit set by the online gambling commission. READ CLAUSE: 5.4 within their terms of service before depositing 1p to this bag of crap. Even the ICO are investigating for a seis of malpractices, deliberately created to prevent winning players taking any profits. Unibet has scammed thousands of users worldwide withholding not just winnings but deposits in equal measure. They will even threaten with defamation, if you write reviews (like this one) but legally this is almost impossible to enforce. Your money is better off with that Nigerian prince who emails you every week. He might actually put it to good use.

I’ve had my account for a while and only just decided to deposit and play today, I was in the middle of my session on slots when suddenly my account was frozen and a popup came up saying i needed to verify my account I went on to live chat and explained that I have no form of photo ID and getting some is not easy to obtain for me. I just asked for my deposit or my remaining balance to be refunded, he explained that I could use my birth certificate as ID. So i went back to the verification page but there is no way to upload any documents that are not a drivers licence, national identity card or passport. So basically my money is just sitting in the account now and I cant withdraw it. You should be telling me to verify my account BEFORE i put money into my account not after and i should be able to withdraw it and close my account because I am unable to provide any photo ID .

Sent offer of 30 free spins if I deposited £25.I deposited but the free spins never materialised.E mailed them and they reinstated the free spins still no free spins upon loading game. Told to use google chrome despite not having any problems with other sites. They say they have loaded free spins a 3rd time? Claim bets are settled based on opta stats and don’t even follow that. Can’t contact customer service easily, live chat down and a premium rate number to hide how sub par they are. Find a better bookie, it won’t be hard.

Robbing b@#!ards. My wife used this site and had won previously using her own debit card, withdrew £1500 no issue. A month or so later she logged back in and deposited with my card, which she had full permission, deposited £400 in total which they gladly accepted. The only issue was when she built the balance to £1550 and the funds were confiscated when she tried to withdraw. Now I understand rules & regulations as she used my account to deposit, not happy they confiscated her winnings, but not even returning the £400 deposit is an absolute disgrace. They used the excuse that the withdrawal of £1500 a month earlier meant they didn’t have to return the second deposit as the withdrawal was more than the two deposits??? I Self-excluded over 5 years ago because their promos and slots were rubbish at the time. Tried to register again and told I had to provide 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements. Ive done that. After months of paying as much as possible to clear debts for a mortgage this month and a 970 credit score (likely to go to 999 this month) Unibet replied pretty quickly that my account was permanently closed with no reason given. There’s nothing dodgy about my banking Unibet. No fraud here. Advice to all, if you’re asked for your personal details don’t even bother giving them. There’s too many competitors out there to deal with companies who don’t deserve your hard earned cash

Should have won 113 on Unibet – have screenshot to show – they only paid out 61 – they voided one of the winning games for no reason – and paid out on fourfold instead of fivefold – shocking – never had any issues with online betting on multiple accounts – never using again – avoid at all costs
