hello everyone, I don’t recommend this casino, everything was fine for 4 years, I made deposits and didn’t overplay, in general I don’t suffer from gambling disease, but suddenly they took me and blocked the deposit, although I made a deposit for 10-20 pounds a month, they explained the reason that I didn’t pass the Union check, but it was not in this, I should have hit the jackpot because I was blocked, do not play in this casino, it will not let you win.

Sent offer of 30 free spins if I deposited £25.I deposited but the free spins never materialised.E mailed them and they reinstated the free spins still no free spins upon loading game. Told to use google chrome despite not having any problems with other sites. They say they have loaded free spins a 3rd time? None were available upon opening game.E mailed them for the 7th time informing them of failure. They said they would not try and load them again and basically said “get lost”. Worst experience in my gaming time of over 50 years. I asked then to raise my issue to a higher level but within 5 minutes I get an e mail saying this has been done and no joy.How can you trust a site which offers a reward for depositing then reneges on the offer? Claim bets are settled based on opta stats and don’t even follow that. Can’t contact customer service easily, live chat down and a premium rate number to hide how sub par they are. Find a better bookie, it won’t be hard.

Robbing b@#!ards. My wife used this site and had won previously using her own debit card, withdrew £1500 no issue. A month or so later she logged back in and deposited with my card, which she had full permission, deposited £400 in total which they gladly accepted. The only issue was when she built the balance to £1550 and the funds were confiscated when she tried to withdraw. Now I understand rules & regulations as she used my account to deposit, not happy they confiscated her winnings, but not even returning the £400 deposit is an absolute disgrace. They used the excuse that the withdrawal of £1500 a month earlier meant they didn’t have to return the second deposit as the withdrawal was more than the two deposits??? Shambles of a company and money grabbing pr!cks. Proving everyone right that gambling companies are a fraud.

Absolute shambles of a betting site. Can deposit via Apple Pay in the blink of an eye. As soon as you go to withdraw ‘account under review, withdrawal on hold’ no one has answers to why. No one has a time scale on when I’ll get my money, even thought it’s advertised as anywhere from a few minutes to maximum 24 hours. Steer clear of the c u next Tuesdays

I Self-excluded over 5 years ago because their promos and slots were rubbish at the time. Tried to register again and told I had to provide 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements. Ive done that. After months of paying as much as possible to clear debts for a mortgage this month and a 970 credit score (likely to go to 999 this month) Unibet replied pretty quickly that my account was permanently closed with no reason given. There’s nothing dodgy about my banking Unibet. No fraud here. Advice to all, if you’re asked for your personal details don’t even bother giving them. There’s too many competitors out there to deal with companies who don’t deserve your hard earned cash

Should have won 113 on Unibet – have screenshot to show – they only paid out 61 – they voided one of the winning games for no reason – and paid out on fourfold instead of fivefold – shocking – never had any issues with online betting on multiple accounts – never using again – avoid at all costs

Most corrupt betting website about….. I won £4000 from them and left in my account £125…. when I went to place a bet….they refused and requested to see my wage slips and source of income…. all of which is confidential and with my bank…. anything fraudulent that I may have been doing will have been highlighted and reported by them (the bank)….. they’ve got my monies still for over 2yrs and have closed my account….. I’m still pursuing them and will still be taking this to the gambling commission….DO NOT BET WITH UNIBET……I’m 60yrs old have bet since I was 15 and worked all my life….never had a cross word with a bookie….. Did me out of 2 grand! Account was fully verified, sent every bit of evidence (ID ect) they asked for and because I called them and asked for them to pay it out ASAP (as I waited over 3 months!) They told me safer gambling or whatever it is advised them to block my account as it was a problem because I asked for the money what was mine. So in the end they paid me just Iver 2 hundred pound what I put on my account… which also was a lie as there was alot more what was put on. Liars! DO NOT USE UNIBET!

They do not pay best odds guaranteed even when your bet meets all the criteria in the T&C’s and then make up a new reason as to not pay you that is not mentioned in the T&C’s

Happily will take deposits but as soon as you want to withdraw money they need verification of your account. The actual website requests full photos of front and back of bank card with every conceivable way of handing over your bank account. An angry email later and they conceded that the short code and some numbers taken out would suffice. They then wanted a card that was not used anymore. Do not use.

Verified account many years ago. Asked for proof of address randomly when account has a lot of money in. They then reject all types photos & pdfs of bills with address on. Money now stuck as account is locked. Basically use this company if you want to be robbed

Overview :From An App Perspective its Good.I enjoyed the format and thought the poker was one of the best.Customer service on the other hand is awful.My Story:I played for maybe a week or so on the Unibet poker app before being suddenly logged out.I thought this was odd so contacted Customer support through live chat.Turns out I needed to send in some ID and proof of adress, bit strange that they logged me out and didn’t tell me I needed to verify my account, instead I had to reach out to them. (First Red Flag) but whatever, I sent in a pic of my passport and a DIGITAL copy of a utility bill that ticked all of their requirements ( through the post, sent within the last 3 months ect …).Cool, thought I’d be ready to play poker again within the next day or so. How I was wrong.They came back to me after a few day saying the picture of my passport wasn’t clear enough, no mention about the proof of adress (POA) so I thought that there was no issues with it. Sent in a picture of my drivers licence instead, no POA.They came back after another few days. ID all good. Asking for proof of adress again.So I send in my a DIGITAL copy of my POA as when I send a picture they always say that the quality isn’t good, even with a spectacular photo.Once again, didn’t pass the verification process. I’m starting to get pissed off at this point. I contacted customer support again explaining the issue. The dude said I should send in another POA form but on my camera, NOT DIGITALY. Cool, this should be sorted.Nope, they come back again saying that I need A DIGITAL COPY, even after sending in multiple copies. Right. Send it in, it only takes 30 seconds. Radio Silence… Didn’t hear from them for a while. Contacted customer support yet again today. The woman then said that my account has been permanently suspended due to Fraudulent activity?The only this that’s a fraud here is this company. Other than this experience I would rate Unibet quite highly. The Mediocre customer service and Utterly useless verification team is what’s letting you down. If you can get this situation sorted I’m happy to join back and continue on your site, but for the meantime I’ll be using other sites. Good luck to anyone that tries to verify there account here.

Not sure what to say after reading some of the comments. I have used online companies as long as they existed and no matter how big or small my winning were, I was paid within a week. Unibet pays within 24 hours. Their promotions sucks a bit but that is my opinion. Overall they are ok.

In all fact, Unibet has a great variety of slot machine games. However, being the fact that the casino is in control of your spins on the slot machines, not allowing the players to be able to stop the reels themselves for a fair chance at winning….
