Played for 5 years on betathome. Recently I won a couple of thousands. Later I received an email that they disable the deposit method credit card for me. I asked why and they answered that they are allowed. I’m now not able anymore to deposit money because they disable it.Only because I was winning

THEY TOOK MY WINNING MONEY AND CLOSED MY ACCOUNT! They closed my account for I had accounts before.So I won 1072 Euro and did withdraw 900 Euro but they took my wining money and just gived me back my deposit money 100 Euro. My account before I did over 3000 Euro deposit what about those money give me back then!! This site is a scam and taking the fastest exit to not give you the winning money! Iam so mad right now. I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino’s are still closed.First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don’t ask for more private info. Just tell me you don’t want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country. At least that way I won’t have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info…And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino’s to open again in your area. But Mr. Green is not an option for a fun time. Great option if you have a fetish for being scammed.

Because I made a typo while making my account, my entire account got suspended after 2 years when I only wanted to withdraw my money. I’ve been a 100% cooperative and even tried to came up with a solution. Bad customer service. Now I can’t even log into my account and they have all my documents.

If I could give these a zero then I would. Please don’t waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. They seriously don’t know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! Please do not put any money into this site.I have had £3,000 in there for 4 months, never placed a bet, and always replied with the documents they need. They can take up to a month per email, and always seem to find a reason to require further documents, to keep your money locked in their hands. I gave up 4 weeks ago, and have had a pending withdrawal of £3,000 for that time. I will give them the benefit of doubt of being incompetent and understaffed, but without that, it looks like a scam, to hold your money for as long as they can under the guise of verification checks. This site, amongst many, stands out as a complete disgrace.

Stay away from this gambling site. 13 days ago I won a substantial amount of money. They let me withdraw and they have left it as pending on the site and then blocked my account. The only way you can speak to someone is threw live chat. They asked me to send relevant ID which is fine but I ended up sending it four times as you can’t speak to the same person on chat all the time which is very annoying. Now they are saying they are doing extra checks and my money is with the relevant department. That’s a joke they’ve been saying that for days. They said they are checking for money laundering again just another delay tactic I don’t think the have any intention of paying me out. As of 10 minutes ago I have contacted a solicitor. I’m willing to go to court and the papers if this does not get resolved shortly. How do people like this sleep at night. They were fine to take my money but will not pay out.

I did eventually manage to withdraw my funds that I had legitimately won – after countless efforts and months – thankfully due to an anti-scam change in the law I was able to withdraw all my winnings. Redbet’s HQ is 85 St John Street, Valletta. I had read all about this address in the Panama Papers coverage but unfortunately didn’t make the connection. Pity! There are many fabulous gambling websites, why use this one?

Last review here as i closed my account, don’t go here if you want to live bet either, all live betting goes off daily for hours at a time, i threw 200$ dollars on and couldn’t even bet on what i wanted to bet on because of the live betting, just closed my account afterwords.i suggest sticking with more well known websites like bet365.

Had an account for years until one day to my horror I realised what an absolute con they have in their locker. If you bet on a race on the distance thea horse wins by you are only payed a maximum of 30 lengths. On the race in question it won by 69 lengths. Can’t bet with those people absolute joke. Editing my last post, i put 2000$ on and actually withdrew 1300$ without problem with just a drivers license verifiedbut now i just withdrew my last 1000$ to see if they’d let you actually take profit from the siteand i got an email needing more cofirmation, weird how i can withdraw fine when im not in profit, now that i made 300$ i need more documents, will update further on if my bank statement gets verified or if they’re going to make it hell to get 300$ profit from them
