I have to wait another 5 days for my withdrawal. Why can’t it be completed in under 48 hours? I know they’re closed on weekends and based in Australia. I use another casino and the fastest I received my withdrawal was within 15 minutes. Can’t use support chat it’s an endless loops being transferred around with 4 different AI reps.

I like that you can win money on this game. But however, It takes too damn long to process so that they expect you to keep playing and giving it all back which is annoying because I want to withdraw straight away but it takes 2 working days to process and 3 working days to see the money in your bank account depending what day you withdraw depends on when you'll receive it

If you can deposit with a bank card , you should be able to get a withdrawal put back into the same card, $300 before you can withdrawal is rather extreme too. Bots are not good, generic messages are so damn annoying. I have not had my winnings for gosh maybe 10 days now due to bank glitches, so frustrating.
