Villento Casino has lots of different games. They send out lots of different offers. I like the fact that its connected to Casino Rewards which has multiple casinos that are all connected through your account. Rewards points earned can be redeemed at any casino your a member of. I'd give it 5 stars but they make you wait 2 days before you can withdrawal any winnings while some other sites send you any withdrawal requests within as little minutes or the same day.

My first experience was fun. I won 2,800 off of 60 dollars I put in.. and I always wanted to try online gambing instead of going to the nearest casino.. I like that fact that we get loyalty points... I use my bank debit card to deposit and I was told maybe there's no money in my bank account and I owe money to the casino. My bank couldn't send money that's not there. I get email confirmation that the money was sent to my casino account and my bank statement shows that the money is no longer in my bank account ,so I don't know where the money is going if it's not being sent to the casino. So I'm guessing my money is floating around out there some where if it's not reaching my casino account and it's no longer in my bank account. I don't understand that or know how to fix it. This is casino and luxury casino is the only casino that I always owe money to ,so I'm paying money to the casino twice just to play on their site. I have the confirmations sent to my email that the money was sent and the money shows up into my casino account so I play the money that I send in then I get told the money wasn't sent from my bank. I can see on my bank statements the money is no longer in my bank account ,so I don't know how to fix the problem. I think it's safer just to play on the casino sites that I never owe money to because it's unfair that I'm paying twice just to play on the casino site. I love the games and love the casino site ,but my money isn't being deposited into my casino account for some reason and I get blocks on my account so I can't take out the money I won. I have been playing Rising Rewards then suddenly when you get the colored diamonds the money amounts stop increasing and only the gold star adds money to it. Now it seems the star on the left takes forever to get a money bonus and it never stops at the Gold Star. Rather a rip off as there is no reason that any stars should quit at a certain amount once you get them.

A few days ago (Oct 24) I used a promo code for a 100% match bonus code. I put $60 into my account, you only added $30.... you should've added $60. I tried the automated chat, which was clearly a robot abd not a person and they did not help at all!!!! There are many casinos online, if that's how you treat customers then I will definitely go elsewhere to play!!! You can fix this, but will you???
