Scam beware this place is 100% a scam they let you deposit then make ridiculous demands for example after you deposit they block your account and request the normal verification ie ID proof-of-concept of address bank statement and address after youve submitted all those they demand a phone bill so you reluctantly provide that then they demand a marriage certificate or a court document stating your legal name…I’m not married nor have I ever changed my name. I’ve asked for my money back and they respond saying I need to submit those documents and then they stop responding so I try live chat only that link has been disabled this is by far the worst online casino I hope they get a taste of their own medicine… do not deposit at thus criminal fake casino

My girlfriend signed up and proceeded to deposit $20 for their sign up deal of deposit $20 play with $100. I sent the $20 via etransfer through gigabit as soon as they re I’ve the money they froze her account and asked for verification which she sent they have rejected her documents sand are wanting other ones we asked to simply get the monet back and they have not responded this casino is a scam do not deposit.i want my money back

Biggest scam site over ever seen! Spun €150 into over 10k over 2 days of playing. Went to cash out and they asked for verification! For 8 days I sent in 5 different proof of address, statements utility bills you name it, I sent screenshots and pdf files and every time they said they couldn’t approve it! Complete scam

I had a promotion for the Casino, I deposited $100 to get a 400% bonus plus 100 FS, My first deposit was missing $20 so I didn’t receive the bonus, he gave me one bonus of 100$ which was taken back 5 minutes later, They confirmed to me that I was going to receive the 20$ missing from my deposit of 100$ by email already more than a month my account is closed and it no longer responds to my emails this platform is a scam

So I made a deposite they froze my account and refuee to give me my money. I accidently put my friends name as mine cause of auto input Google does I’ve given them my ID proof of adress and proof of deposite and they refuse to give me my money back. I’ve tried talking to support like 1 times they did nothing to fix it I gave them my information told them I accidently clicked on my friends name instead of mine by acciedent. They refuse to give me my money or work with me says I need a passport or a driver’s listens which I don’t have in quebec our Medicare card is our legal ID n they won’t accept it along with credit card bill n a picture of the deposite. I wouldnt play here there crooks.they won’t even send the money I deposited back into my account. They have not done a single thing to help me never deposite at wheelz the worst experience ever.

Wheelz casino is the worst casino I have ever played at. They give very low paying bonus rounds when you can even get one. My advice is to not play there, they go to no ends to take your money and you can’t even hope to get it back or win any.

Created an account. Deposited 25.00 and when I went to go play a game they locked my account and demanded I send in documents. When I sent them in they requested 3 months of bank statements with all sorts of other requests. When I refused they kept the account locked and now I am out the money that I can see sitting in the account but can’t do anything with. Do NOT make any deposits to this casino… definitely a scam!

They closed my account for no reason and kept my 200 that was in my account. Do not play this casino, they rip you off and ask you to upload documents and keep asking when you already did and they verified it. Scammer casino, truly DONOT PLAY THIS CADINO THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONE

I have a few different online casino accounts and stumbled upon this wheelz casino,everything was fine until they asked me to verify account I sent them my government issued photo ID/drivers license which they repeatedly reject perhaps they are unfamiliar with Canadian identity cards.They keep asking for alternatives yet that’s all I have so basically they want me to spend $150 to get a passport I don’t need cause of covid times,just to verify this account.If you are in Canada DO NOT PLAY ON WHEELZ, customer service is like talking to a BOT not helpful at all.lots of other Canadian friendly sites that are familiar with your documentation
