William hill uses bonuses to block you from cashing out during games to make you lose more than what you receive. On fly x you place a bet and you can cash out any time as the meter rises, but at any time the game can end and any unclaimed bets will lose. during a £10 bet, a promotion prize popup of £1 blocked me from cashing out during the game and by the time the pop up had ended, the game had ended and i had lost my bet. do not play or give them money!

Rigged big time, I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy on this. Their slots totally rigged. U can put 10k if u like and return with 0. At the end of the week if what u have put is bigger they don’t give u anything back they play blind. If u put 1k u get 30something back, how is that even calculated? Their machine will log u out this days for no reason while the game is still on, once it did that u will catch nothing they will clean up your account within a second. They need to be checked again including how much each person have put in their business and how much did the person receive in return. This is absolutely cheating. Having net deposits of -800 William Hill restricted my sports bets to mere pennies with no explanation other than ‘traders decision’ I obviously asked this to be escalated but was met with the same stock response. I am surprised William hill have any customers the way they treat people.Been a customer for year’s but the other day I tried to put a £5 bet on a horse and it said stake too high.Then tried £4 and then £1 but still said stake too high.Complained but told I can still bet on game’s and casino’s of which I said I do not bet on game’s and casino’s.They didn’t really give me a explanation of why I couldn’t bet on horse racing except too say it was above them.So I have now closed my account.What away to treat a customer of year’s.I advised anybody that has had this experience too close there account and bet elsewhere.

I have been with William Hill for a long time now, was inactive for quite a while but more active in the last year or so, and I must say to me personally they are one of the best ones out there. Occasionally they drop £1 for me to play on games, I know it’s not that much but still. I also win 8 times out of 10 at least on the bonus drop. Also tend to win on most slots I play. Never ever had any problems with depositing or withdrawing. Smooth and reliable. Always check the RTP on slots for the UK now before you play. WH play the lowest I’ve come across in a long time, dead spin after dead spin. For many years now bookmakers have been placing rule 4 on races every time a horse is declared a non runner. Before the internet bookmakers could only place a rule 4 if they didn’t have time to make a new book, ie if a horse was withdrawn 5 min before a race. Today I place a bet on the 2:35pm (14:35 for those living in the army state) there was 1 non runner when I placed the bet but 6 were on the book. Just checked the result and surprise another rule 4. I looked at the race and the William Hill website states, ‘Win – 25p reductions on bets placed between 17:08:59 and 14:20:37’. A time slot covering almost 21 hours, if I ask why the rule 4 covers such a time spread I know what the answer will be, ‘it is industry standard practice’. Maybe if they didn’t offer extra places, best odds, odds boost etc they might just make a ‘living’ because we all know how hard it is for bookmakers to make a living.

These charlatans lie about showing races on their website. Hit by insomnia I bet on a couple of big races in Australia. (Randwick and Flemington). Said was on Betting TV. Instead was showing kids on ponies and blokes racing in their underwear. The sound was a competition between a microphone under a kids party and what appeared to be actual race commentary that was to silent to be heard over the kids shouting. I will look to bet elsewhere in future.

I have strict cash restrictions on my account, £5 per week. I deposited today & went to play Lightning Roulette, one of my usuals. I always place 20p bets but the default is set at £1. I quickly realised my mistake & tried to undo the 5 x £1 mistakenly placed; however the undo button froze even though I had plenty of time to cancel. The bets lost, as they were all on the same numbers. My moan is that CS didn’t accept that there had been an issue with their undo button, it was my phone’s fault. Hills used to be one of the better bookies. Had a credit account with them for well over 30 years which ive managed impeccably. Then they said they were reviewing all credit accounts. Now these numpties are saying ‘you are not credit worthy’ and withdrew my credit acc. You cant maintain a credit acc for over 30 years if theres a problem, and ive got a credit rating of 999, so it shows how thick and unprofessional Hills have become.
