Don’t deposit any money with this company,absolutely disgusting customer service after raising my concerns of a payout into my account.They have frozen my account and unable to withdraw funds left with the company.Supervisor don’t do anything just copy and paste policy and don’t actually address your concerns properly.Most of the times playing slots the game freezes or crashes aswell ruining your fun.sometimes can’t even reload the game you were originally playing.

Allowed my underage child to open an account and found out he lost all his savings, I can’t believe a company of this size doesn’t have a phone line to speak with a manager, I tried the live chat if you can call it that and what a bunch of idiot,s just tried to fob me off first by saying my son needs to live chat them himself for data protection even though he was sat next to me and gave me all his login details, so then had to pretend i was my son, and they shouldn’t be asking underage children to contact a gambling site, then they spouted clause 4.3 about not refunding losses and its the account holders responsibility for all losses, not if they are underage its William Hill responsibility to make sure children can’t open accounts, I’m taking this further with the gambling commission William Hill will not get away with it, shocking company to deal with

I would urge anyone who wants to make a complaint to William hill who have an account with them to think again .as I made a complaint regarding low pay outs on there casino slots games .they have now locked my account for 6 weeks as they told me my account is under review.i have sent numerous emails to there customer relations department and thus far they have ignored all my emails.they said my account review would only take a week it has taken 6 up to now and I can’t gain access to my account funds their customer care live chat service is a joke I keep getting repetitive answers that my account is still under review.so I would urge people who want to sign up with William hill or who are thinking of making a complaint against them to think twice. bad all round service.

Put bet on sbt when my bet come in on the dog race it just gave me my money bk and said the bet was 4 seconds late on the race I then did another which was 4 seconds late again but when it lost it took my stake after checking putting more bets on the sbt is 6 seconds out from the time on the t.v absolute scammers!

I use the sports betting terminals a lot in william hill i save up my tickets and collect them all at once and put more bets on them off some of the winning and noticed more money had come off then i put on i just put it down to i had worked it on wrong my self i asked a behind the counter a few times and they told me it was all ok then 1 day i collect £200 and odd for eg £232:23 cant remember the exact amout i went to put the odd amount on to level me with £200 but it took double off me i told the guy behind the counter and confirmed it had took the money twice i then asked him about the one that happeded the day before and he confirmed it had all so took the money twice on that bet aswell but i told another guy the day before about the same bet which he told me everything was ok i got the money refunded for 1 the because the other one was the day before had to wait over a week to get the other but must have done this a good few more time over the time ive been betting

Signed up to take advantage of their signup offer of betting £10 and getting some amount of free bets.. thought it was probably the best sign up offer out there. I was fortunate enough to win my first bet, and my account was immediately locked, and they wanted verification. I complied with sending pictures of my ID, a selfie with my ID, proof of deposit into my account, but I did not comply with their request to send an unredacted bank statement – what a complete violation of privacy. Why on earth they need an unredacted bank statement to verify my ID and address is beyond me. Now they won’t let me withdraw the winnings in my account from my first bet. Absolute shocking customer service and not worth the hassle. Go use another site.Incredible how they’ve alienated a potential customer just because they won £15 on a £10 bet. Ridiculous.

After being a customer for nearly 20 years at william hill i was in my local william hill putting bets on allday i put a £3 lucky 31 on for £93 on horse which i bet on horses most days i got for winner for just over £1500 this was on Saturday to then be told that someone with the same name as me but the person on the cctv is not me its a different person is not allowed to be served in william after id been betting all day in there and as soon as i win they not allowed to pay me ive been back and forwarded with there customer relations since then which are no help or can not tell me if my bet will be paid or how long it will take just that i have to send a pic of my id and the bet still the next day after still no word of them would not ever put a bet on in a william hill again

I was very surprised to see so many scathing reviews of William Hill. My experience of them has always been brilliant. When I have needed to contact customer services, they have resolved my query promptly and professionally; and I get a lot of enjoyment from their different online games. I love their daily promotions, and the functionality of their app, alongside both the ease of use for betting and the thrill of the slot games. As I play small, for fun, perhaps my mindset is a contributing factor in that I don’t experience the frustration of a big loss. But of all the different betting apps, William Hill is my favourite by far. I like their design, their communications, their brand, the speed of payment, and again, their promotions. I like the sense of hope they keep instilled. I’ve not won a fortune (as I say, I play small, so that’s to be expected), but I win small amounts (from pennies to nearly £50!) more than regularly enough that I trust in this organisation enough to feel that the claims that they are thieves or untrustworthy aren’t warranted. I know my experience isn’t necessarily everyone else’s experience, but I wanted to at least share that I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with William Hill. I steer clear from places with bad reviews, but on this occasion I would suggest that you make your own decision/judgement from your own experience.

I began betting with the W.H shop in Alvaston Derby in March 2022. I can honestly state that this is a joke of a betting shop the staff there constantly rob you on the prices they give you and their football prices are the lowest on the UK markets. Absolute shambles of a company. Tried to sign up to get the joining offers to tempt me to bet with them. Couldn’t get past final sign up just before trying to deposit money. Emailed to find why I could not start an account to find out I had to verify myself sending in a form of ID which I had to hold in front of my face and make a selfie ??.Also had to hand write on a piece of paper the user name I signed up with?? What a parlavar. Each time received an email back 3x times in total saying could not use documents to verify. One agent asked for proof of id Drivers licence, a bank statement and to hold in front of face and take a selfie. Another something else, I’m not a bloody octopus. They use such an antiquated verification system. In between all this I have given up and now signed up to Coral, Ladbrookes and Betfred all verified without any of this crap and happily betting away with them and excellent customer service.Told William Hill to cancel my application and destroy all of the information I have forwarded to them. I was experiencing depositing money but only half of what I was depositing was going into my acct on several occasions. when I went onto live chat not only was I waiting for a response for ages. then Steve told me my bank was in error even though I had said my bank proved what I had paid. he then proceeded to cut my chat dead. so so damn right rude. shame on you william hill

Williamhill shop at Shardlow road Alvaston Derby. Karen the manageress at this branch is a cheat a thief and a liar. She attempted to con me out of around £1,000.00 on three separate occasions, I was proven correct by Hills head office on each of these incident. Then what happens yesterday Karen tells me she cannot serve me, this is because I sued the St Peters street W.H Branch in Derby successfully for attempting to con me and I was awarded £1,069.00 by Derby County Court. Live chat at William hill is like talking to a brick wall, completely useless and untrained staff. I had two or three queries, they basically half answer one query then disconnect you rather than giving a full explanation. They wouldn’t give me the email address for complaints because apparently that can only be released by a supervisor – and there wasn’t one available. When I again went on live chat to complain they said they a manager would email me with a response – the manager did email me but it only covered about 20% of my initial query. Going round and round in circles. Their staff are clearly thick and don’t care. Which is a shame for a company of William hills size. I’ve been betting with them for 20 years but I’m sticking with Betfair and bet365 now as they are the only ones that resolve your issues appropriately.

So I did a withdrawal to pay pal ,I always use pay pal my money is always back within 3 hours,anyway today iv been waiting nearly 24 hours I still have no money back,and they are saying it will take 48 hours yet it states 24 at most on site,anyway iv spoke to few advisors they’ve all said different lies to me one even blamed pay pal I rang pay pal they have no issues and said William hill are lying ,how can you keep my money and not tell me why it’s not back with me yet?
