Never place bets online (THEY WILL KEEP ASKING FOR MORE ID TO PROVE ITS YOU THROUGH EMAILS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO MATTER HOW MANY PRIVATE DETAILS YOU SHOW THEM EVEN WITH YOU HOLDING IT UP TO YOUR FACE AND TAKING A SELFIE, DONT SEND IT BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP ASKING FOR MORE) Then after being rejected number of times you sit back and think…They no whave all your personal details….Very clver scam of taking your money then using you ID for whatever they have planned. They should be shut down.

Unlike many of the others I’ve actually been quite lucky over the last couple of weeks, not massively up but not down so it’s been really good fun playing.However the “V Play” promotion is an absolute joke, TV advertising promotes anything between 0.30 pence and £1000, trust me it’s not happening, I’ve only ever had wins of 30p or 50p and only ever one of £1 that was the first win. And it’s now taking ages to actually activate, You should include a decline button as when it comes up I’m so disgusted by the 30p insult, after playing a game for 2 hours I don’t even want to claim it, but you can’t get off the page until you have hit claim.Anyhow that’s my little moan over

i won a bet, they refused to pay me back. the reason they gave was because they wanted to pay to an account that was closed over a year ago. I explained it was closed and that my deposit did not come from there, they wouldnt tell me their name, they wouldnt discuss with me, they wouldnt help, i tried withdrawing to the account they wanted me to withdraw to, it bounced back (because it didnt exist) and now they have frozen my account with my winnings on their books instead of my account. DO NOT BET WITH WH – use betfred instead.

William Hill is nothing short of a scam. I placed an £85 bet on baccarat in their live casino, and while the bet wasn’t accepted, the money was still deducted from my account. To make matters worse, I won that bet, but they’ve refused to honor the payout or pay the original £85.I’ve contacted their customer service team every single day for the past 11 days, and all I get are useless responses claiming they’re “working on it” with no updates or timeframe. It’s obvious they’re stalling, hoping I’ll give up and let them steal my money. This is blatant theft. William Hill doesn’t care about its customers, only about robbing them blind. If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from this company. I’m escalating this to IBAS and any gambling authority I can find. William Hill, you should be ashamed.

Pathetic. Been betting with William hill for so long today i delete my account! Places a bet at 11/1 the bet comes in and they change the odds to 1/1000 and pay me out £10.01. After i contacted them they aid its up to them what odds they pay out. So basically the punter only wins when they allow it. Hello bet 365!!

Complete waste of time, no bonus just two outta three constantly. Bingo is ridiculous, £250 was to supposed to be shared between 274 people but I only got £1.75. Plus 274 people playing bingo yet the full house was only £25, how do you work that out William hill? All the slot at very slow and hardly any decent wins let alone bonuses. Never use William hill for tennis bets , a player can be one point from winning a game 6-0 6-0 but if the other player retires hurt they will not honour any bet and doubles or accumulators will be voided.

Should have listened to the other reviews. Make you put in a code for the free spins promotion when signing up and gives you the option to deposit. Yet inform you after you also need to opt in BEFORE depositing despite inputting the code and then giving you the deposit screen first.Contacted support to be told “deposit more money now you’ve opted in”

This company are absolutely outrageous. They claim to stand by regulations and fairness. They are robbing people of thousands of pounds and claiming slots are not tampered with so they have high profit margins. They will not admit there were faults with their software over the Christmas period and has taken everyone’s money and don’t care. I will not rest until this company is investigated and shut down, for unlawful profits.

shocking waste of time, bonuses when they come up are minute, I even managed to win a bonus game that was less than my stake. Have permanently deleted this app. The problem with reviewing rip off artists like this, makes no difference. I have to assume that bodies like the gambling commission have no power to change how the businesses operate and therefore are redundant.

I’ve said this before but you arrogantly appear to dismiss this matter. Your App is a joke. Once I have logged in, why do I need to keep logging in? On more than one occasion I have lost money through this, but you don’t really care about that because you’re all about making money, but what happened to sportsmanship. Recently re added William hill Vegas. Played £30 and thought i had won a super bonus but this only unlocks it . Then 130 pound later I won the super bonus to have a massive win of £17.10 ….. hardly seems fair or compliant does it

This site is absolutely disgusting! I play on a few other sites and this is the only site where I have not 1 withdrawal! There random number generator is in my opinion non existent!I find it hard to believe you can play £220 on one slot game and not have 1 bonus and reels only paying £2.40 maximum!Think they need to be investigated.To be honest I didn’t even know how much I had spent as there was no limit and message to say anything.I will be writing to the gaming commission as I genuinely believe this site is rigged

Well, i’ve seen, with my own eyes an acquintence who had a very hard time with withdrawing a few k in winnings, i only ever play in shops due to this. Also, the shop experience is a bit crap. I was in the darlington town centre branch just under the towns main clock trying to concentrate in my bets, hunched over one of those elcetric machines. a cleaner was mopping the floor unbeknowst to me. All i could hear is this senile old guy who always laughs at everything, fart, laughs, greyhound comes in 4th laughs, someone gets run over and they go into cardiac arrest, laughs. Welll this old fool was laughing and so was the cleaner, i could also once or twice slight whipping on my boots, what she was doing was cleaning around my feet but the mop and the chemicals were touching my boots. I hope she was feeling rich, good luck to her if i took it further with her doing that to my £195 boots and potenitally damaging them. A simple request to politely move for a few moments is all that’s needed, not laughing at me with a customer at my expense. Also, the clown at the Catterick branch, this ditzy, bolshy Geordie woman is AWFUL to deal with, you explain something to her, she’ll go “no, it’s x y and z” then you’ll explain again and she’ll try and make you an even bigger liar lmao. Also some of the kiosks and the printing machines in the catterick branch are more reliable than others, i wanted her to use a specific one, that later i was proved to be correct and she had to use the one i orignially wanted. Both computers were both were on, it’s not like she needed to log on to one, the dressing down i got, for wharever reason she talked totally out of turn at me, i deal with very belligerent people all week, i’d have gone through her like a dose of salts, there were 3 older blokes there, minimum age id say is late 60s to at least about 75 she’s a about 60, they all probably fancy her, all she does with them is in the most annoying voice that pierces the shop “yar alight darrrrrrling” but everytime im in there she engages with them all in the most cringe way, it’s all fake but they either have a soft spot for her or fake it well the time she spoke to me out of term i didnt want to make a scene in rront of them like i normally would but because id be the snotty bloke and she’d be the hard done to one despite her being awful and having zero customer service skills, i left it. I’ve seen and heard it with my own eyes, some of the staff and customers, me very much included have very little time for her, she ruins the experience of going to the Catterick branch, i dont go there now but i was always in and out of that branch within 2 or 3 minutes due to her.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. I put on a bet for the next James Bond a few years ago and I have gone to open it again and they have closed my account. Because I moved house 2 years ago and don’t have proof of a bill within the last 3 months they won’t open my account. They won’t accept anything older than 3 months with my old address. I feel like I have been robbed.

Signed up, placed 2 bets (£1 e/w on horses), then they decided to close my account due to a ‘trading decision’?Ok, whatever. So I requested they return my funds (you’d think this would be automatic!). They requested every piece of documentation under the sun! all of which I sent them and they accepted.2 weeks later, still no money.Chased them again, they need me to send them even more documents. Again, sent them and they accepted them.A few more days on, another email from them requesting the same documents again! This company are a scam!
