I have enjoyed quite afew of William hills promotions, I switched from paddypower to play at this casino last week, not anymore tho, this week I’ve wagered about 4 grand on William hill and I’m down 1 grand but they have disabled all of my promotions, I know they say they can discontinue you from them at any time, but don’t play here guys I’ll name some better casinos below with better offers/promos: Betfred is amazing for slots where as williamhill has 92% rtp or under, paddypower, Betfair casino, sky vegas, all of these casinos smash past William hill in so many ways, thank me later 🙂 and you won’t get randomly discontinued from all there promotions on the other casinos 👍🏼

William hill are straight scammers. When your on spins n ya begin to win it throws you off games pretending g that the Internet connection has been lost altho there’s nothing wrong with it for one. For two you’ll be up n winning n then the game will glitch n skip n all of a sudden it starts to just rob you until there’s nothing left n then to put the icing on the cake then they take your promos off so you can’t even win anything bk. And then they lie like they’ve said to me it’s as it’s down to safer gambling. What a load of crap as I only spent 60. Put it this way, my lifetime net deposit on this site is -£17,000. Want to know how many withdrawals I’ve had in that time. That would be absolutely zero, NONE. In the last month alone, I’ve put nearly £800 on this site with maybe 2 bonuses in total paying pennies. I’m seriously considering going to the financial ombudsman about this site because there’s just noway this can be right. If i was you I’d stay well away. Played the promotion game stat attack, got the amount of goals in both halves correct and they marked it down incorrect, make sure you check your results for errors, they mug you off. Asked a supervisor how to make a formal complaint twice it was refused both times, “if you won we will add it to your balance, don’t worry” was all I got. Rubbish company.

Had to speak to 2 different customer service advisors & a supervisor for a simple account issue which in the end i didn’t even want sorted because of how poor the customer service i received. All resulting in me using a different betting site, one that actually appreciates & helps its customers.After waiting 15 minutes i was passed to an advisor called Rona who advised me she was doing relevant checks on my account and would be a few minutes. 15 minutes of waiting later i asked if it would take much longer, she then suddenly sent a message saying she was passing me through to another advisor, without explaining why. So i had to wait another 20 minutes. This resulting in me wanting to raise a complaint.I then got through to Augusto, who advised he was doing the relevant checks, again waited 15 minutes for the same thing to happen. No help & passed to another advisor without explanation.This time i was passed to a Supervisor called Kiel. I was then waiting for a reply every 10 minutes, and after an hour of constantly repeating my reasons for raising my complaint which i explained over 6 times, even after he advised he was reading the previous conversations i had with Rona & Augusto which shows me explaining countless times why i want to raise the complaints due to very poor customer service. This supervisor then raised a FALSE complaint (reference 241220-009707) stating the complaint was due to “accessing my account” after i had already told him 5 minutes before this was not the reason. Beyond ridiculous, as i had already explained over 6 times to 3 different advisors (one being a bloody supervisor) the reason i wanted a complaint raise due to extremely bad customer service, and all i received was EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!All, including a supervisor, clearly have no intentions of doing their customer service jobs correctly. These individuals get paid to help customers, especially being a supervisor you would think they would be helpful.Instead, I was passed about several incompetent advisors, including a clearly incompetent supervisor, made to wait over 2 hours, all for a false complaint to be raised, where the supervisor lied about my real issue when he knew as i had already explained my real reasons for raising the complaint. The worst case of “customer service help” i have ever received. These three advisors clearly need training so they can actually do the job they are paid to do.

Don’t know whats happened lately but I can’t win a thing or even get a build on slots, even the double chance bonus feature seems to not work, don’t get bonus teases nothing just empty spins, such a shame because this used to be one of my favourite sites and thr payout is fast. STOLE £100 OF MY OWN MONEY.I was allowed to make an account without issue, fully verified, then deposited £100.Upon the £100 deposit, my account was deactivated due to a self exclusion almost 10 years ago. With the £100 trapped in the account.I raised concerns to the Live Chat team and was informed to provide them with 5 amounts of verification including a photo of me next to my username.Even though they have a payment method that i used to withdraw the money too.Absolute shambolic, never have i ever had this miscariage of justice on a gambling site.I will not be reduced to supplying them with this information when its just blatant theft allowing me to deposit the £100 which is now trapped. William Hill advertised a promotional bet, which lured me in – 16/1 on a Man City vs Juve game (with a few perms). I put a bet on it. The price was then later adjusted from 16/1 to 17/4 (because of a mistake on their end). I tried to cancel the bets (which was a massive pain dealing with chat bots). After spending 2 hours online with their “customer service” – muliple times – they didn’t honour the price (fine, legally they cover themselves in the T&Cs) – However, ethically they do not – after reiterating I wanted all of my bets cancelled – they didn’t cancel them.

Absolutely disgusted! I joined just now as it said £20 free on luck on Irish when joining. When I paid money in and didn’t win anything at all ( which is fine as you’re not guaranteed), I didn’t get my free £20. When I queried this with a chat clerk vanezza she told me I shoulda put a promo code in. At no point even in the small print that I have here does it mention you must enter a code. When I said I was sad and to close my account I didn’t even get an apology just closed my account and the chat ended. I put £10 into my account two years ago. I wanted to access my account but it’s been locked for some reason. I spent over an hour in the chat until I was told that I need to provide:A photograph of myself holding my passportA photograph of myself holding a piece of paper with my username handwritten on itA photograph of myself holding a utility bill showing my addressA photograph of myself holding a document which shows the card details and date of payment for my original deposit -I can’t imagine that they will be able to read the relevant documents at the distance required for a selfie, so that probably means sending the documents separately, meaning eight files are required just to get my £10 back.My utility bills are sent to me digitally making this request very difficult. I will have to find a printer. Also, my £10 deposit was made with a now-expired card, which will probably be flagged.Unbelievable.I’m taking this to the financial ombudsman. Please avoid this betting company. Slots are set to the worst RTP levels on the market. Each slot has various versions – they pick the lowest %rtp which means the same slots on other sites pay much more.UKGC should enforce RTP to be displayed on game load ups – but until they do – gangsters like WH will continue to bleed its slot playing customers dry.

Placed a bet builder on William hill, a cash out during the first half but all through the second half no cash out even though I was waiting on 1 corner on the football…. How is that even possible not to have a decent cash out on a bet with 15 minutes to go and needing one corner. The reason I use William hill is for the cash out. One of the rules why cash out may be suspended is something may be happening eg a goal/ corner / pen. The ball was in the middle of the pitch and it was saying cash out suspensed. Ridiculous and cheating! The bet was 1000/1 and I was waiting for one corner from any team with 15 minutes to go, cash out was suspended all second half with only 1 card and one corner needed.
