William Hill Review

A once excellent company has now plummeted into what i can only describe as the worst bookmaker in history.
i have been betting more years almost 30 years and its a fun pastime, infact i had my william hill account in excess of 10 – 15 years an use to love them but now i would rate them 0 out of 5 if possible.
Firstly their site is the worst site around, it always has to load, every other site click a page and its up in a tenth of a second, william hill takes ages sometimes, how can a huge company have such a massive flaw.
Also their promotions are a rip off, do you remember the bonus explorer promo, most of their bad reviews are about that scampromo which you are lucky if u win one 10p free spin on a slot… well heyve carried on their scam
The bonus drop is back… woooo but stop… there is no wooooo
It loses all the time, like ok the first day it gave 5 spins at 10p per spin on the slot but every day after it lose, lose lose lose lose… u can see where i am going with this cant you.
I have never dealt with a company who does this on promos, disgusting behaviour, please take a look for yourself and say enough is enough and walk away from this site.
I once loved hills but now i boycott their shops and wont ever bet with them anymore.
I even got restricted in lockdown, there was no sport xcept US horse racing, i gave it ago and boom, i got restricted after over 10 years of betting with them almost daily… this was a company i thought would never ever restrict me but hey, loyalty means nothing

There’s no betting site worth 5 stars unless of course you win big 😀ie : big accumulator ,tote jackpot or place pot that’s about the only way you can win big.William hill is good enough for a regular punter who doesn’t win too often -like the rest of the bookmakers there would be restrictions if you were successful at it .William hill do make an effort to entertain and inform with radio, tv ,podcast etc which deserves an extra star👍

Absolutely dreadful company my partner self excluded from their site and despite sending all documentation they refuse to payout the balance of £120 despite allowing deposits of £260 over the past two months they are breaking the gambling commission guidelines and they have been reported to the financial ombudsman service
Stay away from this gaming company there are far more genuine sites that don’t steal your money

Very very poor speed. Suspending time far too long. The results taking too long to come up. It's could change any second and dramatically change your bet strategy. Your loose-they win. I am only giving them 1 star as I am unable to give them 0. I opened an account, placed a bet and won. Immediately my account was blocked and they asked for photo documents to get my account re-opened. I sent a photo of me holding my driving license which has my actual face and address on it, a photo of me holding a current bank statement with my address and a photo of me holding my written account id and email and they wrote back to say they cannot verify me based on this – even though this is what they’d asked for! They refused to re-open my account so I have currently not only lost my winnings but also my stake! Absolutely disgusting!

I started betting months ago, charged my account with £1500,and i lost all. I was offered a cash out on 12 team Accra over 1.5 goals . 10 were winners and 2 were one nill l each. Offered a cash out of £217 which I decided to take . Selected cash out and it said processing. Waited and waited till the games were finished and unfortunatly the two teams didn’t score another goal . Have done cash out lots and had no problems. Usually when market changes due to goals or associated incidences during the match both cash out and betting is suspended . Customer care behind screens a shocker and being paid to do FUCKALL. Disputed them not paying me and they said there was no evidence according to their technical team . Asked for proof of my activities and what they offered in the last 5 minutes of the games . Got ZILCH response. So according to me Technical staff and Customer care staff don’t really have a scoobie . Just a warning to everyone if u ever experienced this or similar . Absolutely Awful experience with this online casino site. I’ve been playing for about 8months and I’ve deposited well over 1K and have only managed to withdraw £80 (I’m not exaggerating). When your playing their slot games they think they’re smart they will give you the expected RTP% but the system will pay you in small increments. Today I thought I’d try and do the maths while playing and tally my spins against my winnings. I was betting £0.60 per spin, which would give me about 166 spins for my £100 deposit. and only getting 6p, 20p, 40p per win -if any win (this is less than my initial bet) The only time I won £10 on my spin I was close to the end of my balance. (Why am I having to decide between leaving with less than I came with or nothing at all?) I understand the risks that come with gambling but WH are never rewarding. It’s fair to say people don’t just gamble for the fun of it and anyone that says they do is lying. I’ve only doubled my money once since depositing. And I have the screen shots to prove it. OK so I've been reviewing gambling websites for a long time, and WILLIAM HILL is THE WORST OF ALL SITES. The % payout they say they pay out falls well short of the gambling commission standards. I played their Irish game today and spent over £50 and each time (7) he came across the bottom of the screen i won the princely sum of £1.20 with the exception of £2 40 that happened once. This website is confusing at first to use they said I cannot withdraw through a debit card pathetic I can not withdraw with bank transfer. Worst bookmaker I ever dealt with.
They broke the rules when not verifying me after opening my account and depositing 500eur – they also didn't care after I gambled and lost that 500eur – same for the next 1500eur! But once I was close to win a bet they locked my account so I couldn't hedge it. Now I can not withdraw my winnings. I supplied them with all documents they asked for, now they are asking for utility bills in English. (I live in Croatia – no provider here would ever provide me with an utility bill in English)

Do not trust this company. They will make it impossible to withdraw your money. They do this by refusing to verify you and making you want to give up. I have had my €50 deposit stolen from me and my winnings of €140 taken too.

They did this by not verifying my account even though I gave them all the documents they needed. Never have I dealt with such bad customer services. This company is full of thieves and you should stay well clear.

The betting site is perfectly reasonable with some decent promos. The poker site is absolute garbage. As with all current and previous ipoker software using betting companies you get ripped off every time you play. Any idea that this poker is random is total fantasy. New to betting online due to lockdown. Set up an account. Deposited £10 for the £30 free bet. Went to withdraw some money and they blocked my account Spent the last week trying to verify my account. Countless emails. Asking for selfies with bank statements. Apple ID. Apple Pay. Back and front of you driving licence. A bank statement showing where I deposited from. Back and front of my bank card.
