Do not use William Hill I have been a customer for 6years not had a problem then woke up this morning to state that they have deactivated my account for good with a 300pound balance on it… Live chatted William Hill for there reason why they done that the cheek on it could not give me a explanation they said my account money is not refundable wow never heard such a thing… Having to now get ombudsman onto it disgusting… Read in forums and it's not the 1st time they have done this to customers

There is something very wrong with this Site people. They take money then restrict your account from betting then suspend your account and carry out document verification for a week with still no verification. I think this company is I. Some kinda financial trouble and want to make it impossible for people to withdraw money. They will allow you to deposit but won’t let you take it out. I can’t stress enough how bad this company is. I have allowed myself get stressed out with them to a point where I had a balance of almost 1000 euros and they made it impossible for me to withdraw I decided to write it off on a roulette table there I’m out I will take my custom else where. So after having a WILLIAM HILL account I woken up this morning to an email saying my account was suspended permanently.. so I sent an email looking for an explanation and got no where.
I did have some nice wins last week on sports betting and cashed them all out so maybe that’s the reason oh well lost a very loyal customer and I won’t be going near any there shops either.. 1 star is too kind no stars for these MORONS..

Thought I'd leave a good review as all I keep seeing is bad ones. I've been with william hill for about 2 years now and not had any problems at all the first time I joined william hill I won around £1000 in all in the first few weeks which I thought was just beginners luck, took a little break came back won £400 came back again won £700 came back again won another £400 took another little break which took me up to last week put £20 in and withdrew £300. I've always won here and there with william hill obv I've lost some aswell which is part of gambling but I've won more than I've lost. I love the william site more than many others virgin games got the chop last week coz there crap ha. Thanks william hill 😊

Must clear up something I made a comment on I use my local William hill shop tong street Bradford I did say that at the time certain members of staff namely Pauline could turn milk sour by looking at it. Had nothing nice at all to say, I must say at the shop on Tong street Bradford is an amazing place smiling staff talkative helpful in every way. Lovely people must shout Two people out who work in this shop Sarah most helpful lib how she operates within the shop & Matty pleasant helpfully with anything you ask Two people a credit to William hill this shop is a pleasure to go in now thanks to good staff I hope this clears up any misunderstanding I may have given the Tong street shop in Bradford.

Like others I'd give 0 if possible….through boredom, just played a 10p Megaways slots (Fishin Frenzy), to see how long to get a bonus………….after nearly 500 spins and no bonus feature, gave up but im sure thats a reasonably fair amount (sighs), at one point on autoplay went 45 spins without a single penny win!! I thought it was just freak days when it did similar twice in last 8 days on same game, now I know there's clearly more to it…espec as I've also played same slot on Coral,Skybet,Betfair & Ladbrokes recently and you dont even go 100 without hitting it on theirs. William Hill are by far the worst bookmaker for Horse Racing Odds – Check ODDSCHECKER and you will see what I mean. If you bet with these crooks you will lose. On the rare time they are best odds (more chance of being hit by lightning) they won't take a bet of more than a £5 often they only offer to take pennies

After 3 years of just taking money off them by only using promos . Total over 5000 pounds took off them and they finally twigged on by suspending my account this week. if I can make this money so can you. I've opened a new account in my relatives name now with new sim card and their bank details (permission given lol) and will start making money again off them lol. You should do the same so easy.

signed up deposited and played for a few weeks, then i became furloughed so took a small break, when i came back i was told i had an existing self exclusion from a different account, which i accept, i did not know it was still in place i thought the account had been deleted… but i know i did have one previously. i signed up with all my correct details, passed the verification and played away quite happily. what has annoyed me is that if i had withdrawn cash would they have paid out? they allowed me to play whilst self excluded and as far as i am aware that is illegal. so i will be taking this further as they are clearly not abiding by the law.

Played Diamond Blitz and was awarded the bonus, after 3 spins I had 5 wilds locked in with 7 bonus spins still remaining. They ended the bonus before I'd had them. When I challenged it they said my gameplay shows that I didn't even activate the bonus round.

Utterly useless bunch of chiselling shysters.

Opened an account on the back of a promotion. Promotion did not appear on the website or app.
Tried to follow up on the online support and was held on for over 40 minutes whilst message said the average holding time was between 4 and 15 minutes. Withdrew my deposit and deleted the app. Give this bunch of incompetent aholes a miss.

For comparison Coral have been entirely trouble free. Go there instead

I am only a small time player of slots and I have noticed a definite change in the performance over the last few months. They are now more difficult to get a bonus. You never get a bonus early, tempting you to chase loses. Bonus's rarely give high pay back. I think the alogorithms also play the player.
I used to leave having won sometimes, but overall a loss, but I have not now won in weeks.
They have obviously lost a lot of income from Fixed Price Betting Terminals & No sport since lockdown, they are trying to make up in other ways.
All they have to do is ensure you do not get a bonus, a simple software manipulation, to ensure greater profit.
I will no longer play any slots on line.

William Hill my go to bookies for such a long time, alas no longer. Betting wise a fine place for a punt, and the odds boosts are always a welcome bonus. Have most of the various sports fixtures played around the world to bet on, not on a par with BET365, but who is? Decent odds available and personally I find their site very easy to use.

Slots were always quite fair in my opinion and there was always a chance for a decent win until the dreaded Covid-19 came to town, now the only game you play is how much am I going to lose today on them, doesn't matter which slots you go on it is the same monotony of dead spins and no bonuses. You know you are not going to win but you are truly transfixed as the reels go round and your finger keeps pressing until all hope is gone, or money -whichever comes first.

Where as you get bonuses from the other bookies for being a loyal customer, don't expect the same from William Hill, as they seem to have the mantra that they don't need these incentives to keep their customers happy.

The one beacon of light was their Bonus Drop, where more often than not you would receive some free spins and at least have a chance of wining some money, however in their wisdom they have replaced it with Bonus Explorer, which is possibly the worse game ever invented for customer loyalty, as the chances of winning free spins daily and even weekly are scandalous, it is supposed to be random yet it is the same pattern daily, first 2 squares selected something in them, next 3 squares crosses in them.

This is the final nail in the coffin for me, even Ladcrooks do better customer bonuses and that is all I need to say in this regard, so so long William Hill it was a pleasure until 3 months ago.

Now before you assume I’ve lost a lot money, I haven’t..I’ve only put a about £50 in the website to play poker but I’m disgusted to find its completely fixed and the gameplay is statistically fraudulent. William hill poker is fixed. I’ve proven it for a fact. It doesn’t matter what skill level you are, the website comes after you and the cards are completely programmed to fall a certain way. It’s not realistic in any way shape or form.

The amount of runner runner outs, 5% chances and 1 card outers that win are So frequent it’s completely unrealistic and fraudulent gameplay.

I don’t know how they’re legally allowed to operate with such illicit and quite frankly fraudulent software running the website.
