Horrible customer service response time and then they don’t even answer your complaint. The took a significant amount from my account without telling me or making me aware in any such matter. Were happy to let me deposit and believe I won then the following day adjusted my balance and did not tell me why until I questioned their antics.

Was told I could have £5 as compensation for their actions and no apology!! Total jokers as a long time customer I’m disgusted and am emailing the CEO regarding their service.

Don’t even care about it now just want to make him aware of what a terrible site he is running and I suggest anyone who is annoyed does the same and make him earn his millions of pounds a year.

Bonus Explorer feature is terrible. Everyday for over a week I get two feature pictures and three crosses. Its supposed to be random. I tend to spend my money with the betting company that offers the best bonuses. William Hill will not be getting my money. Would recommend Paddy Power for bonuses.

BEWARE! Wow just wow. Just lost £1,500 on their online roulette games. Any section I play just gets avoided by the ball, the same spin that I decide to change numbers, it hits my previous biggest winning number. EVERY time. Place the bet and nothing, their broadcast of William hill TV can only show what they decide to show.

spent over an hour with the most unhelpful and ill informed customer service team who even after been provided with screen shots on several occasions still do not know how their own company works and what they are broadcasting.

i can only assume duping clients into placing bets is illegal

The rewards are non existent, the promitions laughable, other sites compete for your loyalty and reward it, William Hill take it for granted. Their staff treat you like simpletons, when you question them on it and want to have an honest discourse they give generic responses and take 15 minutes to tell you what you already knew; they won't give you anything. Daily drops was mediocre but the new promotion bonus explorer is worse amazingly, 5 free spins a day became a week and every day picks follow the same pattern, but it's random right, despite seeing spectacular odds fall in Hills favour while you can barely get in a modest win. Never seen a site where so many seem to purely complain about the low win rates, but I have to say I have noticed it too. Once kings of the high street, this former giant needs to do more to stay relevant and competitive or they will go the same way their high street shops have.

Put my self on a 6 month exclusion from the site and was told it ended June 1st,so on June 1st I contacted them to re open the account I was then told I would need to wait until June 2nd for my cooling off period to end and to contact them then (what difference 24 hours would make when I have been off for 6 months I don't know),so I phoned them back on the 2nd and waited over 45 minutes to be connected to an agent that did literally nothing apart from take my details to be told I would need to wait another day for a phone call to reactivate my account. I've had a william hill account for a few years
and only used it a handful of times,my friend is into his poker so we have been playing online together once a week as a social thing during lockdown. I have only deposited £30 In the last month and he has pretty much won every game as I'm rubbish but it doesnt matter as we had dozens of games all for very low stakes and we chat and drink at the same time, William hill has just locked my account demanding proof of Id, photographs and an explanation of my last game claiming some sort of fraudulent behaviour! My last £5 now sits in my account and it will stay there as I am not playing there silly games for the sake of a fiver. Utterly ridiculous behaviour from them when you consider the time frame and amounts that have been spent, maybe they weren't happy that my money was going to another player and not being lost on their dodgy fruit machines? Wrote to them about my son's bet, he is Down's [31 so legal bet] as local shop is shut with lockdown. I also made a bet. That was at start of lockdown. No reply; no change there then.
I complained, also some months ago, about my son being asked about his age, in their shop in Donnie [Doncaster], although he was patently over 18. Never received a reply. When complained, was asked to provide more details, which by the I had forgotten.

Ok so i got banned from william hill as i found out william hill vegas the is no big winners on there jackpot slot machines . The mega jackpots always get won around 12 pm ar night and never in the afternoon or morning making you play for nothing , . Daily drop is good fun but their non live Blackjack games are the worst I've experienced. I play a lot of online Blackjack and can safely say that WH is the worst site going. The dealer will regularly have 10-15 winning hands in a row. Avoid at all costs. I don't recommend that site to play. I was able to win small amount of money on this site I need to admit that but ever since all the promotions doesn't include me.
