Pay to play site. The casino part is very bad I’ve never seen anything like it from a bookies in my life. The sports part of their site is dreadful too most of the time offering lower odds than most leading bookmakers yet claiming they offer the best odds anywhere haha. The only good thing on this site is the impact sub on bet builders and even that’s hit and miss at times. Anyway there’s no point reading my review just look at their 1.4 rating on here before you decide wether you want to join or not. They also discriminate against disabilities which they have done to me in the past. I made a complaint and was told the agent would be dealt with In the correct way but I wouldn’t know the outcome of that discipline. Clearly he was just told to tone it down a bit and get on with his job. Wish I’d have taken it further at the time but even those dealing with you try and brush it off. Terrible terrible site.

Just a joke how bad the slots are. Been with this company for years. Over the last few years ive noticed that on certain nights the slots are relatively ok, but on other nights the slots are completely dead. Like you could play every single slot and nothing. Ive just spent 2 hours trying all different games and literally nothing. Its happening too often with this pattern . Million percent its rigged. The nights i have won ( but never crazy figures like some sites) all the games seem to be up for a bonus etc. Its like they have switch for certain times when they are ok and then just complete zero. Just placed bet on app. Displayed odds were 4.5 but app changed odds to 4.33 with no warning of odds change. After placing bet displayed odds still showed 4.5. Be warned. Absolute cowboys.

Absolutely joke of a company. Was given a free bet that I had to use the next day. Went to the shop on a Sunday and it was closed! Went again in the afternoon and it was still closed! Contacted customer service and was emailing with the retail contact officer, Cheenezz. Absolutely clueless! Didn’t want to answer my questions. Didn’t want to honour the free bet. I recieved a email off william hill 1/11/24 saying ive had £5 cash dropped into my acc, upon looking there was no £5 so i emailed them an they replied saying it was an error on their behalf and i would not recieve it!! For a company the size and stature of william hill to make such a mistake is hard to comprehend, i for one will not be using william hill again.

I’ve just spent 50 minutes online (because they withdrew the facility to actually speak to somebody sometime ago) after the usual farce of speaking to Will the robot, I was eventually transferred to a human (Jonalyn) told to wait, which I did, only to find the query go back to the robot who closed the case. I went back on and went through the whole procedure and was eventually transferred to Rod, same outcome, reverted to robot who closed the case. I tried a 3rd time and was again transferred to a human, only for the case to be automatically closed once again by the robot. This is NOT a customer service any longer, they simply do not care and you can not resolve any issues. After several decades of being a customer of theirs, I will no longer use this company. Do not use William Hill.

Only if you don’t want your money, you will play at this site. I won one week ago 1800 euro and i withdraw without problems. I did my verification with my payslip and ID and bank statement. After a week I won 12.500 euros. Now it’s been a week since they refused to pay the withdrawal. I provided them with all the documents required again, ID,bank statement, selfie with me holding the documents ID, username, and bank statement and every time, the answer was the same: we need the following documents…. After winning last night on a football bet I have tried to withdraw my winnings. Only to be sent a mesage about the card I am using. The william hill system wants to use a card which I lost months ago and not the current card I have used to deposit money with. The person on the contact desk is a disgrcae and has been laughing at my situation when I have tried to fix this. I have used william hill for years and I will never use them again following this as mat present they are keeping my money due to a failure in there system to update my cards correctly. Cey is unhelpful and just seems to think it is funny I cannot get at my funds or remove my cards. I have then been passed to Dane a supervisor who was of no help at all and actually cut my chat off and left a message about sending me an email. The App is terrible! really slow to load, keeps saying I’m offline when I’m not. By the time it loads, flipping race is over. Also you can’t watch the race half the time because it keeps freezing. When I joined I played my favourite games and won regular after letting me win for few wks they changed the same games I play to no wins. I’ve lost hundreds of pounds playing my favourite games. Reading everyone else’s experiences it appears I’m not the only person who has had a poor and fraudulent experience. Tried logging into my account which I last used a few month ago, unable to log in, this message came up on my account: “Sorry there is a problem with your account”Spoke with the virtual helpline and was informed that my account had been permanently closed after careful review of my activities and transactions. Yet I have never had any communication or emails from William Hill informing me of this, also my where are the funds I had left in my account? Asked to speak to the complaints department and all I had was a virtual supervisor who refused to go into detail as to why my account had been closed and why they had kept my money. And then they closed the chat!

Deposited 3 times £50 in total,lost that so the deposited another £20. This £20 was showing in my account but the website wouldn’t let me play. I was then informed I was self excluded. I waited for my £20 to be refunded as is the rules but no nothing. In hindsight all the £70 should be refunded as the gaming system should have picked up on the exclusion on the first deposit. Fuming and disappointed.

If I could put no stars I would, my account was compromised, William Hill blocked my account, this was proactive of them and a positive move but this is where proactive finishes!!!!Rather than inform me of this they let me find out the next time I tried to log on to my account!! I obviously couldn’t log on and therefore had to contact there near useless online chat process, there is no other method of communication. After seven days and hours and hours of trying to resolve my account is still blocked and MY money that is held in there is still inaccessible. Asked to provide id proof of address pictures of bank card then transferred repeat procedure then saying photo is blurred then asked to provide bank statements surely there is a law against this just go to your local bookmakers not WH absolutely disgraceful behaviour .
