Opened my account, deposit 20€ & won 120 on my first bet.. went to withdraw.. two days later my account was closed for no reason.. in email it stated I've opened up too many account!! This is unheard of!!

I placed a bet on 5.10 market ramen today (28/09/19) I picked 1st and 2nd had them both each way and a reverse forecast stimulating song and on the wild side, I placed the bet just after the off on a 2 1/2 mile race I got went to collect my winnings only to be told I was to late placing my bet. Now as I am well aware they are not allowed to take the bet after 4 furlongs of the race starting however they accepted the bet but when I won they refused to pay me my winnings and only offered me my original stake back. In the every day world I believe that is called welshing a bet. They are nothing more than robbing people and I wouldn't recommend betting with them because if you win they won't pay up

William hill and similar internet gambling sites is murderers. Governments should closed down them. Had a bet on cricket (top batsman) because the game was rained off after 13 overseas I didn't get paid out for getting top batsman correct. It was a 20/20 game. This has happened to me in the past with only 9 overs being bowled so I was refunded my stake. At the time I was told that you have to have had a minim of 10 overs bowled to constitute an innings. Now that has happened this time William hill won't pay out and just refunded stake. Won't be going back to William hill after years of betting in there. Hello bet Fred

Awful customer service. On hold for 45 min....3 times and disconnected. Ask to speak with Mgr, disconnected. Have not been able to access account for 3 months. 1 month ago someone was going to get back to me with in a few days. Going to close account once my future bets are paid or lost. Crazy to put up with this poor service. They suck.

Told them where I live we don’t have utility bills or pay council tax (it’s classed as a holiday home) and I don’t do credit can’t get my winnings. Because I cannot supply enough ID load of tosh just went to Ladbrokes with my driving license boom sorted think they are scamming people out of money 😡

William Hill has a good betting website but to be honest if you’re just visiting the website for the first time, you might hard to navigate through but once you get used to it, it’s pretty easy. In-play betting is also great, you can find a market easily. They offer a lot of bonuses too.

William Hill is a lot easy to deal with as long as you read the terms and conditions and strictly adhere to them. Although as with every other bookmaker, when you win a lot for some time, your account could be closed, they are permitted to do that. In the terms and conditions, be sure to carefully read, about the “free bets and bonuses” and note that nothing is free. Bookmakers are also in a business; they therefore do not like to lose money.

I have never encountered a problem with them mainly because i read T&Cs extremely carefully. Most of the reviews are due to the fact that bookies will close your account if you win to much, unfortunately they have every right to do so. The second type of review is down to wagering requirements as many unlike me do not read T&Cs on "free bets and bonuses" nothing is ever free. Basically read T&Cs and remember that bookies do not like losing money

The bookmaker gives good odds. I liked the choice of bets on baseball and cricket. Often played seasons every day. Betting is easy. The site is very useable
