BEWARE OPENING AN ACCOUNT..When you open an account with William hill the account is NOT yours .the company can go into your account and take money without your consent. They settled a bet and paid out the money I had won and was owed to me . 8 hours later they went into MY account without any call ,email,permission and withdrew money. On speaking to this company they said they had made a mistake and took the money back. Imagine if I’d of placed the wager in a shop would they of come knocking on my door asking for it back.What has scared me more than anything is the fact this company can go into MY account and take money without permission..SO SO WRONG

Change price retrospectively on a bet.William Hill have the audacity to have a term – under section 18 of their terms on conditions to say they can do this. This is equivalent for the ability to change the price of a product after you have purchased it – this is absolutely criminal and is anti customer rights. Please be wary of this is you spend one penny with this company and they are not happy with a bet you have placed. Disgraceful company

Avoid this site takes your money then stops you depositing saying account under review.Took them over 8 weeks to review, spoke to chat agent I could deposit then the next day after I deposited £100, despite my monthly deposit limit being £500 they blocked my account and spoke to chat agent who said my account was in review again.Do not trust this site I am contacting the British gambling commission to log an official complaint against them.

I totally agree with David (21 hrs ago). Playing 333 Fat Frogs. This must be the worst unfair game on the site. I have raised legitimate and serious ethical concerns with the Company regarding their dubious Business Model, which have been repeatedly flatly ignored and remain unheeded. I believe it to be only a matter of time before WH’s Practices are brought to the adverse attention of The Gambling Commission, in the UK.
