They say the bank won’t accept payment but this is bull shit cause I spoke to my bank on three separate occasions and they get this shit from casinos more often than not . The casino sends them money with no option for the bank to accept it (it should have an accept or decline but they don’t give them an accept option) leaving them with no other choice but to send it back. BE AWARE OF woocasino.com. Today(25 Oct), around 3AM AWT (night-title), I got an email from support[@]woocasino.com under the subject CONFORM ACCOUNT REGISTRATION. I thought this may be scam or some other bad actors may have used my email to register an Account with this site without my CLICK to the link account won’t be activated. Didn’t dig deep. Around 3PM, got another email stating, “We are pleased to inform you that your 28.23 AUD deposit was successful, and the funds are availablein your account.” This email put me in alert, how account can be activated without my CLICK. I checked if my email account is compromised, checked login location, no such evidence noticed. I googled woocasino.com to verify if the domain (url) is same from where this email are sent. And it did matched. I went to the site from google search and noted that cookie policy states, “We use cookies to improve your experience. Byusing our website you are accepting…. In proceeding I confirm that I am currentlyaccessing this website outside of Australia.” Which is not true within Australia. The unsubscribe button doesn’t work and every time I block the emails, they reappear under a different sender name. I am so sick of having my inbox flooded by these damn emails. If there was one casino I would recommend keeping well away from it would be this scamming trash casino!! The RTP is a complete joke, Cashing out is near impossible, chat support are useless and no help at all! They will block your account if you try cashing out any thing over $200 and once they unblock your account the money will be gone!! They have made charges to my card unlawfully – $600 in total, 2x $300 charges! Which are not showing as a transaction on my history because i never have deposited that amount at one time, but the transaction is clearly stated in my bank transactions! “VIP manager” only once ever contacted me and that was to try and defend themselves about being thieves, but any other time i had contacted them there was never any response! All these reviews praising the vip managers are obviously written from the casino staff themselves, there is no way Woo has decent staff that are even slightly helpful at all!!
