I have been with Woo casino for as many years as I can remember. Spent hundreds of thousands here. And have never received a peep from my VIP manager Joseph. He is probably the worst VIP manager I have yet to experience at any online casino. It does seem that other members have had great experiences after reading through the reviews. Absolutely wish I could change. If that is even possible to change. Woo casino themselves should send a feedback survey on the VIP experience. So your heavy punters can feel appreciated.

I have been gambling with this casino for years the first year I won nothing! I had enough of it and complained.
