Overall a positive experience for me with 10bet, first withdrawal took a while and I had to discuss with support but it was quickly sorted after that. I have found the customer service to be professional and helpful with any issues. Documents verified quickly. Love they do lots of different promos as someone who makes smaller deposits they allow more play and entertainment , nice to win but personally like getting as much play as possible out of deposits so 10bet is a good fit for me and will continue to play here unless anything changes.

I like the 10bet range of markets on football for example, no issue with what they provide, the app is easy to navigate so no complaints there but it is infuriating to us nonetheless. Whenever I leave the app for more the than 30 seconds to a minute max it logs me out straight away and every time! It’s also slow and unreliable at time logging in!
