Brain hemorrhage My MP has written to 10bet, in One single day of opening account I lost 4k though erratic and dangerous gambling.It was during and after my brain hemorrhage which has retrospective been proven to have been the reason for significant behaviour change as proven by my neurologist who spoke to my mp.I have reached out to 10bet who refuse to acknowledge that the losses were accrued due to my hemorrhage which health documents have been provided for. My MP has visited me in hospital and reached out to them however they refuse to engage. It’s ethically Abhorrent.

I’ve been with 10bet for several years, good odds on football, and fast payout, the cash out is pathetic though, several times over the last month I’ve tried to cash out and it keeps coming up with errors, wrong amount etc, if you use cash out regularly steer well clear of this bookie, i won’t be using them again and their cash out seems to be a con as it’s not fit for purpose.

Used 10 bet for a a few weeks and no different to some other sites. Quite happy to take your money then suspend account for no reason. Poor payouts on slots after a few hundred spent and the occasional small win. No reason for suspension after taking my money and I’m not contacting them as to why? Account closed my end and won’t use them again!

Always a little sceptical using a new bookmakers especially a lesser known one. Absolute disgrace, 10days ago I contacted them as £30 had been paid through trustly, the payments were unsuccessful but still taken from my account and not returned, I contacted them to be told to give it a few days, then I contacted them again , no emails as they said they were sending , I then even received in my online chat messages that the operator was sending to another conversation by mistake, they then said they didn’t have the funds . So I contacted my bank who said they were successfully paid out to trustly so then contacted trustly and after another week of waiting was told the funds were paid to 10 bet in the 16th, the day they said they didn’t have them, so nearly two weeks of chasing and I still have not recieved my money back and am just fobbed off with emails they say are being sent , I have been told different waiting times by different operators, I have been told they didn’t have my money . I have been given other peoples messages and after 10 days am still no closer to getting my own money back. It’s an absolute joke. Thank his it wasn’t a large deposit. The service is not what you should be receiving they contradict themselves. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I have lost hours and been inconvenienced chasing monies they said they didn’t have to only be told by trustly that they successfully sent the payment to 10bet on the 16th of March.

I made a complain,i asked my SAR and neither i received a reply for my complain nor for the SAR.I still didn’t want to go with Gambling Commission,getting in touch with my local MP or taking legal action but as i see i will have to deal with ignorance.SAR has 30 days time limit but i know it can be done earlier.I was asked 50 times each verification about my source and NOTHING IS ILLEGAL but draining my sisters finance.It is my fault and i will live with it BUT each company i provided those details they closed my account at first verifications,i already add them on files.This ignorance will cost you guys lots of money or even licence.
