Lol at the five star reviews. People actually name checking members of staff and even saying account managers are friends. I’ve never read so much dross, how can trustpilot allow it?My take The odds are truly terrible. Check oddschecker and they’re always near the bottom. How can you rate a company excellent when there’s no value?There is no live streaming on any sports at all which in 2022 is unacceptable. Also they suspend races before they’re actually off then say they can do as they please when you question itHardly my idea of 5 starsNo doubt this will get removed, it seems only positive feedback is allowed

Terrible service.All goes well until you actually start to win a little bit. Within 5 days my sports bets were limited to a MAXIMUM WIN of 1.00They didn’t even bother communicating this beforehand, and when I called to query this I was told that I could still continue playing on the casino games-wow, thanks !!Clearly a site only designed for mug punters.

I’ve been with 10bet for over a year now and cannot fault them as a company, you get exactly what they say plus more. Very good betting site and fantastic customer experience, fast withdrawals and great pricing.My account manager Armenak Kazazyan is fantastic, he’s always there whenever needed and treats you brilliantly and more as a friend, he goes above and beyond for you and cannot rate him any highly enough, the best account manager I’ve ever had with any of the betting sites.

Why was my original post removed?? I’ll say it again, this place is an absolute sham of a casino, none of the slot games play the same as they do on other casinos, the dodgy extra long spins that go erratic after a few spins..at least they don’t hide the fact though lol I mean it’s blatant ..absolutely fixed not to pay or give you the bonus.All these ridiculous positive reviews (obviously the same people, probably staff lol) I thought trustpilot was a TRUSTING, genuine place we could leave our honest opinions and share our experience of the place but there’s something dodgy about the whole thing..wondering how long this post will stay up ?

The site overall is good but when it makes itself top level is by the live chat they are unbelievably helpful and they kind caring and understanding big shout out to Mira on the live chat she is so good at her job and is so kind and helpful generally one of the best live chat agents i have ever meet!

They got trust pilot to remove my previous review to keep a high rating although there was nothing wrong with the review… Awful site very outdated and impossible to win anything on any of the slots just loses everytime. I wonder how many of these they get removed so people still use there site.

This site has not got any RTP what so ever i asked the support what RNG they used they said they did not understand me, At that point i realised they was either playing dumb or conning me. Avoid at all cost playing here they will cheat you out off your money then prevent you from playing.I really do not know what else to say about them except SCAM comes to mind like so many other casinos now days.

Obviously remove all bad feedback and the 5 stars are all invited which says it allThe odds are not competitive in any sports. No best odds guarantee and tiny limits. I recently joined 10 bet, and I must say it’s one of the very best online casinos I’ve ever played on. (I’ve tried many!) The wins I was getting made me actually shocked because I’ve dealt with other sites that never pay out but this site clearly does. Customer support are readily available to assist you right away. Withdrawals are very fast also.

Was totally disappointed by this firm having set a timeout period from betting, for 6 weeks as advised by a member of their staff, I applied for reinstatement after this period which should have ended today again verified yesterday by member of staff, to my dismay told today that the period was for three months and ends on 29th September 2022. After deliberating with manager of customer services, totally unsatisfactorily told the same , so told them to shove the decision where the sun dont shine , and immediately close my account. This is a betting firm wouldnt touch again ever, and would advise against anyone else taking up an account with them. No hint of going back to the agent 5hat advised me to take time out for six weeks, they stick to the three months they say I asked for originally , which is totally a lie.

Placed a bet. Bet was accepted. Logged out of account, horse won, logged back into account, bet had been voided for NO reason only response I can get is they can void bets at their discretion. Absolute shambles never experienced with another bookmaker I’ll never use 10bet again because I can’t trust them to honour a bet. Happy to take my money but seemingly not happy to pay a winning bet.Update – they’ve now closed my account (having taken more money from me yesterday) with no reasoning or even a message to let me know + ignored my customer service request to look back into why the bet was voided. Worst online experience of my life

The website is easy to navigate through and there are very rarely technical difficulties which are expected with any company. So far so good, l like their hilarious offers where you get a free bet if something specific happens in specified games, eg the colour of the refs shirt, or a top player doesnt score. These actually come in somtimes
