This gambling site is an absolute disgrace. Surely with all these lousy reviews the gambling commission should step in, what are they there for.I had the usual problems, the app is appalling, try they’re live chat, ha, it says they are answering, in about a few hours. My latest request for my money back, has gone unanswered, now for 14 hours! I’ve emailed them, had no answer in 5 days. I opened 888 account with 100 saying I get 100 bonus but I never got. I send my passport to Verify my ID they didnt accept it so I play won 700 but was not able to take it out. My account is closed around the end of July 2021. At first, Bwin said it was about document verification and requested for necessary documents.I sent the necessary documents and account verification has been completed.However, Bwin has kept my account closed and told me that a match I betted was under investigation and your account will be closed until the end of the investigation. Sadly everyone is right, pretty appalling, deposit obviously they match you then lose that in a matter of minutes, however then you get the free 88 ? I played 11 of the 88 i won 45 so it then said I couldn’t play those spins any longer because ? well I don’t know why. So then the 45 was randomly turned into 10 cash bonus, bonus for 888 because you can’t collect it, so inevitably in seconds i lost that and then the 77 bonus i thought I had left had disappeared??? Stay as far away from this site as you can. It’s one BIG SCAM! They give you a nice bonus when you sign up. But they never pay out this bonus because it’s impossible to meet the requirements. So they withdraw the bonus and all the gains you made till that point!Further it’s impossible to withdraw your money even if you meet all the requirements.This is the worst betting site there is and should be taken down.

Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they havent followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but thats just me.

At this stage I feel like they are some what close to being scammers . I had very high hopes when I saw they are part of me green. Lost a lot on money when I made withdrawal of approximately half of the amount I deposited on same day. Received approval confirmation next day which was on 7th September. Since then been casing them and according to them its been paid. Provided them with bank statements. End up getting confirmation from bank that I had no block on receiving money. But my money is no were to be found by them. Every time I had contacted them been told I will have a reply and its over 2 weeks. Looks like in the end I have to probably reach ADR or submit small business claim. If they delay is further I might end up submitting winding up petition. Highly unprofessional and had least ending up losing high end customer for them and mr green.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!

Betsafe initial deposit was taken away after 14 days, which was spelled out clearly in the Terms and Conditions, but what wasnt told in there specifically was that any winnings deemed generated from that bonus deposit will be withdrawn from your account as well as the bonus. Put a bunch of bets down in the first couple weeks, ended up not quite breaking even, and then wake up to see $420 of my $575 gone from my account.

Don’t waste your time or money on them – you’re not meant to take any money from them and their Customer Service Team is unable to provide a customer service. Like everyone else, I was forced to close the old Genting website, which I’m sure had unused Reward points, but any unused Reward points didn’t transfer over to the new website (same login details and a Welcome Back message) and bizarrely, I was denied access to the new site welcome bonuses. Why? All I get from Genting ‘Customer Service’ is that it was ‘a management decision’, but none of the managers are willing or capable of providing a simple explanation, despite numerous emails. Are the welcome bonuses only available to new customers? Did I win too much on the old site? (Ha!) I don’t think Genting care a jot about their customers (who contribute to their wages) and I’d bet my last 10p they won’t respond to this glowing review with anything other than ‘it was a management decision’.
