This site is a SCAM Betsafe. I won and tried withdrawing my amount and sent all documents and valid ID but they still won’t release my funds. They keep telling to be patient and finally they closed my account. This is SCAM, please spread the word!

Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can’t withdraw my money) for support you can’t talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query “we will send you an email”.

My honest review from dafabet, PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT TO THESE SITE.. i been playing online game since 2017.. yesterday before i deposit i ask for new member bonus, there reply yes but u will receive it tomorrow after your 1st deposit.. so i think is ok to receive tomorrow.. so i made a deposit to their website. after playing a while i lost so i did another deposit and continue my play.. today 15/7/2021 i ask where is my bonus.. there say i deposit twice and cannot get my bonus… these is the first weired rules i ever heard. u deposit twice will void yr bonus.. Never use. They Rob you. If you win with big amounts, then they said, that you account is locked for half year and this is because Yout wantITThey loose you transactions and you never find them again if you get access back. Safest way to loose money..

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn’t see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. I requested a withdrawal 9 days back, but still not received. They are playing all the drama by saying your account is under verification from 9 days I contacted them more than 100 times and they are telling the same story and playing with my money and time. This site is scam be aware of this friends.

By the sounds of it, others have had the exact same problem as me. They terminated my account without me even placing a bet after opening an account, and like the others say, after taking my personal information. Didn’t even realise that was a thing that companies do, maybe they can use it for certain advantages. When I e-mailed them they just said they can’t provide any further information as to why the account has been closed. The same company own Yabo and they did the same with my account there, although that one was open for a month or so. As they haven’t given a reason for the closure I presume they only want people who spend £100 upwards a day (and lose the money) otherwise it’s not worth it for them. As mentioned in other comments, it could also be so they can use your personal information.

So everything started out find, and made a deposit around 300 euros, and was so lucky to win 2400 euros, so of course i wanted to withdrawl. – Of course I was asked to upload some documents, which is normal as a new customer, Ive done that tons of times before. So I uploaded my ID and bank statment (i use monese) – I was told that it would take up to 72 hours.- Didnt think too much of it. – some days after i got an email saying that my ID was approved but not my proof of adress, since monese is not a “high street bank” yes really they said that… – Okay wel? what to do, all my bills is included in my rent, so i took a picture of my rental contract where everything is informed (name,adress etc) 2 days after i got another email saying it was not acceptable.. WHAT, oh no.. then I asked what i could send since i dont have anything more? So I sent a picture of my skrill account showing adreess, which i used to deposit, but was also rejected – 72 hours after I then sent my social security documentss issued bt the gouverment here in Malta. REJECTED! – I have no idea what to do now, and will proberly loose my money.. I will go to every single social media channel and warn about this company. – But the money is most proberly gone 🙁

That’s corruption at its finest , the girl I bet on just decided not to play no more after I wagered ,why? How did they know I placed that wager.

Like all others, they’ll do whatever they can not to pay out, asking for payslips, notarized documents, posted letters, whatever they can to hold on to your deposits. Unacceptable and rude when asked for a bonus to play on with. Suspended my account even though I hadn’t asked. Customer representative was slow to answer and duty manager was even worse.
