A lot of these reviews seem a little unfair, i think most bookmakers will receive a negative review on trustpilot for one reason or another from punters who are losing obscene amounts of money from their own accord.I can only speak from personal experience, i have been using boylesports for about 2 months now after a friend told me about it and i have been pleasantly surprised… won a few hundred pounds from different football bets and i have always received my money within 2 hours and always seem to be receiving free bets, no complaints from me.

Used the app for a short while then changed over to sky bet mainly for the reason of fed up of waiting 2-3 days for withdrawals to go into my bank. Come back to place bets this weekend put money in my account and on my bets then was restricted from using my money in account and accessing my bets and now have trapped money in my account that I cant access because it says I need 3 forms of id to verify my account which has already been done. Dont use this app much better off using mainstream betting apps.

When I first used this site I found it satisfactory but obviously far below the main sites like bet365. What I liked about it was it has a decent loyalty scheme where you earn points on every bet and these aquire over a short period of time to a decent free bet. However, this site dramatically changed when I started to do well and have a bit of luck. I managed to build my balance up to over 2500 with some very lucky football bets and after a lucky weekend I went to put on a Monday night accum only to find my max bet allowed was 1p, yes 1p. When I contacted them initially they said it was their traders and nothing to do with customer services and then after some gentle pushing they quoted some small print about basically they can do what they want. I asked for one reason why they were doing this and their response was that they were unlikely to revert any changes made. Bunch of amateurs and it was clear by my betting pattern that I simply got lucky and if they had have done the right thing they would been on the right side of me in a short space of time, STAY AWAY.

False advertisement. If I could leave a photo here I would. Signed up lost my bet and got no free bet as stated I would on sign up. Sad site Sad treatment. Sites like this are obviously on there way out. Not worth the headache and unusual odds on games somethings not right here. In my opinion.

Again…. Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl..ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for… Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didnt have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips arent enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and its simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before Ive deposited thousands with you, its that simple. Avoid.

I wouldn’t use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when ‘safer gambling’ is supposedly of paramount importance. ( cue the crap underneath about how they protect their customers and have strategies in place).Please use a different betting service.

Seems this site is really going down hill, used to get a 20 cash bonus every 2/3 months. Mansion Bet don’t deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver’s license, gas bill – i.e. ALL of these – and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don’t waste your time with Mansion Bet,who only honour their promotions when you’re constantly losing money. Other players, please read this review before you sign in to anywhere else. I have more than 15 years of experience from different gambling sites and i can assure everybody mansionbet has the best odds for sportsbetting. If you find good odd from market leaders, you will get better odd from mansionbet. Also they have huge selection of available markets for every game. My personal favorites are over/under bets and most places they have only 3 or 4 markets available. Mansionbet has many markets for over/under bets. And. This is just my experince but i dont understand why they have so bad reputation about withdrawals. I have made more than 10 withdrawals and ALL OFF THEM has been processed within 24 hours. If you are looking good site to do sportbets with good odds and high limits, you have found your site. This is my personal favorite and i regret i didnt join here earlier. I don’t normally leave reviews but I made an exceptionThey did an offer. Bet 100 or more on virtual sports and get 20 free bet. I did so and bet on virtual greyhounds and speedway.I got told I didn’t qualify for the free bet as they are casino (?) games and not virtual sports. Customer service made no attempt to help and refused to answer questions just telling me to read t & c next time. They couldn’t care less. Really like novibet and the selection of games they provide. Personally had no problems myself with regards to games not paying or verification issues and always get a relatively fast response whenever I have contacted support. Withdrawal times are fast and would imagine the only reason anyone gets issues is because they havent followed the correct procedures. Bonuses could be a bit more rewarding as other sites do seem to offer more appealing bonuses but thats just me.

Betclic is pure scam. They closed my account after i made a little bit of profit. Also they let you pay 5 euro under a 15 euro pay out. I had only a few days to pay out my money, so i wanted to bet quick so i could come above the 15 euro and i had bonus money. Than i got a pop up i could not bet while i had reach my max bet ammount. I only bet with 40 euro max per month or so and had the max protector not selected, but off! This is pure stealing. After i contacted the customer support yesterday, i only got a standard answer like they didn’t read my complain. And now, i can’t even unsubscribe to their newsletter! There are other betsites that are better. So dont make an account on this one! Be smart!
