Tragic ethical failure.This is a tragic situation that sporting bet and entain are trying to ignore. My enquiry required Understanding, compassion and ethics but all 3 have been dismissed.My son, brain injured , Schizophrenic and sectioned with psycosis spent 13k in 1 day when in hospital sectioned, his spend was part of his delusionary belief system.I later become aware of this via welfare checks and psyciatrist input and I reached out to entain with multiple health documents, clinical letters, consumer champion breach outs and other docs,i also sent them a letter from **** hospital admission and occupational health clearly stating how ill my son was and the fact he had no insight.Instead of reacting with compassion, understanding or ethics entain replied with an truly tragic response, without any care about my son’s severe mitigation or health but only cared about themselves and after two months gave me an email saying they wont talk to me , the power of attorney and father of my brain injured Schizophrenic son but will only talk to their REGULATORS meaning they feel it is appropriate and MORALLY acceptable to profit from a severely cognitively Ill brain injured , schizophrenic consumer with no insight.After 100s of health documents and clinical letters this was their response.Dear Mr ****,We write further to your communications in respect of the activity of your son *** and his use of the identity of third parties to create accounts with Entain without their knowledge.We thank you for the additional information that you have provided in your recent emails. They are so quick to take your money but when you request a withdrawal its like pulling teeth. Won a couple hundred bucks but my documents kept getting denied with no reason behind it. This site, and leovegas are some of the worst casinos I have tried. Their customer service live chat is terrible. If you dont answer within 2 mins they will close your chat then you have to wait in a que all over again. I wish I read reviews before trying this site. Save your time and find a different casino

Well, here is my story.I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together.. BUT – when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available.. All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on…well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

Same problem as everybody else.Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.Luckily I only had 16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn’t accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people’s reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don’t bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.
