It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Don’t bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than 0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they’re more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swifts, 2 different bank accounts. You name it Ive tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. Ive given various documents, which didnt get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino’s are still closed.First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don’t ask for more private info. Just tell me you don’t want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country. If I could give these a zero then I would. Please dont waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. They seriously dont know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! Opened account 3 weeks ago and never had a problem albeit getting verified is a pain but most bookmakers now do proper checks . I’m not sure, why there are so many bashers of Sportingbet. How many sportbooks has that cash out feature, if you do change your mind, cancel, won’t lose any money. The odds, prices are super fair, buying points, if your a serious player, Sportingbet has to be one of your outs. It seems all these bashers are the bonus whores, people that don’t fulfill their rollovers. I would recommend to not have these issues, ask questions, online chat, always accessible during day, and make sure before you send money verify your account.

Their customer service is non existent. You send an email and are lucky to get a response at all, certainly not on a time frame to resolve any issues. They have no Ap and their golf markets are very misleading, always defaulting to outright markets that are the most lucrative for them (e.g. you think you are betting on the outright of a golf market but it defaults to a six shooter. I would strongly advise anyone not to open an account with them as there are far better alternatives which thrive on customer service and experience

Had first bet with Redzone and won handsomely , withdrew money at 11.30pm and was in my bank next morning 6am .couldnt wish for better service than that surely , cant see where all the negativity comes from in other reviews , Ive had many many bad experiences with online bookies but Redzone is up there with the best , and no i dont work for the company nor am I friends with the owners .
