Decimal odds are quite straightforward to understand, as all you need to do is take the decimal number, lets say 7.0 and deduct 1 which would give you odds of 6/1. The welcome page focuses very much on showing the visitor all of the product options available. It is interesting to see that 21Bet have not only a sportsbook but also a betting exchange. The betting exchange seeems to also have good liquidity when we checked some of the bigger horse racing markets.

The opening view looks a little outdated but they do make it simple to find whichever product you are looking for.

The home page does seem to take some time to load as there are a lot of graphics that are opening on that first page.

Once you enter the sports betting part of the site, you are greeted by an event interface which is really quite poor from a visual perspective. The navigation is unclear and cluttered. You have a top menu with some dashboard elements, then a menu with sports followed by another menu immediately below which has countries.

The menus are not aligned in the centre and have little spacing between them which makes the top section look very crowded and confusing.

The betting interface itself is on a white background but the colour scheme of the event name, teams, scores and odds does not stand out at all with a lot of grey areas.

Overall a very poor layout and initial user experience.

The odds offer at Bet21 is very weak. Tennis markets in particular have very high margin as well as football. When visiting the site you can see that the range of markets is quite weak which explains why the odds margins are on the high side.

We discussed above about the odds, and correlation between those and the market offer. When we look at the markets being offered on top football games and leagues across Europe then 21Bet are quite comparable. It is when you drop down to leagues like the English Championship where the number of markets is very low.

Tennis is a key sport for them and they do have a very good selection of the more obscure tournaments in smaller countries.

A tremendous selection of events and markets which make it attractive and Bet21 also have odds that are up to 4 decimal points which is quite unique.

The issue once again is the actual interface which is very cumbersome, especially with the white background. Click inside an event does not open the event but just adds the selection to a bet slip. The whole thing is just very counter intuitive. Its is a shame as they have some great opportunities to be on some really obscure leagues and tournaments.

The bet slip on the live interface is also difficult to understand. They definitely have some work to do in this part of the overall offer.

Ok this is a decent part of the Bet21 offer. They have a recurring weekly promotion where you can get a free bet token added to betting bank for the world cup. The terms are not great (£1 for every £20 spent) but it works outb as a 5% bonus and will be waiting for you to bet on this years World Cup (terms and conditions apply)

Another part of the offer from Bet21 where they are actually very good. The range of payment options is strong with standard debit and credit card transactions being accepted but also bank transfer, e-wallets and even cryto currency (bitcoin)
