If I could give no stars I would. Won £150 4 weeks ago and they making it near impossible for me to get it back asking for lots of ID. Today I had to send a selfie with me holding my driving licence including one full arm. Who even asks that?!I’ve sent everything at least twice and it gets rejected. Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs. Will be taking this further. All you speak to is robots and no customer service number or contact. Emailed loads and no reply.

Absolute SHAMBLES. Stole my money, when I deposited they did not need no documents, when I wanted to withdraw the money as they did not grant me the welcome bonus, they asked for documents that no company would never usually ask for. Not just standard provisional, birth certificate etc but much more. The support chat was absolutely useless. DO NOT USE unless you want to lose money.

These are scammers don’t use then they put in bold letters deposit £10 and receive £30 in free bets but then in small print all the way down the page they say u can only have 1 bonus in there network which has like 100 sites so because I deposited Winston bet ages ago and got a free bet means I can’t get a free bet with 2kbet which is wrong they should put that in bold letters otherwise people wouldn’t use them and the lady agent scarlett was not helpful what so ever so they don’t care about keeping customers.

50/50 experience, depositing isn’t an issue , withdrawals is where problems occur, I verified my account after a win and received my withdrawal about 3 days later l, thought that was the end of it, won a bit more and did another withdrawal and they email again asking for more info and similar documents to what I previously gave them, seems eventually you do get your payout but they do a lot to delay the process, still waiting on my second withdrawal but but I have faith I will receive it.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Imagine not getting the money that you earned. Not right

This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. I was playing roulette and my number came through and I would have won 3500 but instead a message comes bet rejected after saying bet accepted . So I need to stop gambling full stop . I might as well give my hard earned cash to a random guy on a street. Thats what we are doing when gambling on these stupid sites. Just the thrill of chasing money.

Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start 100 you start playing and might get a 4 to 5 win (play with 1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between 1 and 35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you 60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show 1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over 100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more Im loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I dont win anything, theyre saying I didnt win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over 67k a year, so I don’t think betting 90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. I tried to contact them but they no longer respond to emails and you have to use a FAQ section which is useless.As a note, the odds on darts were great which is why I used the site. Couldnt give one star otherwise I would, be greatful even got one. Deposited on paddy power, won some money. When I withdrew my account was suspended. All ID given to them as they requested, account verified yet 3 weeks later my account is still suspended with no communication what so ever. Customer service is a load of rubbish and they cant even help. Would avoid paddy power at all costs as they will just take your money and suspend your account.

Would give 10 stars if possible. Great range of slots and really good customer service. One of the most important things about this casino is you can trust the withdrawal system. Once you’re verified you are verified! Put a bet on Lewis Hamilton to win the Brazilian F1 race, as half the world know he won, but these charlatans settle the bet as a loss. Aside from the fact that the site is dreadful and they ban winners (see previous review), you should be warned that getting your money back from Fansbet can be extremely difficult.Like many other second-rate bookmakers, Fansbet will make you jump through some ID hoops, but get this – a bank statement isnt enough, it has to be physically stamped by your bank! In this day and age of technology, Fansbet want their customers to go into their bank branch and ask them to stamp a statement just to get their own money back from their Fansbet account. Its an utterly ridiculous and unnecessary step that Fansbet will claim is required for their Know Your Customer regulations. In reality, they are just hoping you cant be bothered to do this and youll forget about the money in your account. Theyll then probably declare the account dormant after a while and take the money. No other bookmakers require a stamped bank statement. You dont even need a stamped bank statement to get a mortgage, yet you apparently need it to withdraw funds from Fansbet. Hilarious. If youre intending to win, dont use Fansbet unless youre happy to take a trip to your bank and get a statement stamped

I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.Just to update this review that mansionbet have replied to my original review.As I stated previously I totally accept that I breached the terms and conditions of the free bet as I did not read in full the terms and conditions but this was a genuine mistake and I hold my hands up.It is however the company’s decision to not allow me to have those free bets recredited to my account as it was a genuine mistake or receive any further promotions or bonuses.

So firstly i have a disability,i suffer from severe anxiety/trauma aswell as adhd,bipolar disorder and asthma. I only bet on Sportsbook (horses). I am not at all interested in Casino or Slots (fixed odds where you will always lose over time.) So why are all the bonus emails about wager x on slots/casino to get buttons back.Its a shame that all their bonuses are geared around Casino/Slots because it would be nice to be given a free bet no strings. BetVictor should be looking at the size of bets being placed and issue loyalty bonuses appropriately. You get nothing back from BetVictor. I am not interested in the slightest betting 5 x5. My average unit stake is 100.Other sites regularly send me 50/100 free bets. Even the likes of PP and B365 issue weekly bonuses of 10. Ive decided until I get some recognition I am going to bet elsewhere (which is what I do most of the time).

Betway stole my winnings. I tried to withdraw my account. Received an email stating they couldnt process my funds. Tried to contact customer services and email and live chat shut down. I left a bad review and someone contacted 4 days later from the UK. Said they would look into the matter and would call me back 2 hours later. Its been 2 weeks now. I checked my account and they deleted my withdrawal so there isnt a record of it. Its a 100 percent scam.

Look at how they replied to my previous review simply just referring to that same rule again that bets cannot exceed 50% of the bonus amount this is all these scammers keep doing. Simply making a bet bigger than $100 is no reason to steal my entire account balance. This site did nothing to stop me or warn me when i placed those bets, when they 100% should have if it meant they could just steal my entire account balance. Fansbet is run by crooks and thieves.
