Been playing this site for about 18 months. Played multiple sites for 15 years. For fun. Gambling is gambling but it’s is genuinely extraordinary how hard it is to win on this site. When you do (which is eye wateringly rare) get a bonus the payouts even on a decent stake are as low as you can get. And it repeats. That’s playing regularly at different times day and night (insomniac) to get a high or top opportunity bonus twice lol in 18 months and pay 8.10 and and 17.00 is weird. Context had this bonus multiple times elsewhere and never payed out less than 600 mostly over 800. I kept telling myself stop playing this site but also thought this must just be terrible luck that you pretty much never win and it’s just a long stretch. 18 months later and it’s got even worse and the vast majority of wins are 20p-2.80 even on a reasonable stake is insane. It’s constant. To the point you know your going to loose before you have topped up. It’s enough for me, this site is dire. As I play for fun but who doesn’t like a win now and again it’s sucked the life out of playing. 32 Red make it impossible to have any joy playing. It’s actually got depressing, not even the constant loosing but the feeling you get after play after play after play that something’s off, hard to explain but I’ve never had that on any other site even when loosing. Feeling on 32 red is different. When your gut keeps saying it’s not normal to virtually never cash out it’s time to go elsewhere. Worse when you consider cashing out after a few spins and you win pennies but are at around what you topped up there is literally no point playing on the site. Now I find out you have to actually contact them to close account. You can’t just leave. The only thing good I can say about 32 Red is it’s so bad it will make anyone want to give up playing. If you want to enjoy a few games with the excitement of an occasional win, 32 Red is not the site to be on. It’s by far the worst site I’ve ever played on. Sure they pay out within 24-36 hours (mostly) but when you never win it’s hardly a bonus. Genuine advice, avoid 32 red. Other sites are far, far, better. It’s truly terrible.

It really feels virtually impossible to get a bonus round on this site. Played regularly for well over a year and even on games where you only win anything past a couple of quid on the bonus it’s so rare it’s just bonkers. And when you do it’s ridiculously low payouts. Even on a high bonus round. In 18 months I’ve had two high bonus rounds and won crazy small amounts. Very different to other sites I’ve played over 15 years. Feels way too prolonged to be normal. Obvs can’t say it’s a fix as apparently not allowed to have controls on slots but at this stage I can’t really keep telling myself this is a very bad streak I’ve never ever experienced before. 18 months lol. Genuinely never ever experienced the levels of dead spins and terrible bonus rounds. Not just that bonus rounds are virtually non existent but weirder that you win such low amounts if you do win. Even when it’s a high level bonus round. When you do get them a few times in a session to win zero on most of them is like playing in alternate reality compared to other sites. And that’s over 18 ish months of playing so it’s not isolated or feels like bad luck run. It’s literally constant. Eg a game I’ve played on multiple other sites be never won less than 600+ multiple times on that bonus feature. On 32 red 28.30 and 64. I’ve had it two other times and won nothing. I had a higher bonus level I usually win at least 1000 once on 32 red and it payed out 88. 4 out of five bonus rounds lower level bonus rounds one after the other was literally nothing. This is a game where 99% of the time you only win on bonus rounds the reels pay very low amounts 20p – 6on £1 stake bonus features are the game really. It’s mental. Couple weeks ago which is rare I got 8 bonus rounds in a session and total win was 19.60 and six of them were dead. Had enough now. Sucks the joy out of playing. Worst site I’ve played in 15 years by miles. Up to you if you play this site but I’m 99% you will get to a point where the only conclusion is what’s going on something feels very very off. Agree with other reviews. Bonus virtually non existent and this is playing for well over a year at completely different times. So it’s not a streak of bad luck. With a shadow of doubt the worst online casino, absolutely no returns whatsoever and just take take take. Agree with others here I love playing slingo games and am quite familiar with unlocking bonus games and some return to player on deposits, but there is something very concerning about this site.Dead game after dead game, buying extra spins gets you nowhere and when you do hit a bonus it pays out a few quid. If you wish to make a complaint about this company please contact resolver , the gambling commission the FCA or failing those eCOGRA. Took deposit out my account instantly and it never showed in my online account, so got it touch and was advised to wait 3 day’s to see if it appears back in my bank account! Although I have won on a few different games today I played a game where I have invested a lot of money into the game to get the Bonuses. I reached the bonus on 2 occasions and on each occasion of the 3 spins I won £0. We play these games to get the bonus so when you do not pay out anything, twice, on the same game then you are scamming the players into placing .ore bets. DO NOT USE THEM* they have stolen money out of my account. They allowed me to open account and then let me deposit over 8 deposits. My last deposit when I got a bonus they blocked my account with money on my balance and said it was due to GameStop that has not been active for over 9 years! They argue with you on support and they have refunded only half of the money that was left in my Balance bearing in mind it was my money! I did not win anything because they blocked me before I could. They also have paid 7.1 million in fines due to failures to protect customers and fraudulent activities. Please report any issues with this company I currently have ongoing reports with them and won’t stop until they stop scamming people

Very poor site. As soon as you get a bonus amount you cannot bet on sports and if you withdraw any money you loose all your bonus. So a waste of time having the bonus in the first place.
