Played swarm (a game where bees landed eventually open up level 2 beehive and so on till you reach level 5 and then each bee will activate the max swarm) and I’ve literally been playing it maxed out for 4 hours and it still hasn’t “swarmed”. It took a total of 4 hours to get it max amd another 4 hours and I’ve just given up. Literally thousands of spins I’d absolutely mental. I play swarm on other sites and I can tell you this isn’t right, it’s a blatant scam. So when i joined this casino it said was a top rated casino with 4 stars then I come to trust pilot and its 1 and half stars and I can see what everyone saying about winning or getting bonuses it’s literally impossible and payouts are awful well I won’t be come here to play again that’s for sure!! I get it house always wins but I’m down £1320 the past 3 months I play for the thrill 50p a go know my limits lol but this casino in my honest opinion is pretty scummy definitely something going on Will never hit the bonus and if it does you will get site error ok you can go back to the game and start your bonus again but it always gives you a terrible amount this happened twice in a row one after the other it isn’t a coincide…. Emails from the company not being received due to “technical issues” which was very annoying to say the least, and having to go through the same help processes several times before the agent gave me the “technical issues” response, and now I have to wait and see what or if anything changes in me receiving emails from the company

Unsure why this casino gets bad reviews. I joined a few weeks ago decided to give it a go over the last week, deposited three or four times and managed a win every time overall around £375 up, had my money within 24 hours or a little over but overall been a positive experience for me. Deposited £110 last night had a bonus on big bass splash which paid £170 after around £30 worth of spins of £1 ended up cashing out, £250. Maybe beginners luck but would change to five stars if withdrawals were instant. Will take a break now as I am due a few losses but definitely use again in future.

Honestly they are more scummy than the average online casino, they purposely delay payout times in the hopes that their customers reverse their withdrawal and lose their money, they cancel blackjack hands when it suits them to avoid paying out. I had a blackjack, the dealer dropped a card, normally in this situation they have someone asses the table to assure players of no foul play, but when players have a blackjack before decisions have been made on the hands, they choose to cancel the hand instead to avoid paying out.Noone should use 32red, take your money elsewhere, total scum.

I really want to legally complaint againt this 32 red.It is a scam. No matter how much you depositing you never get any return put in £600 five times in month but never get any return.I don’t know who is the complaint authority against these type of fake companies. Don’t trust this site told me to deposit £10 and get 32 free spins so I did via instant banking! I made 2 £22 deposits both of which failed. I received one refund of £22 however the other one still hasn’t been received. I made this on the 23rd September. The team have emailed saying its been refunded on Friday however no funds have been received. I’ve contacted the bank and also 32red many times and I’m absolutely no further forward.I wouldn’t waste your money on this website. Like all sites, just don’t do it. Slots don’t like paying out with high wagers. We all know usually when spinning with £1, you normally on a bonus scatter, most times out of ten, get around 40 quid. Doesn’t seem to work with 5 and 10 pound spins.one example-Stupidly running out of money so went for a couple of 10 pound spins and got the scatter with my last spin. My favourite casino by far at the minute don’t agree with all the negative reviews. Had some great wins. Obviously I’ve lost on occasions but that’s gambling.
