Reactivated my account after a couple of years. Played the same games as I used to and the experience was night and day. Same repetitive outcomes on every session, zero return to customer. Compared my return to what is advertised and it’s laughable. You accept losses as part of the game but the experience within the space of 2 weeks is enough to stop me returning. Really poor.

Start paying out instead of taking money off people put £200 in on one game never got bonuses never really payed anything out would win more at skegness your not doing what you advertise on TV avoid this and it took 8 hours to pay £30 out that’s how much I got back out of £200 put in to play the game

It is a shame I can’t give zero stars . I played a lot of money ,no winnings at all .And the worse part was when I saw that no matter I have a deposit limit it was exceeded by 450 £ and the deposits were still going .I emailed a customer support and the only response I get was that they will have a look and they just blocked my account .I still don’t have any response from them ,no matter I was sending another emails .I would recommend to avoid this site as they are complete scammers !!! AVOIDDDDDD!!!!!Avoid this site at all costs. Withdrawals are supposed to be processed within 24 hours its a lie.You don’t even receive your withdrawal, was told id receive my withdrawal by 5pm yesterday which i never did. I contacted them they stated id get it by the end of yesterday still nothing! NowIm being told id receive it today by 5pm. What casino makes one payment per day at 5pm?? Its a big scam and they keep your withdrawals making excuses after excuses. BE WARNED!!!

Having read all the negative reviews I was nervous when it came to getting to withdraw some winnings, first few times of depositing resulted in losses then had two good wins in a week requested first one during the night and was paid by 3pm the following day. Won another nice sum Sunday evening account got locked due to needing documents, all emailed over and account verified within 5 hours. Funds in account by 4pm. I’ve found customer service of chat , Rita, Alex, Joseph helpful and friendly . No issues from me and this is a genuine review with no given incentive to post it. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off

I use a few different sites for bingo and slots but 32Red is shocking! It stated a 150% bonus on first deposit, added £100 and I got no bonus whatsoever. Every game just drains your money and gives very little back. There’s way better sites out there. Avoid!

It’s a shame I have to start this review with one star you should be able to give no stars and review. I have just closed my account after three years with immediate effect scam artists. In fair odds. Then they ask me to do a survey restrict my account because I give my honest opinion !!!! stay away from this application. Just reinstated site.Totally agree with all negative points. Selection of games is crap or I couldn’t get to main selection.game I did get on would not let me exit the stake select page, had to keep logging back in. Some games wouldn’t even open. £300 didn’t last 2 hours. Got no enjoyment on this site win or lose. I had a self imposed £10 a week limit, I managed to win on live games putting my account well into profit for year, after another £60 win they put a deposit block on my account and said it was as a result of my gambling transactions with other providers, due to an affordability study, yea like £10 a week is too much, terrible site who clearly don’t like it if you win, advoid at all costs.

They make it virtually impossible to close your account so you keep dumping money into it. Absolute vultures with no intentions of letting you win. If by some miracle you do win a bit of money the next game you play just eats everything and they say its random. Signed up and made an account no issues. Wasn’t until I deposited £10 that they decided to lock my account, and when I’ve asked for a refunded they have said no transaction has been made even though it’s literally on my PayPal transactions list. Advisors have no clue what they’re doing either pretty much calling me a liar until I sent proof of purchase . Avoid like the plague people!

Very disappointed with my most recent experience.I’ve been a member of 32red for years with no issues. Deposited small amounts, played a couple of games then got on with my day. I came into some money and decided on a flurry and over the past 24 hours 32red have happily been taking my much larger than usual deposits and letting me whittle it away.The issue comes by where I suddenly begin winning. Suddenly my account is locked for ‘security reasons’ and my outstanding balance had been returned to me. The challenge with this is that 1) I’m currently still net negative and 2) they clearly don’t want me to keep playing and win it back, if not more. So at this point, 32red are ££££ in.My argument is, that if there are genuine concerns over security on my account, then why is this only being flagged the minute I’m winning? And surely, if you’re closing my account because of said security concerns, then all the activity of the past 24 hours should be considered a concern and all the deposits returned to me? All I see is 32red profiteering by twisting agendas to meet their own will. I get this is what online casinos do but this is particularly brazen, especially for a long standing customer.No surprise either that they simply ignore the question about their security policy that seems haphazardly applied.

Lodged 20 euro into the account, got a bonus of 30 euro. This site is the worst site I have ever played I played the roulette and the maximum win it would give was just short of 60 pounds but thats when you put hundreds of pounds. Recently joined 32 red, banked on beginners luck, nothing to what have put in. Then nothing. Had bonus spin in and spin straight out twice on me which was very disappointing. Games are a little glitchy. Seems since banked at beginning that was it. Spins can be very empty or low, bonus if you get it doesn’t pay out again low wins. Think going back to other site odds are better. May pop back but at the moment not keen to as lot of empty spins. On occasions you do get some play for your money others not.
