What a total junk!!! Daily offer "tipping point" is a total disgrace, all ever get is 1 spin, load eligable game, use spin. I just tried Gold Blitz again.....500 spins not 1 bonus round, you need 3 bonus symbols to get bonus round, you get 2 all the time, with dramatic music as the reels spin for the 3rd, but it NEVER EVER lands, and in fact the false tension is pretty boring as its just a con, anyway won't use again as doesn't allow for a fun and fair player experience

Why is nobody doing anything about 32Red they have took our eye balls and came back for our sockets. the amount of people who as wrote a review and complaint. nothing is getting done about it. Who agrees 32Reds licence should be prosecuted and taking away from them. i don’t mind loosing but you no when your getting your sockets took is a different annoying feeling. Absolute rogues. I deposited 90.00 using a pp pre pay cash card + didn't find I was doing well at most I ended up with ten pounds more so I decided to withdraw the 100.00 I used my bank debit card to make my withdrawal not the cash card it was a simple error. However I got in touch when the payment didn't clear only to be told they needed bank details for the card I used...it's a pre paid cash card I contacted the card issuer who told me there should be no problem switching the money back onto my cash card. Red wouldn't do this they said they would put the 100back into my gaming balance after 40 days. Logged in to check my balance there's nothing there they have literally stolen my money cleared the balance that is illegal and I will be taking this further. I have copies of all correspondence and chat logs and have screen shot the balance. 4 years a customer even though I've deposited over 2 grand more than I've won I stayed with this casino not anymore. It's not just the gambling commission I will be sending this to I can assure you. Such deceitfulness what a disgrace.

Actually the worst gambling site I’ve ever used. I’ve probably deposited about £30,000 in total on here. The other night I gambled £3k on slots and did not get a line win over £60 despite betting £3-4 max. There are no wins, they are complete scammers, never have I ever had a win substantial enough to make a withdrawal. They are predatory gambling site out to take everything you have. I have now closed my account and I would never return, I get gambling is a risk, I do expect to lose more often but the occasional win to make it fun… honestly this site is a complete money taking joke. I deposited £700 and qualified for a bonus £150 I played a mixture of one pound and two pound spins and didn't receive one bonus from the game, it kept bugging out and freezing on spins which I think has reset the games, there's way better sites out there to try STAY CLEAR of red32.

Well I see why their ratings are low I deposited into my 32red account and no money shows up yet it has left my bank They then proceed to tell me its and issue with my bank and they can not do anything about it so I have to wait 12 hours for the money to be refunded If it was an issue with my bank then why has my bank allowed the money to leave my account and then proceed to tell me it is clearly an issue with 32red as the money has left my bank account (they sent it to 32red) and if its not showing in the 32red account then they are not liable for that, my bank stated I had to contact them in order to cancel it as they cannot do a call back as the funds have left my account And if it was an issue with my bank why are 32red telling me it will be refunded in 12 hours ? seriously are you listening to what you are telling me, i rate the site a 0 last time il be using them now
Well I see why their ratings are low I deposited into my 32red account and no money shows up yet it has left my bank They then proceed to tell me its and issue with my bank and they can not do anything about it so I have to wait 12 hours for the money to be refunded If it was an issue with my bank then why has my bank allowed the money to leave my account and then proceed to tell me it is clearly an issue with 32red as the money has left my bank account (they sent it to 32red) and if its not showing in the 32red account then they are not liable for that, my bank stated I had to contact them in order to cancel it as they cannot do a call back as the funds have left my account And if it was an issue with my bank why are 32red telling me it will be refunded in 12 hours ? seriously are you listening to what you are telling me, i rate the site a 0 last time il be using them now

disgusting site. spent hundreds using this site not had one single free bet or free spin. customer service is a joke so rude. played ted megaways over 400 spins only at ten pence a spin almost impossible to win. finally got two features after losing a lot and it gave me 0.19 pence and 0.23 pence no lie its beyond a joke. ive noticed its impossible to get any sort of win lately and looking at the reviews many people have the same issue. funny how they have just been fined aswell now u cant seem to win a fiver need to be closed down joke

DISABILITY DISCRIMINATINGI have never had a problem with this casino until today when I had a promo saying 100% bonus for 24 hours I deposited 75 and only had 35 bonus on top I went to the live chat the convo was fine it was a huge miscommunication error with the promo on there end they still shouldve given me the missing bonus! As it was meant to be 100% when I mentioned I was autistic they manipulated the whole convo to making it seem I had s gambling problem and that I was sad about losing which I wasn't I was sad about the lie of having 100% bonus!!They were unhelpful and stereotyping and then blocked my account!
