Signed up as a new customer and deposit 10 and supposed to get welcome bonus and nothing came I went on live chat and rang basically its 1 bonus per bt address lol so if someone lived at my address before myself and opened an account then I’m not entitled haha have you ever heard such nonsense? I’m a different person so previous person regardless of address should not impact upon my account as its separate. An absolute joke of a company not a great experience for a new customer. Terrible to be honest. Worst thing is this is 2 apartments sharing a bt address lol madness

Same thing as always with whoever owns 32red.I accept that I pay just to play my favourite games, but the way the reels go slow, jump to miss a win, or super fast is ugly, pure wrongness.Oh and now can’t even play the demo games without getting booted off, they don’t even like you having a win with pretend money.This was such a great site once, I heard and saw genuine wins, people wearing the 32red tops they sent with a win.Full of good spirit and warm wishes for winning.Not anymore and never again with these people.It’s shameful to ruin the flow of these games, making it more and more boring.What goes around comes around so I don’t need to say anymore, this is the last time you hear from me.Goodriddens to you and your cheating because that’s what it is.

absolutely deplorable site!!! i have logged in once since they removed the bingo rooms and only spent 20, i logged back in this evening and apparently they have deemed me to poor to deposit a single penny!!! are they serious. affordability check??? where about ?? i have had no correspondence whatsoever. they’ve basically froze my account after not playing for over 6 months, hardly last of the big spenders! even with the cost of living crisis i dont think spending 20 in the last year is going to leave me broke. no matter though its no great loss. live chat was just condescending and i told her to go **** herself. not usually my style tbh but being told i am too poor to play on their site is utterly disgusting. scandalous

What can I say or rather where do I start, this site has been absolutely fantastic to me since becoming a new customer they gave me a whopping bonus on top of my first deposit and also landed me some big wins so far so good! The withdrawals process is actually pretty fast too all things considered I mean sure you have to wait a few hours naturally for the checks to go through successfully but the money was in my account within a matter of a few hours.Great selection of games most of the games I’ve played have a pretty decent RTP and RNG rate to he perfectly honest but if course suffice to say there will be games that also lack the ability to drop good amounts of money and bonuses so stick to the ones that give you better payouts I’d have to say from my personal experience. 10/10 site overall couldn’t recommend them enough thank you so so very much 32 RED!

Absolute disgraceful companyHorse betting unable to bet on horse 10 at 7.30m race today, picked horse 10 due to horse 10 won previous race. Tried to bet 23 minutes before race started but unable to bet on horse 10 but could bet on any other horse. Upon setting up an account wiry 32red I didn’t see the withdrawal times, that being said when I made a withdrawal today around lunchtime it had hit my PayPal by 3:30pm so I was impressed. I have since made another bigger withdrawal around 7pm which hasn’t landed yet but I will update how low long it takes as it says instant on that option. In terms of game choice, play and returns I love it. It has all the up to date games, my favourites being the amazing link or Rich wilde the have good RTPS and returns in my experience. I haven’t had to reach out to customer services as of yet so I can’t comment on that side of things but if your not impatient and understand how a casino works in terms of.. your paying to take a risk, if you don’t like that then maybe you shouldn’t be playing.

Its a scam. I am playing blackjack there are 30+ people playing, we all have the same cards. Therefore the stack is worked out for the best way eg it knows roughly how many will hit or stand and then deals the cards for it since it only has to deal one hand for the person and one hand for the dealer. My account was fully verified for years they’ve paid my withdrawls every time except now I’ve been fighting them for a 40 withdrawal they said they needed proof of bank statements sent them they then said that they had to be in pdf with full name and account details done that then they said I’d been paid out which I hadn’t so I asked them if they had paid out how come my 40 is still on my 32red account so they said that the team that deal with withdrawals was unavailable so they would email me with in the next hour 3 days later I had an email off them saying that my statements did not show my account details so they’ve now asked for 90 days of bank statements I went in my bank and my bank said they’re asking for to much of my banking details so they said to seek legal advice before sending anymore information of my bank details which they already have so I’ve got appointment with citizens advice next week and I’ll see what happens then I’ve spent over 1000 pounds on this site and now I’ve got to fight them for 40 on my fully verified account I’m totally disappointed with the way theve treated me I’ve done everything they have asked for but for some reason they always want more bank details I won that 40 fair so don’t understand why I can’t get my little win paid will update on here after citizens advice appointment
