This company is absolutely disgusting. Thieving, disrespectful and completely out of order. When I signed up I verified my identity with my passport. This was just a few weeks ago, bout 3 months I think. They blocked my account and asked me for verification again, this time they wanted bank statements and passport. My passport expired in July and I currently cannot afford to get a new one. They will NO help me, and I have money on my 32Red account. They blocked it and they are refusing to help me. I will be contacting the gambling regulatory board, and Tweeting about this to make people aware, because what companies like this are doing is wrong. They also do not have adequate support for people with disabilities. I am partially sighted and cannot read very small print. The person I just spoke to kept saying “it’s in the terms and conditions which you agreed to.” Firstly, OK, yes I agreed, but I could not read the T&C because hey do not offer any different sized text. I did NOT expect to be exploited and asked for highly invasive and sensitive information, and I would have hoped they could have other measures available to help people verify their account. Quite honestly, it’s companies like this that are wrong with society. They exploit vulnerable people, cheat their way trough life and thieve from people who may have very little. I just wanted to be my money and close the account but it looks like I will have to just give up. I will me making Keith Lemon aware that he endorses such a disgusting, dodgy company.

Have not received one response via email from the customer service as they said the trader would investigate bets settled incorrectly bet slips go missing obviously no screenshot off bets as that’s why we are not here expecting a honest company. I spent hundreds and hundreds gambling on this site ! When I finally won a life changing amount of money they refused to pay out because I used another bank account to deposit. Allows you to create an account even when you’ve closed a previous for issues. Also self excluded from a sister site. I had to stop myself playing and tell them. They had no player protection. The self exclusion obviously means nothing and now I’m down on money. There are things that should be in place but obvious it has failed me. i signed up for this site and opted in for the welcome bonus which i didnt recieve after giving it the benifit of the doubt i opted in to another bonus today deposited and recieved nothing, i contacted live chat who has told me firstly i was told i hadnt opted in (which i can assure you i have), then i was told it was i didnt deposit via bank card and then it changed again and they said it had expired how if i recieve a bonus this morning has it already exspired. i have recieved none of the rewards offerd and im told quite frankly its tough theres nothing anyone can do from the live chat im extremly unhappy and dissapointed

COMPLETE SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!! Having won a 5.71 bonus on 5 free spins awarded as part of their birthday celebrations, the T&Cs said that I had to wager the bonus balance 30 times to unlock this. I was unable to place any more sports bets until I had done this and my bonus balance was less than 1. I wagered about 20, losing net 5.25 so stopped as that was the bonus lost which was fine…. turns out you have to wager your own money (over 170 in this instance) to activate a 5.71 bonus and not use the “bonus” money, while being unable to place any sports bets!!!This is completely different from every other online bookmaker and is, in my view, a deliberate attempt to scam customers. Their online support were completely useless. Carl was the name of the person who refused to help. He would not credit my account with the 5.25 I was conned out of, and when he said this wasn’t possible and I suggested providing me with a free bet as compensation he said he couldn’t do that either.Steer clear and do not open an account with them.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part Ive had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says its paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and its been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is….
