try to reopen my account, spoke to someone on an email (6 jan) who told me to call Monday from 9am to 6pm and ask for a supervisor, I call today 11am they told me to call after 4pm lol no supervisors, they are 100s of casinos online I just open a new account on new casino

Absolutely disgusting robbing site. Got bonus spins and won so used this to play slots. Played for hours and hours and ended up winning 500. I continued to watch ‘my account’ to see winnings move from 100% bonus to 100% cash which obviously meant I had met the wagering requirements. I withdrew the 500 and went to sleep thinking I could now treat my grandkids for Xmas. Woke up this morning to see an email saying as wad bonus they have only paid 100. The 400 was put back on my balance and still showed as cash. I played a few more games and then withdrew 350 but they are not paying this to me. Spoke to customer services and even the guy on the phone could see why I was fuming. Surely the systems works in line with the ‘bonus terms’ so the winnings should have always remained as bonus cash as opposed to real withdrawable cash. Absolutely awful site. The slots are ancient and the pay outs are shocking you can spin 200 times and get 4.00 win when youre spinning 6 spins. I have never seen anything like them. I have also tried to self exclude several times but the website is a loop which always leads you to taking a break page rather than exclude; anything to keep you coming back. Had cash in my account for months yesterday I won a 5 bonus on the wheel so used it this morning and won 40 left me with over 50 in my account. Popped back a few hours later to find the whole lot removed contacted chat and was informed the bonus had expired so all winnings removed. Including all I had previous in my account as well what a bunch of cowboys be better giving cash to charity not filling the already rich with more cash account is now closed. I can honestly tell anyone reading this that this site is rigged beyond belief. Yes I had a good win back in Jan 2022 not long after signing up but since then I’ve had absolutely nothing. Really really poor site. Comfortably set up an account and deposited. Soon after my account was locked. I was asked to provide proof of ID, which I provided. Still locked 48 hours later and unable to withdraw the funds I deposited. Would avoid at all costs!

Blatant BS reviews on here. Withdrawals take an extraordinary amount of time to be paid and the slots are totally ramped against the player. A waste of your time bonus offer. After depositing 20 euro I needed to turn it over 30 it was explained times to get any of the bonus. Of course their games had eating everything before I got the chance. I had to stake over 1500 euro to withdraw any and had to contact their customer service team to even get to see what I neeeded to stake to see any of that bonus in real money. No transparency Shocking customer service trying to get my documents verified. They will take your money no problem but suspend your account until they get what they need for a withdrawal. Avoid.
