Literally the worst online casino there is. I played on many different slot games over the course of several months. Spent hundreds, I only play 0.10p a spin, so you can imagine the amount of spins I have done over this time period. Now, I could probably count on one hand the amount of times I was able to activate a “free spin” feature or game in many different slot games. Here is an example, Dragon’s Fire will do this fake out where the Dragon will appear to get up and rain fire down on the reels, this happens too often. The times he does go up to do that, whenever it is the “Free Spins” one he does, the 3rd, NEVER comes in. So what is the point in this animation? Constantly teasing free spins, for it to then not activate? Have these games been scripted even more so in the house’s favour ever since Covid? Possibly. But this is more than just sheer bad luck, this is a clear sign of heavy script and robbing people of their money, time and fun.And the fact that their help team/chat literally go missing for minutes on end, probably because they don’t know how to communicate without a script is also unsettling, I’d like help, I’d like to discuss things, but it is as if I’m talking to a machine, but a machine responds faster than every 5-10 minutes. Been playing with them for years. Payout is rubbish so I don’t spend much on it. Yesterday I received 5 bonus which I turned into 1000+. The site allowed me to withdraw 800 but after reading the massive amount of negative reviews, I decided to call their customer service. They said that I will only receive 100 from it and 700 will be forfeit! I’m FUMING. Fair enough they have a limit but to allow you to withdraw all and it all stated that it’s cash and available to withdraw is disgusting. I will never play on 32red and don’t recommend anyone to do. Please don’t waste your money on these scammers. I dont even know if they will pay me the 100 or not at all! I will update if they bother to pay anything at all. Where to start! Played King Kong, when King Kong stands up he gives you a feature! Kong stood up never gave me a feature! Kong remained stood up for over 238 spins! With out doing anything (no feature) I contacted 32 red with video evidence & requested refund of all money I had spent on that game due to the game been faulty as there was 2 kongs! 1 was stood up the other was sat down! To be told there was a glitch but I would not receive any refund! I have since followed there complaint procedure as I do not agree with there findings/decision! I am awaiting a response! If the response is not a refund! My next step Will be to contact the ombudsman to see about taking legal action! Terrible site (playwise as well), terrible CS, terrible communication. you join, deposit, play, withdraw then they ask for doc, you upload them and nothing happens days later you call, and they say we don’t see that you withdrew anything. then come back to me after an hour and say oh you need to upload docs which i did already. then upload them again and wait again for a day or two nothing happens to go on a chat then they ask they sam upload docs. then take NEW pics and upload the requested docs ….. let see what happened next will update this later.

This company is absolutely disgusting. Thieving, disrespectful and completely out of order. When I signed up I verified my identity with my passport. This was just a few weeks ago, bout 3 months I think. They blocked my account and asked me for verification again, this time they wanted bank statements and passport. My passport expired in July and I currently cannot afford to get a new one. They will NO help me, and I have money on my 32Red account. They blocked it and they are refusing to help me. I will be contacting the gambling regulatory board, and Tweeting about this to make people aware, because what companies like this are doing is wrong. They also do not have adequate support for people with disabilities. I am partially sighted and cannot read very small print. The person I just spoke to kept saying “it’s in the terms and conditions which you agreed to.” Firstly, OK, yes I agreed, but I could not read the T&C because hey do not offer any different sized text. I did NOT expect to be exploited and asked for highly invasive and sensitive information, and I would have hoped they could have other measures available to help people verify their account. Quite honestly, it’s companies like this that are wrong with society. They exploit vulnerable people, cheat their way trough life and thieve from people who may have very little. I just wanted to be my money and close the account but it looks like I will have to just give up. I will me making Keith Lemon aware that he endorses such a disgusting, dodgy company.
