This used to be my favourite site, very fair RTP. Recently its went back to the way it was, slots no bonus spins, glitchy too. I actually won on the Keith lemon promotion for first time ever. Got 4 free spins, then won about 16. I played for ages, at least 500 went through it and still stayed in bonus money untill of course I stopped winning. Will be avoiding now. Wouldnt recommend. Also said instant withdrawal for E wallets, doesnt say not at the weekends. Should be made clear.

I had a winning streak (1,400) about 3mths ago, then lost 2,700 which left me 1,300 down, spent another 800.00 pounds and won nothing and then red 32 requested a financial strip down. They wanted 3months bank statements , paypal details, any evidence of winnings from other sites . This is a mugs game, few of us are lucky, but when we are they want to put restrictions on you. I could have given them the info that they requested but it would have taken me at least 2mths to furbish them with the info that they required. Apparently although I was accepted for over 18mths by them they can at anytime interupt your activities

I deposit 60 . I had received 120 bonus(200%) with wagering condition.

I turned my intitial 60 deposit (+ bonus) into 600 cash in 4 days. Money was in my account the next day after withdraw.

They give good bonuses on daily basis. Their 24/7 live customer service is very helpfull.

The only minus I saw here was the 7 days max period to wager your bonus, which is very short.

Omg where do I begin , so opened an account and won a nice sum of money 13k , won it on the Friday by the Monday the winnings was in my account , made another deposit and then won 35k that evening…….that was 11 days ago and still no money , since then I have rang several times asking when I am likely to receive the money , basically getting different answers all the time ranging from …..it should be there today or definitely tomorrow, then all of a sudden they ask for identification , p60, bank statements, a picture of the front of the card I have used , sent all these off then I get another email saying the back of my drivers license as well hahahaha I mean I don’t think they are going to take me on as a Hgv driver , Iv now been informed it could take up to a week for the documents to be verified , Iv played with a debit card and they have already processed a withdrawal of 13k , it feels like they are dragging their feet and are reluctant to pay out as it’s a big win , I’m fairness to the staff I have spoke to they have been polite and helpful particularly a woman named Shannon , other reviews I have read state the same sort of things , bet365 pay out the same day , winning 35k u would think I would be over the moon which at the time I was but this whole process has left a sour taste in my mouth and has taken the shine off the experience

They gave me 'bonus funds' with wagering. After the bonus funds were lost, I noticed that I had used my own balance, not the bonus!

Wagering is split 80/20 own balance/bonus

App is glitchy as hell and often crashes, most of the time the links don't work when trying to quit a game, bonuses are generous but half the time the opt in doesn't work and I found myself having to pay in twice just to get the bonus. Initially all was well, sure I always end up losing but generally felt I had fun playing with plenty of features that never seemed to pay more than 150x the stake ( on average I'd say it was about 60x) but that was fine quit after recently not getting any features in over 1000 spins, highest win was 39.50 which I found insulting, contacted support to close the account as you can't do it yourself and they said it's quite normal to have sustained losses for long periods of time. I've no issue loosing money, I play for fun but no features for that many spins just isn't fun at all.

Load of rubbish! If you take the percentage bonus they automatically have that percentage over your current balance and winnings 150%. You can’t win…scam!!

Best Casino site for me. Obviously lots of reviews good or bad tend to depend on whether you have lost or won on the site. Anyway this is the one for me. Also if you get lucky and withdraw winnings on the same day as a deposit, the money can show up back in my account before the withdrawal shows. Not every other site pays out this quickly. No names mentioned. Nice looking site and also decent for Sports betting. Great selection of slots although I expect to lose on them. RTP is shown and a nice touch is that you can play demo versions of the game before playing with your own cash.

This site is a total ‘money eater’. Avoid at all costs!!!!!! I’ve spent 600 and not won a significant amount back at all. I’ve got into the ‘jackpot mode’ probably 20 times. Always win the minimum (15). When your playing a 1 a spin. Depositing 100 each time. Surely you deserve a win here and there when you’ve spent 600. I got absolutely nothing!! Thought I'd give it a go considering it was a good welcome bonus. Only stuck a tenner in because the WR on the bonus is damn near impossible to achieve but was bored so wanted some game play…..well it was gone in less than 5 minutes. On games that I know from other sites usually have a better rtp. Never actually reviewed anything else before but I'm honestly bewildered by this. The worst gambling site I have ever encountered. Honestly steer clear.

Blocked my account for complaining after really poor game play asked for verication details in which I complied then asked for more in which again I complied then asked for more and more and more lol each email taking 3 weeks to answer and check 3 months later sent me a email saying final decision account closed what a utter joke and unprofessional buisness no explanation at all they just took all my money and now not interested for no reason what so ever 😡😡😡

Where do I start, firstly I was allowed to deposit over 5000 on the day of opening the account without any social responsibility from them, or checking up on me, as I was chasing my money, I was betting over 700 a time which you would think is big red flags yet nothing, I then gambled more then I could afford and when I talked to them they blocked my account after, secondly I was playing auto roulette and the ball landed in number 16 which I had slot of money on, only for the machine to say it was 36 that I had nothing on, I know it was definitely 16 as it’s the other side of the real, when I asked live support to check they stated the result was true, I asked them to watch it back but they just left the chat, I had the transaction number and they just kept fobbing me off, I am now going through an official complaint process with the relevant authorities, don’t touch this site guys they are crooks and don’t want to investigate anything properly!!!! Lesson learned for me and no more gambling at all
