So i signed up as new customer, they gave me 10 bonus try before you buy type thing, i played it out to 1 remaining then I Deposited 10 i checked my balance it read 10 real money 1 bonus so i went back to the game after several spins later i clocked up 75.60
So i thought i would withdraw 50 however my account read 8 real money 67.60 Bonus funds what a bloody RIP OFF. Ive sent them an email with screenshots and ive heard nothing. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS !

Blackjack is fixed. Just like every other casino they obey the gambling commission by having fixed odds within the RNG. The problem is that real life doesn't have fixed odds. I'm absolutely certain that 32red augments the visuals of "live play" but as long as they meet the gambling commission odds criteria they are "legitimate". They have completely removed the player's edge that live play actually has. Don't bother. Go to a real casino and give your money to real people instead of robots.

Truly the worst site I have ever had to endure playing on! What an absolute shambles, fix and set up. I’m registered with most gambling sites for several years, and honestly I have never seen something as fixed in my life. Zero player responsibility I deposited 10,000s on this site and never once was asked for proof of income in all the years there, In fact alarm bells should have been signalled by me taking so many time outs, 6 months exclusions and multiple account closures and regularly increasing and decreasing deposit limits should this have raised a red flag with 32Red? yes it should have but they just let me deposit and I slowly drowned in deposit after deposit chasing my loses put simple 32Red has zero player responsibility? yes I do except my gambling issues at the time went out of control but feel if 32red hit the moral button early on when the red flags were there to see and asked for proof of income then I might have never lost so much money.
Things might change now they have Keith Lemmon on board Keith seems responsible and sensible although surprised they have not headhunted Matt Hancock to run their responsible gambling department.
Now online using a responsible online casino who early on after joining worked with me to set a deposit limit based on my wage affordability.

Honestly, where do I start… I have been waiting for my account to be verified since the 29th April. They allowed me to create an account and deposit before blocking me mid-play so I was unable to withdraw the funds I'd deposited, how convenient eh? I've honestly sent over 10 emails, been on live chat about 10 times only to be told "I'm sorry but it's still with the verification team – they will be in touch"
