Playing live casino roulette was about 300 down next spin my best number came in number 17 YES money back and some more. Then it come up bet not accepted. I had pressed repeat spin so I knew it was on.Then on my balance they had took the money out for the spin.went on chat complaining and got no answer back. so I kept complaining 10 minutes later my stake for the spin appeared back on my balance. 32 used to be my favourite online casino ive found in the last year theyve fallen short their customer support live chat that so many other casinos have is barely non existent they tout they have live help 24-7 on their website yet all they have is a list of faq's but to actually chat live with someone is like jumping through the right loopholes or hitting a jackpot (pardon the pun) It was also a disapointment that they removed their downloadable version

Yes, they are there to make money and they are a business so you won’t always win…it isn’t a bank!

Having used Virgin Games for over a year and getting suspicious of constantly losing I tried Red32 and what a difference.

Slots here are awful RTP is the worst of the worst I can deposit a 100 here and use it up in minutes its just dead spin after dead spin yet same deposit amount at betvictor or any of the other real leading casinos and it can last for hours.

This casino is a fraud….I played 100 and received next to no win on my spins ( 30-40p) at 2 stake…and most spins I got nothing. The reviews on here are fake! Complete SCAM! I have reported them to the FCA and Financial Ombudsman.

I don't know how this company is allowed to do business in the UK other than no-one has investigated them. It is a complete scam from their proprietary trading platform which is full of "bugs" to deceive customers and misrepresent market data completely right down to their customer service who will reply to you only on the last day FCA allow for a response and will use all types of tricks to close your complete prematurely. COMPLETE SCAM! My mind is blown how this company is being allowed to do business particularly in this economic climate and I pray the FCA and Financial Ombudsman shut them down ASAP before any more people are SCAMMED.

It makes the FCA look bad when they have FCA approved splashed all over their Google and website to trick people into trusting them – such a SCAM!

It took the joint effort of my credit card company and a fintech expert:Kelvinwayney"@"aol,com to recoup my lost funds.!

Unfortunately for them, I am software engineer and so was able to "detect / QA" this "They have a trading scam by rogue proprietary technology" and I have photographic and video evidence of the fraud they perpetrated against me and I will be publishing that information to Youtube and the web to make others aware of this MASSIVE SCAM!

I have played slots for a number of years now, more fool me 😩 and have lost a LOT!! of money. It’s taken me all this time to realise they are a complete con!! Yes you can win, but just to test it I have been playing 3 slots on demo just to see how they work out.

I played 3 different slots all reported to have a 93+ RTP with .50p, 1.00 and 2.00 spins with a 50 or 100 deposit and the results were not good. Just on average I would say that out of 10 deposits I would win an amount worth having say doubling my money and at least 9x out of 10 I would lose and I have spent hours rigorously testing these 3 games. There have been the odd time when I won over that but very rare and if I was playing for real I would have lost thousands of !!

The most disappointing aspect is getting my hopes up when achieving the bonus feature on these games and being very annoyed at the small returns. That’s where the opportunity to hit a substantial amount really happens and it becomes disheartening when you get a small return.

I would suggest to anyone thinking of playing slots or any person who is chasing loses or had a big win quit now because once you get hooked it’s hard to keep away as I found to my cost.

You can go online and play most games on demo or just find a random game and find out for yourself just how poorly they play most of the time and sprmd your money for something else.

These online gambling companies go on about how the games have been independently tested over a million spins to give the right RTP and that it is a RNG at work and its down to luck but Me personally I don’t think it’s true. I think these computer generated spins can be manipulated to play badly.

I think and it’s a bold statement that because there are thousands of different slots they just take the games makers word for it and then they market playing slots as entertainment and a chance to win big. Well from my experience of playing and I have to admit became addicted that in the long run you lose and lose a lot like I did.

Having now really tested those 3 games over thousands and thousands of spins the win ratio just doesn’t add up.

They say you only learn from experience and in my experience the are a BIG of fact MASSiVE CON!!

I would have the government give the same addiction health warning to playing slots as smoking, regular drug use and alcohol use. The slots seem to mesmerise to being almost hypnotic and lock you in so you keep playing even if losing that somehow it will change and it doesn’t, well again in my experience anyway.

I feel a total idiot for the losses I have had and just want to pass my experience on if it will save just one person going down the same path.

I’ve been a member for a number of years but honestly haven’t deposited that much. I don’t find the selection as appealing as other sites. There’s also nearly never any decent offers that would encourage me to make a deposit.
