So I joined me his site about three months ago and kept losing (about 7k) Now I’ve won about 4 back and they are making it UNBELIEVABLY hard for me to withdraw. Every time I send them the documents they ask for they then need something else, and they are scrutinising my entire bank account which I’m not happy about!! Totally Unnecessary and very bad practice for a supposedly award winning casino. Now suddenly my 4K balance which has been sitting there for a month is 3990 and ten pounds is converted to bonus funds??? They didn’t add bonus money on top they deducted it from my previous winnings so have basically swindled money from me, It’s only 10 but it’s not the point. How they won awards I do not know AVOID THEM BELIEVE ME.

Absolutely ridiculous and useless! Customer service is literally non existent, stay away from this site at all cost. When you lose money its all great for them, understandable the house always wins but when you actually win which happened to me they cause a massive problem. As its stated in the terms and conditions any winnings will go back to the payment method used, definitely not! They have withdrawn my winnings to an old card at a bank that i have closed the account with, I have contacted the online customer chat straight away and was told not to worry as the money will definitely go back to the deposit method, to almighty gods suprise it didn't, they still went and sent it to the deactivated card at a closed bank account Trying to resolve this issue is a nightmare, tens of email sent, proof of no transactions from the closed bank account apparently is not enough to get the money sent again to a correct bank this time, every agent that replies to my emails says different thing. While playing Fishing Frenzy I actually had a bonus round pay 3 🙄 Anyway...yesterday, after depositing 220 I managed to withdraw 700. HOWEVER........I received an email saying my withdrawal has been confirmed and it added this rather odd statement; “We will send you a confirmation of the exact amount being credited, once the refund has taken place”. I’ve never seen this before and I find it slightly worrying. Why is it Grosvenor casinos can get your winnings processed and into your bank account in just 2 hours and the other casinos cannot? Closed my account down as i won to much Ok so i joined 32 red and showed then my full uk driving licence and proof of address . I won quite i bit and withdrew my funds after 5 days i received a email saying that they needed proof in a form of a none uk driving licence. So i asked them why is this when am from the uk and you advertising on uk tv thats a bit odd . So i uploaded them my uk driving licence and proof of address again only to find out that my account had been closed. I contacted them up and they had no reason to give me only that my account was permanently closed. I asked him where is my money my winnings and my funds that i had deposited. He told me that i had to wait for a email . Its been 2 weeks now to still no email sent . I contacted live chat up again and just the same story i have to wait for a email . So it looks like i lost all my winnings and all my money that i had deposited. I am now going to my bank to class this as fraud and i shall be reclaiming my funds that i deposited back . At this point i would say stay well clear from the company if you live in the UK i have had nothing but issues here since i started playing over 3 weeks ago now they are thiefs

I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT AFTER a recent (nov.1st,2020) experience with 32RED.com I have played 32Red since 2017. I truly like playing in this casino because the payout was fast and reliable. In 2017, I wan a large some of money, even though I ended up loosing it all, winning at that time was very helpful in paying some urgent bills. The reason for closing my account today has nothing to do with the fact that I am losing money rather for the following reasons: 1) I have lost trust in this casino and felt betrayed by them: misleading statements by agents responding to my queries about deadlines: 32red refused to advance me to GOLD level even though in the month of October 2020 I earned the 5000 points required to move from Silver level to Gold kevel. 2) The lack of transparency for the Player in monitoring its own advancement during the play (you must call in to find out how many points you have accumulate so far). It was not like that before. One could follow its own progress on the dashboard. I ended up not redeeming my points to keep track of my evolution. As I was approaching the required number of points, I call to make sure that I was correct in my calculation, the first agent I spoke with told me how many points I need to achieve the requirement. The first call took place on October 30th, at that point, I only needed 800 points, I asked her specifically when the deadline was: she responded by saying this” keep playing until the first” if you accumulate all the points by the first, then you will move to Gold. I felt very confident that I could win enough points to move from Silver to Gold in that time period. By 1;00 am in the night of October 31st, I had accumulated more than 800 points as you can see from the snapshot above. I leave in Canada, on that same weekend, we lost one hour through the day save time performed every winter. I called the casino to make sure that I had advanced to the next TIER LEVEL, WHICH IS GOLD. The agent I spoke to informed me that the system resets itself at 6 am on the first and that I must start all over in November. I explained that not only I live in CANADA ant it is only 1 am my time, also that I was told to jeep playing until the 1st of November. He kept saying that he is sorry, that this is a UK casino and the go by UK time. I decided to write a formal complaint and called in to speak with the agent who responded to my written complaint. I FELT VERY UPSET WHEN THIS SECOND AGENT MENTIONED THAT; THE SYSTEM RESET ITSELF AT 12;00 NOON UK TIME, I REMEMBERED THAT WHEN I CALED AT 1 AM CANADIAN TIME, IT WAS APPROXIMATLTY 7 AM UK TIME, WAS TOLD BY FIRST AGENT THAT THE SYSTEM RESETS ITSELF AT 6 AM. I don't understand why this website has so many positive reviews but I after trying it I can say that it's another casino that doesn't pay back at all. I have spent 60 on 5 different slots in probably 10 minutes and the system was the same. 15 times lose, 1 time small win.
