Not great dont fall for the advert thinking there good i have played lots of casinos over last 20years some are very bad some are good if you can walk away with the winnings This site never gives you bonus and when it does there 70% less then other sites with money payouts i had a big bass payout on £6 spins payed out £27 which i think is the recorded lowest for that stake.

I joined 32red a few years ago and after a break I went back recently to try my luck and boy is it trying. There isn’t a massive variety of gaming providers, lots of games but all from the same providers so feels a bit samey. I don’t remember this being the case previously but it has been a while so I could just be forgetting, its possibly why I took a break from it in the first place. I never bother with bonuses so I can’t comment on those but rewards and loyalty points all come with 30x wagering which is pretty grim considering you’re only getting a few pounds back from play. For eg, £1000 is roughly 1000 points which is roughly a tenner. You can only use loyalty points once it reaches 1000. In years gone by I’ve had some ok wins but in my recent visit, its been pretty poor which obviously makes playing a bit dull. This is the risk you take and I am fully aware of that however, what makes it really pants is that few wins I have had, withdrawal takes for-ev-er if using debit card so be prepared for that. The My Account section is minimal, which I always think is a bit sus. If you want to review your gaming history, it remains a tiny sidebar and games aren’t listed as the games, just numbers. Transaction history is only shown as a summary, no breakdown. Lack of transparency in this section to me, is a red flag. Some pro’s for balance. If you like jackpot games, they have a lot. Website loads well and verification was fine. I have not needed to use customer service to date. Overall, I’m not impressed with this casino, its not the worst but theres not many reasons to stay either so I will likely give a go now and then but with long breaks in between.

If I could I would give a 0 star as I’ve been a customer for years I used to love playing on 32 red as I have never had a problem with withdrawing or winning here and there for the last couple of months I have been depositing and depositing and playing on low stakes 20p and 40p however never have I won and all it does is take take take I know gambling is a risk but come on months of depositing no bonus on any game and no withdraw not even fifty pounds come on now I feel like it just keeps taking my money disgusting same on you 32 red it’s a shame it used to be such a good website

When you make deposits everything is ok…But,when you want your money back need contact support because there is “blocks on” and withdrawals are not allowed!!!

Don’t read in to the Negatives too much. I deposited £10 yesterday with the welcome offer. Managed to turn the £25 bonus credit into £500. Withdrew and it is my bank less than 24 hours later. Yes the wagering requirements are big but they can be completed.

Very limited choice of games. Whilst it might seem that there a lot of different games, the majority of them are all on the same platform but just have a different theme.Very boring and no decent payouts.The 250 free spins given for joining the site returned £21….very very disappointing.

While at first the site seems great with good wins and regular bonuses it doesn’t last unfortunately, every deposit I make just gets swiped so fast with almost all of my wins being minimum hits on the slots and the bonuses just seem to dead spin easily 95% of the time it’s crazy, I deposited £50 and won back a grand total of £3,20p from 20p spins and not to mention most of the games are literally dead ( fishin pots of gold for example) never hits at all compared to how good it used to play but hey this is British gambling for us “completely controlled hence why they won’t let us buy bonuses”

I gave it a go and it’s awful….And, I’m not just saying that.You can’t even get small wins on pay lines to keep the FUN going – yes, gambling is suppose to be fun. This site is not. Been playing Red32 for a couple of months now. Lots of deposits and lots of winnings…. no issues at all with payments – that was until I won £10500 and I got a message from them that I have duplicate accounts, and with have closed my account and kept my winnings and any money on my account. If i do have a duplicate account is must be form years ago and why hasn’t this flagged up until I won a significant amount of money! I played with 32 red for the first time yesterday, I desposited £20 and they gave me a 150% bonus (£30) so I played with £50 and had to wager 30x. I successfully wagered 30 x and so had £78 overall. Withdrew £68 and played with £10 won £40, then lost the £40 hehe. So £68 was withdrawn to my account! Had fun as well. Some of their tables are rigged but you can use it to your advantage.

I’m seriously considering getting this site looked into. I’ve deposit £800 since December 23 and have never won more than my deposit. The wins are not even worth withdrawing. Deposited 20 meant to be credited 250 spins 10 ultra spins they was taken from me straight away waited till next day to be credited and win 20 on top of what already got in but bare in mind have to stake 50x waggering 1000. I am disappointing and fuming of my deposit which I did not use, and staff from 32Red Casino confirmed via email that the payment was not received.£20, £30, and £30 should have been refunded straightaway into my bank account, instead, many many days has passed and no actions has been taking care in place.I telephoned yesterday after I was discharged from hospital, staff is rude, unhelpful and no sensible actions and good willing to refund my own money.Evidently, I have all the documentations that they claimed, and confirmed that deposit was bounced back but my bank paid 32Red Casino and my bank is not happy about the outcome.Unfair, misleading and unhelpful staff – who can however do the reverse payment back into my card.I am hoping someone is there and who can help as I saw with my two eyes- reviews and comments here in Trust Pilot has not even dealt with- by 32Red Casino staff. They offer a free wheel daily. Every single time it lands on no win. No other casino is that tight with daily free play. I have deposited and had extremely bad luck. In my experience i urge everyone too steer away from this company. Use a different site for an actual chance to win.

Avoid at all cost. Used my 250 free spins upon joining only to find that I then had to wager a further £9k+ in order to withdraw my £50 winnings. This casino was 1 of the best a few years ago, gave out regular bonuses and offers, even a £10 birthday bonus! These days you get absolutely nothing unless you make a deposit,and then if you do win anything, it comes with a max £100 withdrawal and a 30x wagering requirements. Steer clear, much better sites around.
